They have an excellent variety of vegetarian options - you won't be limited to a "cheese sub" here. We ordered the Magic Mushroom and the Power Plant. The bread was soft, airy, & squishable, which I loved, and the toasting was noticeable - the slice of cheese on my sandwich was mostly melted and the toasted veggies were warm - but the texture wasn't hard/overdone. The fresh veggies (spring mix, cucumber, sprouts) were fresh. They had a good selections of fountain drinks. Service was friendly, and although the wait was longer than it should have been considering the number of customers there, the sandwiches were worth the wait. We ordered the Pinner size (8 inch) and it was quite filling. Highly recommended.

Definitely one of the best subs I've had and easily the best in Boulder! Fantastic variety with the menu, including vegetarian. Quickly became my favorite place in Boulder!

I love Cheba Hut, their garlic herb bread is one of a kind. I’ve been coming to this location for years. They’ve definitely improved since they added the full bar. There’s been a time or two were ingredients I asked for were left on, but I easily took them off. It’s a nice alternative to a typical sub shop.

This place is awesome!!! The subs are incredibly delicious. They even offer different types of bread and you get to pick from a myriad of great options! Price is good! The midsize sub is almost like a foot long, it gets the job done. I would definitely stop here for a great lunch for a great price in a great atmosphere. You won't be disappointed.

Service is chill, the sandwiches are great! I always get the white widow with garlic bread. And the drink selection is awesome. They do serve alcohol here. They also have a fountain drink area and koolaid. Also an outdoor seating area but it gets too wild out there for me I always eat inside. Definitely would reccomend! If you don't like the atmosphere then get a sandwich delivered they're definitely worth trying!

My favorite sandwich shop! Super tasty subs both hot and cold with vegetarian options to boot. This is still an up and coming chain but the restaurants seem very consistent. Service can be spotty if you're over 30 yrs old😂

Friendly staff, good atmosphere. Had the sub called the 5-0 which was pretty good and filled generously with meats, veggies, cheeses and toasted nicely. Also good beer selection 👍👍 the names of the subs / sandwiches are hilarious. Wish there was a cheba hut location closer to home 🙄

The sandwiches are great, especially the death star. The service is great and the delivery is usually pretty fast if you call it in, don't order online! My only complaint is that the delivery service quality goes down in proportion to how high the driver is, and once I had to walk around at night in the rain and look for him because he was too stoned to navigate my apartment building.
