I was told great things about Dish Gourmet, and today, they delivered the best BBQ brisket sandwich I've eaten up to date! Definitely stop back in soon.

I've been going to Dish for a few years. Love this spot! The sandwiches, salads and baked goods are all delicious, pretty much everything on the menu is amazing. I also love their staff, they go out of their way to accommodate their customers. Recently we had a work event catered. The catering staff was amazing! The drop off and pick up was quick and easy. The food was amazing, as always! I highly recommend trying out Dish for their catering!

Love this place, cute, quaint, quality food and an inviting atmosphere. Been here several times, most always the food hits it out of the park! Sandwiches, cold brew and the gluten/dairy free coffee cake are 😍😍. The food speaks for itself, but it is the customer service and manager’s way of operating that have me a customer for life. 😊 Brought a small concern to management once, Rebecca went above and beyond to graciously hear my concern and make sure it was addressed. All other experiences have been super stellar! Really happy to support this business.

So many cafes to choose from in Boulder and this one won’t disappoint, just make sure that you have no where to be. My fiancée recommended this spot before we went grocery shopping. Food was good, service was nice but there is no listing of prices.. 2 sandwiches and 2 sparkling waters came out over $30.... ok, wasn’t expecting that but, this is Boulder. The food was quite good however, we sat outside waiting 30 mins for a sandwich and a salad. It came very shortly after asking. Likely won’t return due to service time and obscure pricing. Great food though, and he cafes looked tasty. Give it a shot if you’re in the area.

Pricing for sandwiches on Google site is low by about 30%. e.g. Blat at $7.95 is now $11.95. Got Blat & BBQ Brisket (at $13.95). BBQ lacked flavor, bacon and tomato were nondescript. Bread was very good. Better deals and food elsewhere.

The food is delicious, I’ve been to the place a few times and it never disappoints. The Reuben, bbq slow pork sandwiches are delicious!! I went 5 minutes before closing and I asked if I was too late and they accepted me. ( it was my fault and I was so grateful for this ) However, The cashier wasn’t happy about it. I would have preferred to be denied service because I was late, rather than having her giving me long face while taking my order. I went back the next day ( at a regular time ) and the same cashier just doesn’t seem happy to be of service, this might impact my number of visits to this place.

Don’t judge a book by its cover. The sign makes this gem seem somewhat basic, which could not be further from the truth. Incredibly high-quality healthy food, made and served by a super friendly crew. Prices are very reasonable for portion size / quality. Highly recommend their breakfast sandwiches!

We hired Dish for a holiday party for about 60 people and I heard nothing but great comments about the food from everyone. They were on time for delivery and set up as well as next day pick up! The food was amazing! I recommend them for any event big or small!

My friend ordered a couple of boxed sandwiches for his dissertation defense lunch and mine was the Gobbler - Turkey, avocado, Munster, tomato, lettuce, bacon, pesto, and Mayo on ciabatta. It was delicious! Someone who had the Piglet - ham, French emmental, Bobby lettuce, tomato, honey mustard, Mayo on ciabatta also said the same thing. I think they are consistent with the deliciousness!! Sorry, no pictures but I was so pleased that I’ll definitely be exploring more sandwiches and other options on their menu!

They have delicious, fresh food. You can watch everything being made in house. But I spent a lot more time waiting for food than I should have. It was busy, but not "wait an hour for your food" busy... I have worked in the food service industry for years, and a wait that long is almost always expected to deter people from coming back. I would return, with time to spare, just because the food was that good. The fresh pickles are surprisingly delightful.

One of the best sandwiches I've ever had! Be sure to find out about their sandwich tour when you try all their sandwiches! Such friendly staff and amazing atmosphere. There was a different artist posted on the walls this time

Hidden Gem in Boulder. Best sandwiches around; everything is made in house and delicious. Soups are also amazing. Our neighbor is a 6x sandwich king (eat all 23 sandwiches). If that’s not a glowing review, what is? Tip: sub focaccia for ciabatta.

We shall return! Sandwiches were delicious and the tasty sides just added to the overall great experience. Lemonade was perfectly tart and sweet. Bonus points for the nice little outdoor seating area under the shade of the tree. Friendly and attentive staff, too! Very well run business

We Love Dish Gourmet! They have an excellent selection of sandwiches - including breakfast sammies. Our fav is the “Which Came First” - it comes with two eggs (they do a great job on over-easy), bacon, and Münster cheese. The staff is super-helpful and friendly and the service is quick. We still like to order ahead online for easy pickup. Five Stars… We highly recommend Dish Gourmet for breakfast or lunch in Boulder!

i live right up the street and i love this spot! nice and quiet for studying and most people pop-in to pop-out. the food is made to order and delicious. the staff always has this very chill, "come as you are" vibe.

Such a lovely way to re-enter the world of dining out. Dish has a great patio shaded with trees to save you from the heat. The food is delicious, refreshing and delivered with smiles you know are there behind the face masks. The sandwiches are huge. I can only finish 1/2 and am thankful for the 1/2 portions they offer. My favorite is the Chatham. And their pickles are so cute. Yum!

Two words. Tomato Bisque. It’s gonna change your life. I like mine with half a Mapleton, but you do you.

Small place with great sandwiches. Had an egg lox bagel with cream cheese. (The bagels are frozen so take a bit of time.) Tomato soup was great. Didn't love the coffee. They have upstart kombucha in cans.

I ordered 10 boxed lunches for pickup for our office. The ordering and pickup process was easy. The service was fantastic! Everyone was pleased with their sandwich or salad - quality and fresh ingredients. (My BBQ Brisket sandwich was large and tasty!) One person had the BLT with the only complaint that there was one slice of bacon, but who doesn't want more bacon? ;) We will definitely be ordering from Dish in the near future! (Btw - the cookies were delicious, too!) :) Highly recommend!

Amazing place to grab lunch! Extremely kind people, fast, delicious, and they have plenty of options for every taste. Sandwiches are huge. Plus the outdoor seating is super nice. I’d absolutely recommend :)

I would be absolutely remiss if I didn't take a moment to shower compliments on Dish Gourmet. While it seems like much of the Boulder community knows of Dish's location on Pearl and their delicious food, I discovered them while looking for a caterer for summer events at our office when the quotes from another local catering company that a colleague recommended came back with astronomical prices. We have now had Dish cater two of our three summer events, with the largest and final event being next week, and I have received nothing but rave reviews from all of my meeting attendees on the food, with several stating that it was the best catered food they had ever had at an event through my office. Not only has the food been delicious, but Dish is unfailingly reliable, on-time, and so friendly whenever they come by! I have primarily worked with Rebecca on our orders and she is so communicative, accommodating and helpful, making sure all dietary restrictions are taken into consideration when drawing up menus for my groups. I have been so grateful for her patience, even as we added on additional meals at the last minute as plans for dinners at local restaurants fell through. I should mention also that every quote that we have received for meals from Dish was significantly lower than the other catering quote received from another local catering company, which of course made my higher-ups very pleased! It has been a genuine pleasure to work with Rebecca and the Dish crew, and it is very safe to say that Dish will be my number 1 choice for office catering moving forward. I'll also have to stop in on Pearl for lunch in the very near future. Whether you're looking for a bite to eat for one meal or someone to feed your next event, I recommend Dish Gourmet without a single hesitation - you'll be glad you did!

This place has fantastic sandwiches made with high quality ingredients. The inside is lovely and quaint - perfect for the rainy weather Boulder’s been having. Worth a splurge on occasion. 5/5

Sandwich lovers enjoy!! Ordered a grilled mushroom & asparagus sandwich with roasted red bell pepper bisque and a classic Reuben sandwich with glazed brussel sprouts. Both came with a delicious dye-free cucumber pickle; we also indulged in some chocolate chip cookies. Hip, artistic environment with great service. Many reviews point out that the price point is high, but I believe the quality is worth it. Ask where your food is sourced and check out calorie count to fit your needs; I found it to be reasonable.

I don't want to say I'm a sandwich connoisseur but... 😏 Dish is by far the best sandwich shop in all of Boulder, and maybe even Denver as well. So many different options, I could have a different one everyday for probably a month. Great fresh ingredients and bread as well. Also lots of veggie options and delicious breakfast sandwiches
