I have eaten many places in Boulder and I’ve enjoyed many meals. I will say that Nepali Cuisine is good with the quality of the food they serve but very bad when it comes to quantity. We ordered take out, paid $15/meal and there was barely any food. Not even enough for a child. Very disappointing.

Nepal cousine is an excellent place to have really good food. they have a lot of vegetarian options. I chose the Chana Masala and the Dhal soup. both were really good. when you order, they will let you choose how spicy you want your meal. If you have the chance, go and check it out. Employees were awesome. They were really nice with us.

If you are looking for some amazing vegan food, this place definitely hits the spot! Monday vegan lunch buffet is definitely worth the drive from Denver. Under $10 and AMAZING food. I gave 4/5 stars simply due to the slow service. People were consistently out of water and it took the waitress over 25 minutes to get my check. Definitely not a place to come if in a hurry. If you have some free time, definitely give this place a shot!

It's easy to miss this restaurant, they have an odd location, but once you try it you will keep coming back! Authentic Nepali cuisine and excellent service

Great food, good prices, lovely environment. It looks sketchy from the outside, but once you go in it's very welcoming and much larger than it appears. Even has upstairs seating. Highly recommended

Great lunch buffet, offering vegan buffet on Monday. Lentil soup is wonderful. Cozy atmosphere and not crowded.

Really quaint little restaurant. The food is similar to Indian cuisine, but just different enough to make it interesting. The owner was really friendly too. My wife and I were very glad we stopped in.

Nepal cuisine is my favorite restaurant in town. I and my daughter have been goin there for almost 8 years when it was sad when they closed during COVID. The owner is super nice and the food super yummy. I have a sensitive digestion special with food very garlic and there , no worries. Just spiced on the right amount to make it yummy. And the rice pudding is amazing. Must try it.

The best Nepalese and Indian cuisine in Boulder. Vegan options are wonderful and their tandoori chicken has gotten even more delicious throughout the years.

The food here is delicious! 😋 I can’t wait to go back! 👍 I got the vegetable samosas, they were so crispy and tasty! In addition to that, I got the curry 🍛 chicken 🍗 and rice 🍚 dish. It’s so flavorful, with spices, fresh and good quality ingredients.

I have always enjoyed the food here. Many a take-out during Covid, but how nice to dine in again. Everything I want in a restaurant: consistently delicious food. Reasonable prices. Clean, nicely decorated room. Attentative but not obtrusive service. They aren't there to make small talk with you, but to give you what you want to eat. (Is this why a reviewer felt insulted?) Quiet. Honest. Reliable! "Medium" is plenty spicy for my taste.

Vegan buffet was plentiful and delicious. Yellow lentils with rice, channa and curry. The restaurant had pretty adornments and the owners seemed friendly. Would definitely return.

Delicious food, saag paneer my favorite. They are not doing buffet for dinner tonight, but the dinner special has all my favorites.

Veggies were fresh and well prepared. Even the dipping sauce was made in house. Delicious!

I should have tried this place years ago! Great prices, excellent service. I ordered the house favorite (app sampler) and the lamb vindaloo, and everything was perfect. I damn near came in my pants after the first bite. 5 stars ain't enough for this place! 🤘

The buffet is not really a buffet. You tell your server what items you want and they plate it up for you onto a large platter. If you want seconds, make sure you order them all at once. I asked for more of one item, and when I wanted more of something else 5 minutes later, the server said no. The saag was a little slimy. Lots of white rice. They did not have naan, but did have roti which was delicious. After the "buffet", we were served rice pudding...the smallest serving ever! The server was friendly. But it's not my favorite Indian Buffet.
