Awesome Vietnamese restaurant. So many special dishes you don’t normally get from other Asian restaurants. We ordered: Vietnamese sausage - fun way of eating it with rice paper Frog leg curry - so delicious and special Duck leg - sweet and delicious! Definitely will come back and try more!

I had a delicious pho. The portions were very generous, the food was good value, the service was great and the restaurant itself is very cosy and thematic. Love the horse head vase

I stopped by because I heard great things. I had eaten here many years ago but had not been there in more than 15 years. I remembered someone telling me they liked the pad thai. I ordered the spicy ox tail soup, pad thai, and spring rolls. I received my pad thai first which was a little soggy for me. The noodles were broken up and it was almost soupy. If you are a true pad thai lover, I wouldn't recommend this plate. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't pad thai. The ox tail soup was good but it wasn't spicy at all. The spring rolls were just, meh. The gentlemen was nice but he wasn't my waiter. I had to ask for a cup of water as I got my food wayyyyyy before my water. But I understand they were pretty busy too.

I ate too much!!! The pho was hugeeeeee - I was shocked, impressed, and pleased most of all. My wife got frog legs that she had been craving for a while and enjoyed it in the curry. Our friends got marinated pork chops and pad Thai which they really enjoyed. Desert was great too between the mochi and fried banana with ice cream!

This place isn’t as bad but not as great. Good place to come try once. First, customer service is short staff so be ready to order and hear waitress ask you quickly. Cup rims does not look clean so ask for a straw or bring your straw. We ordered pho combination, was unable to order medium, waitress was quick saying they only have large. We also ordered the fried quail and the spicy oxtail soup. Quail bird was the best dish but threw me off a bit still seeing feathers on the bird. The spicy oxtail broth looked good but the flavors was too sweet and not a great combination with ox tail which wasn’t that tender. Our pho combination broth tasted good but I think the chef was being a little too lazy n not cutting the tendons and threw a ball if frozen rare meat that couldn’t get cooked well. Presentation wise of the quail gave me n my husband a little laughter.. looks silly. Anyways, I vote this is not the best Vietnamese restaurant but good to try ONCE.

Been here the first time , waited 20 min too order my food (it was not super busy , a few people inside the restaurant) orderd Lo Mein & a Diet Coke , we waited for our food about 30 min. Everyone on my table got his food , just my food and drink didn’t show up I waited about 5 min then tried too approach a waiter, had to ask 3-4 times she never came over too our table after another 5 min finally my food came , no sorry for the wait nothing had too ask for my drink too . Food was not good was not bad , chicken was very dry. So my resume : very very unfriendly service & average food. Got our table at 6:00pm left at 8:00pm so 2 hours for simple „quick“ dinner Not gonna come back

Reasonable prices for fantastic food. Someone on Facebook said this was the best restaurant in town so we tried it. Not sorry! It is amazing. Edit: this place is quite expensive and the last time we were there the food was a little bit off. It was $89 for three adults and one child.

Service was a bit "cold" and not friendly, atmosphere is nice and comfortable and the food was average. The serving portions were fair sized. The appetizer veggie dumplings were good, the spring rolls were "okay", and my Pho broth had very little flavor and not much meat for the price.

Delicious food, but the server didn't seem friendly at all. She walked away half way threw taking our drink and appetizers' order. Then, whe she finally came back, we ordered more and she gave some attitude like why didn't we order everything the first time she was at our table. The drinks were OK and the atmosphere was quiet. Not much parking from what I could see, there might be more behind the building.

This a great spot. Authentic Vietnamese food. Atmosphere is nice and relaxed, staff is friendly and very diligent. Great variety of food here. Ordered the Vietnamese yellow curry/chicken that's the one in the bowl. And yellow curry/chicken it comes with alot of vegetables could easily split between two people. I would order it again. I will be back.

Delicious traditional Vietnamese food here! Highly recomended. Generous portions. Bowl of Pho was huge!

My seafood curry sauce was quite good. Quick service. Cozier and a bit nicer than the average south-east Asian restaurant.

Great food, large portions! I'm glad we stopped here. The pork dumpling appetizer was very good, the original stir fry was loaded with fresh veggies and the grilled pork bun was very tasty.

It’s been 26 years since I first visited Chez Thuy as a young photo intern when I covered this restaurant as “Best Vietnamese” in Boulder for the Best of Boulder Series. Not much has changed- it’s still the best Vietnamese, if not the best restaurant in Boulder for quality, taste, and selection. We ordered so much food we had another dinner the next day and left feeling giddy. Definitely recommend!!

I’m still exploring different dishes on their menu. Note they have different menus for lunch and dinner. Have not got disappointed so far.

Really good food, lots of options including hot-pot and ordering was fast. I would skip the cocktails, go for a beer or sake instead. The medium size Pho is huge and very tasty- all the portion sizes are large which is great. The servers were very nice, the new trainee did get distracted for quite a while talking to a table but overall service was quick and friendly. Plenty of parking.

On the recommendation from a friend to try this great place. Treated very pleasantly by the entire staff, we were seated and served without delay. The menu is extensive. If you know what you like, the kitchen does an outstanding job preparing and presenting their best take on Vietnamese cuisine. The place is clean the people are friendly. Has earned a golden ticket and will remain one of my most liked restaurants ever.
