My sandwich came with a bunch of spreads/condiments on it that I didn’t order, that I can’t eat. I didn’t check the sandwich before I left so I only realized the error when I got back to work, and I didn’t have time to go back. It looks like it would be tasty for someone who could eat it though.

Definitely a boulder gem. New York style deli. Sub shop. I get to Hells kitchen. I trade out the Swiss for cream cheese. Oh my god so amazing. The staff is been around forever. This is a local business at its finest. I always love my sandwiches here.

They have some good sandwiches but the people working there could use an attitude adjustment! Argued with me on everything I tried to order over the phone for no reason it was weird! I called baseline and they had no problems with my order and they were nicer!

Exceptional. The only exceptional sandwich shop in Boulder. I need at least one a week - roast beef/provolone is my favorite. I've tried and can't recommend other Deli Zones. This place consistently does it right. Always fresh ingredients, owner presence and longtime employees who know what they are doing make them the best around.

I had veggie bomb on whole wheat. I really enjoyed all the different veggies, artichokes are my favorite! Thank you gentlemen for a great sandwich!

the deli zone is definitely on the top of my list for sandwiches. The Kong is a hidden gem of the breakfast sandwiches served in town.

I love this place! My only complaint is the prices! I paid $13 after tip for just a medium sandwich and a medium drink. I would eat here every day if I could but I can't afford to! :) Edited to add: a year later and I still love this place. This location specially. I don’t know what they do but it’s always so tasty and worth the price.

Stopped in for a yankee to go. When i got home, 5 mins away, the bread is soaked wet. Inedible. This is the second time this happened with the same guy preparing it. Sadly, I'd forgotten about the previous instance and went back in there. Go to the other DZ for non-soaked bread.

The 42nd street Philly cheese steak is my go to sandwich. Love the garlic spread. I add jalepeno to mine. Only complaint is prices are getting up there. But it's a great sandwich.

Never had an off day with Deli Zone. Big sandwiches, good prices, and most importantly: great bread.

Nice spot that’s kinda hidden. Casual booths to eat the fresh sandwiches. Employees are happy! Baby kong, 3 eggs was filling and under $10. Steak looked the tastiest thou. Kaiser roll with poppy seeds was soooo good. Breakfasted served all day!

Always excellent sandwiches, we love the new Yorker, Kong for breakfast, and just tried the turkey club which was fantastic as well. Fast friendly service.

One of the best delis in Boulder! I've been going to Deli Zone for years and it always satisfies. Lots of hot and cold sandwiches. Full breakfast menu. A must try for a quick and good bite of food.

Super delicious thick sandwiches. Kinda wish the online ordering had more detail on it and that the website was better. Like there’s some things even in person on the menu that doesn’t say what it is like the sauces etc. and it doesn’t let you select “no bacon” for example like other places have, just special notes. And the extra veggies are kinda expensive. The waiting area is super small so I’d prefer ordering online but the food is good.

The sandwiches taste phenomenal, but they were smaller than I expected for the price. That being said, the taste made up for it. Check it out!

Ordered the pastrami sandwich, a reuben and the f train. Food was hot and fast. The sandwiches remind me of a true NY deli. We will be back soon.

Only tried this after living here 18 months… what a shame - this jumped up to our go to for sandwiches for sure. The cold cut options seem to be the best by far in Colorado! Excited to try more of the menu. The hot ones are not blowing me away as of yet but curious to try more of the menu options.

Working in Boulder is awesome and the scenic beauty enhances being in Colorado. Deli zone is tucked neatly away on Valmont and remains a hidden gem. The staff there is very accommodating and knowledgeable. They are willing to deliver and and take your hungry appetite seriously. I love the 4 egg Kong it’s delicious and absolutely huge. Five Stars

The sandwiches are off the hook! The menu is huge and unique, I can't wait to go back and try another one. Service is fast and friendly, definitely worth the trip.

The reviews led me to expect better. I ordered a hot pastrami with swiss on rye and I was served a barely warmed mush sandwich with tons of mustard and not enough pastrami. I only ate a couple of bites before I tossed the sandwich. Gross - no thanks

The absolute best morning stop for breakfast sandwiches. I get the baby kong and am never disappointed. Staff is always friendly in the deli, they consistently use fresh ingredients and the bread is never stale. Delicious stuff!
