Delicious Tibetan/Indian cuisine in North Boulder. Seriously one of the best restaurants of this cuisine I’ve eaten at. Lots of vegan and vegetarian options. Came with a group and tried a smattering of apps and entrees. Everything was super tasty, well flavored, and fresh. Highly recommended!

Too bad I can only give five stars. This remarkable establishment deserves at least a few extra stars ✨! While maybe some might call tonight's service slow... imagine one person able to manage the front -- and holding everything together. Even with a constant stream of "to-go order" pick-ups, the one server did so well with grace. The food is a pure delight -- with an explosion of aromas, flavors, and sights. The fresh nan bread is the best I have ever had! And I was pleased to see they have a good selection of beverages. We truly enjoyed the experience. I wish we lived here to have to opportunity to come back -- only a short stay in Boulder -- I would be a regular customer, for sure!

The food was freaking delicious. I have never experienced better dumplings. The naan was so soft and flavorful, and the potato and onion breads were perfection. We were thoroughly impressed by the Ngotsel Nanzom. The portion sizes were great for the price, more than we could eat. Awesome service with a comfy, pleasant atmosphere.

Amazing food, fair prices, excellent service. We ate here 2 days in a row because the food was so great. The location was a little unattractive but there is currently road construction going on and not the restaurant’s fault, obviously. The inside atmosphere was peaceful and clean.

Came here for my friend’s birthday. We walked in and were greeted right away. The menu was extensive and we wanted to try several things. Unfortunately, I cannot give it 5 stars because a couple of the items we asked for ran out. Overall, delicious food and wonderful service.

Very tasty food, and a great deal for lunch. I got the lamb curry, which came with some saag & mushroom dish, as well as a black lentil dish and a few pieces of naan all for $11. I’m going to try and refrain from coming here more than once a week, although it’s convenient distance from my house and delectable ingredients will likely make that a challenge. Pictured is their Chicken chili lunch dish

Not a lot of people there, which is sad because it is so good. The spicy Gyathuk was amazing. It was fresh and actually spicy. I had some tears, which is what I wanted.

This is my favorite food in Boulder. I order from here as much as i do from all other restaurants combined. I take out and bring home mostly. The restaurant's ambience is a little quiet for me. Lunch and dinner are both great. Chai is awesome.

Very bad service experience. I tried to eat here with my dad the other night after I had tried some of my friend's take out a couple months ago. We had only heard good things about this place. Since we were going on a Saturday, we called ahead and made a reservation for 6:30. When we got to the restaurant, there were maybe a total of 10 people in there, very empty and very quiet. We waited at the door until an employee pointed at a table for us. We sat for a while until a server came by and asked us if we were dinning in. We said yes and he informed us it would take an hour to get food. Seriously?! When we asked why, he responded by simply saying they had to-go orders. We left. A COMPLETE JOKE of service. Very disappointed.

So we've ordered from here many times and it was great, but tonight I went to pick it up and it 1. took 15 minutes longer to be ready then we were told, 2. the food leaked in the bag spilling on my pants and jacket when I picked it up, 3. one of the rice containers was missing, 4. the brown rice container was half full and 5. one of the dishes that was supposed to have garlic was missing it, and salt, entirely. We won't be ordering again from here for a while. Very disappointed and frustrated.

Food/Taste/Flavor: 3/5 - flavor profile is focused on acidity and spiciness so very different from other food we have. Rice was tough and not cooked all the way through but was herbed/spiced so it had interesting flavors Sampler MOMOs had thick dumpling wrapper The fillings are similar so we weren't quite sure which was which. The sauce was very spicy so it masks all flavors as well Shaptak is sliced beef wok fried with peppers in a spicy sauce. And indeed it was extremely spicy! Unfortunately, the cuts of meat were uneven which makes cooking it consistently difficult so there were some tough pieces. Bell peppers were also super uneven with two abnormally large pieces Pork with mixed vegetables was with pork belly so it was very queasy. They do vegetables very well, but not the meat unfortunately Ambience: N/A - nicely decorated but we ordered food to go Service: 5/5 - polite and quick service. Her quote of 20 minutes was fairly accurate. The to go food was very hot and was still warm when we ate Value for price: 2/5 - interesting to try as it's a different flavor profile than we're used to. Too salty and spicy for our enjoyment and not balanced.

Great sauce. Naan is very good and big. Momo sampler was great, especially the vegetable ones. Friendly and attentive service. They frequently refilled water glasses. Great prices. Large portions. Comfortable temperature inside of the restaurant.

Never had Tibetan food so I was curious and working close by. I have to say the food was outstanding and the bread (NAAN) was very delicious 😋. If working close by again I will return. I had chicken with vegetables and the husband had pork with mixed vegetables and a chili chicken platter

Like 3.75, overall friendly staff and food was decent but not great. The tikka masala was a very strange consistency, spices in oil basically but tasted good. The korma was far too sweet , and everything else, even the chai, was just okay.
