Travellers, this is a fine Mexican restaurant in boulder Colorado. The food was very good, the chicken enchilada was delicious. The creamy habanero sauce is fantastic and blends well with the cheese sauce on the enchilada. The rice and beans were done well. The ensalata was fantastic and had a lot of components that make is interesting and delicious. The chicken burrito was also nicely done. The portions are huge and can easily be split. The service is great and with a smile. A lovely lunch. Check it out. We recommend. TLDR — Great Mexican with the stop

Pretty good food. All food is served in tin trays, only plastic silverware, only paper cups. They do have compost though! Not vegetarian or vegan friendly, no plant based protein options.

This is the best Mexican “fast food” type of restaurant you’ll ever have!! The sweet pork quesolle with the creamy habanero sauce is to die for!!

I love this place! One of the first places I went when I moved here. It’s nothing ground breaking, but it’s affordable, and I love their open faced enchiladas. I always get the corn and onion one and it’s beyond flavorful. Please try it!

I would say my experiences of this place are good. The tortilla bread tastes a little more sweeter than usual. Although, the smothered sauce on the burrito help makes this actually satisfying. It’s definitely the American style of Mexican food. Nevertheless, the food is great!

So insanely good. Must try the smothered sweet pork burrito. Anything with the sweet pork will make you a regular here. The drinks are also super good (especially at home with other ingredients added). $11ish for a burrito but it could feed you 3 meals. The views from upstairs are also so good! Convenient location.

They had the best tortillas I've ever had! The chic was making them in front of us. Very cool. The smothered burritos were good. I got the chicken breast and both kinds of beans. The sitting area is big. You can even go upstairs.

The fast-food version of Mexican. I was not impressed at all! It should be specified that service is fast-food style. Also, the flavor is not quite there. Flour tortillas were the only ones made by hand in front of you; corn tortillas were from a package. And I'm also almost sure the rice was from a package as well. Not Mexican at all. Look elsewhere if you are looking for a more authentic Mexican flavor. Oh, the pictures are accurate.

This is a chain restaurant done right. Everything is made in house and extremely fresh. The breakfast burritos are hands down the best in Boulder. And a great deal for $5. Excellent service to boot. 5 stars easy.

This was my second time eating here in awhile. I didn’t remember it being amazing but I thought I would give it another chance. Overall it was very mediocre. I got the sweet pork smothered burrito. I felt like the sweet pork was overly sweet…. Obviously it’s called sweet pork but this stuff was like candy. The creamy jalapeño sauce just tasted creamy didn’t really get the jalapeño.

This place is awesome if you just want some very basic Mexican food. It has some staples including green chili that I would highly recommend. The burritos are absolutely massive, and for the price you really can’t beat it. They also have an upstairs area that’s really nice to sit to see the sun set. All the sauces that they smother the burritos and I would highly recommend literally I’ve never had one that I wouldn’t.

My son loves this place for the beans and rice. The food is always good, and I never had a bad experience with the food. The prices fluctuate, though, sometimes charged differently for his meal of beans and rice. Limited by space, but more seating would be great. Service is always fast!

The food was good overall but what was disappointing was the bland salsa that was served with the chips. There was absolutely no flavor and no heat at all. Love that they serve most things in aluminum bowls which can be recycled. Their two tier seating area is huge and the patio is great on a move day. We'd go back but skip the chips and salsa.

My favorite burrito spot in all of Colorado!! I always get the steak smothered burrito with habanero sauce, it is so delicious!!! Every time I come back to Boulder I have to make sure I eat here at least once.
