Amazing experience! The food was delicious and in great time. The dumplings are made Fresh the onigiri was excellent and cheap, miso soup also great the unagi eel poke bowl even better. Will be trying to go back multiple times.

I've been to so many Japanese restaurants and have loved their soup and teriyaki chicken, so when we went here for dinner i was absolutely disappointed. Our group ordered some soup, rice balls, eel, chicken teriyaki, and noodles. I asked everyone after trying it and they were all disappointed because their orders were bland and didn't taste good. They also charge a dollar more than what they have listed on their menu. The teriyaki chicken tasted like boiled chicken dipped in soysauce and nothing else. And the soup, 😖😮‍💨 it's not appetizing at all. I love to eat and this is one of a few that I find not worth going to. I'm sorry but I will not recommend it. The staff is good but the food is not. Also it was so hot outside and they didn't even turn their ac on. We had to ask because everyone was sweating. The place is clean.

Good family run restaurant serving up delicious Nepalese and Japanese cuisine. The restaurant is cosy and well adorned with Asian decorations.

It was our first time trying Fuji and I don't think we will be returning, we got the terriyaki chicken that was really dry and bland, the Unagi Dinner was alright, the onigiri wasn't flavorful and the service wasn't friendly and attentive like I was expecting from so many good reviews. Save yourself the disappointment and go around the corner for better food at the same price or make it just as good at home.

Came in to try out the onigiri since I hadn't tasted it before. The salmon, tuna and unagi onigiri were delicious. The sherpa beer was unique; a must try in my opinion. Service was quick and staff was courteous. Very good experience overall

Delicious flavor profile. 4th time at this place and keep coming back. Lots of flavor with less sauce. Poke bowls are amazing. Family owned, great service.

Fuji restaurant is not a fusion of Himalayan and Japanese food: it is a 2-in-1 restaurant that fails at both cuisines. My Tikka masala tastes like how it looks: one-note, plain and just a chore to get through. The sauce wasn't deep or complex and tasted like instant masala. The unagi was a bit better but not by much. They had so much potential to do something new, but instead got lazy and made boring meals with no love put into them. Service was okay but practically non-existent as you have to get your own water and pay at a booth when you're done.

Wonderful place with delicious food and great service. Love the prices too! The onigiri reminded me of Japan:-) with a twist. Loved the rice.

Arrived around 1p on a Monday. There was a couple already seated. I placed my order (iced green tea, monos and an ugnagi bowl) and opted to pay immediately. Another group of two entered and was served their meal quickly. After 30 minutes, I was about to go ask about my meal. The server looked up from the kitchen at me for a long moment before checking her register - presumably remembering I was still there and checking to see what I ordered. She asked if I would like my entree first as the momo’s were “taking a long time to steam”. I was finally served. The unagi was decent, but obviously the product of the microwave I’d heard a minute before. It was not grilled as their menu states (at least not grilled that day). The iced green tea was near tasteless. When my momo’s arrived, they were decently spiced, though the sauce did a lot of heavy lifting. While the food was decent, it wasn’t anything special. The service I experienced was subpar at best, especially considering the lack of other patrons.

Rice was very hard and had been sitting for a long time. Added salmon to my bowl but it was somehow smoked salmon which I’ve never seen to be added to rice. Disappointed.

I recently enjoyed a delightful experience at Fuji Restaurant and Bar! The Unagi Don was incredibly flavorful, and the staff went above and beyond in ensuring a friendly atmosphere while taking excellent care of both the food and hygiene. It's definitely a five-star restaurant that I look forward to revisiting soon!

This is a true gem! Their onigiri is simply outstanding, offering a delightful burst of flavors with every bite. They have an incredibly hardworking and friendly staff. They go above and beyond to ensure a warm and welcoming dining experience. A visit to Fuji is not just a meal; it's a journey through exceptional food and service.

Delicious food at a reasonable price. This is my go-to spot when I need some comfort food. It's clean, the service is good and quick, and they have so many amazing options to choose from. It's also pretty quiet which is nice- some people go there for work meetings over lunch, or even to study. I highly recommend.

The momo’s were good but the lamb curry was the worst curry I’ve ever had. It cost me $18 and was nothing more than tomatoe sauce/soup w rice and veggies and 7 small pieces of overcooked lamb.

These people know their flavor profiles. Tastes are perfectly blended for an authentic experience. The hand made momo is to die for and don’t skip the vegetarian one, mind blowing. Clean, fresh eating that I could do for every meal. Had the veg momo soup and two rice balls with unagi and smoked salmon.

This is one of my favorite places to stop in Boulder for a quick inexpensive healthy bite. I love the tuna rice ball. I even had my friends interested in grabbing one to try.

I love this place so much. Their shiitake onigiri is so delicious and comforting to eat. Their service is also really fast and so friendly. I always come here when I need a delicious, quick, satisfying, affordable lunch and I tell all of my friends to come here too :)

First time to Colorado and didn't make reservations for our 1st choice. We will always make Fuji our dinner choice for future trips! Quaint, and not busy! Excellent staff and yummy food!

I got the Yakisoba-like noodles with beef and a matcha tea. The noodles came pretty cold and honestly pretty disappointing. Although the indian/tibetan spices were a nice fusion touch, the meat was too stringy and tasteless, likely from a "cheaper" part of the cow. Matcha was pretty good but not creamiest I've had. Definitely real matcha though. Service was fast. Bathroom very clean. Not 3 stars because giving them the benefit of the doubt since most other reviews are good and covid has not been easy for restaurants.
