What can I say? It's Ben & Jerry's. Who wouldn't want to go to the brick and mortar version of their favorite ice cream. We visit every time we come to Boulder.

Got a scoop of half baked in a waffle cone. If you’re on pearl st mall and you need something cool while you’re walking come here! Variety and selection is great, location is super convenient, and staff is polite. Literally 3 people stopped my husband and I as we were walking the mall and asked us where we got our icecream, Ben and Jerry’s always!🍦🍦🍦

They have a huge variety of vegetarian options! The best was their flatbread.

We stopped by on a last minute decision, during a quick visit to Boulder. It's Ben & Jerry's ice cream, so it tasted exactly as I expected, but the price was not quite what I expected. We paid $13 for these two small cups of ice cream. The service was friendly and fast. But honestly, for the same price as a small cup of ice cream here, I'd rather go to the grocery store and pick up a half-gallon of super awesome Blue Bell ice cream.

Good ice cream. I had the dirt cup and it was awesome. A bit pricey, but it's on Pearl Street, so it's not out of line.

Wonderful Ben & Jerry’s shop front along the stunning Pearl St! Cute location. We got the vegan ice cream which was grand. My only suggestion would be to offer A. More vegan flavors and B. More toppings that are vegan. Its Ben & Jerry’s- cannot go wrong 🕺🏻

We catered Ben & Jerry's for a work event last week and everyone had an amazing time! I would highly recommend catering Ben & Jerry's for a work event. We had nearly 150 people come down and the serving was done quickly and clearly. The prices of each of their catering options was very reasonable. Their default option comes with three flavors of your choice but you can add more flavors for only $25. They have dairy free, gluten free, and vegan options too (which honestly tasted really good! you'd never know they weren't just regular ice cream ingredients). You pay per serving, which is two scoops per person in the standard option that we chose. Sydney was our main point of contact through email correspondence and was also our scooper at the event. She was always very clear, kind, and patient in explaining the policies and arrived early to set up before the event. Their contract language is flexible while also clear and simple. Paying for it was done after the event and was also very easy. Everyone had an amazing experience and we are looking forward to doing more of these in the future! Just as good as store bought pints. I finally made it to a Ben & Jerry’s ice cream shop! I love this flavor (Chocolate Fudge Brownie) dearly and it was so fun to order it in person, rather than pick it up from my local grocery store or order it as a late night snack. I loved eating it in a cone! The cone was so brittle and yummy:) 😍

Ben n jerry’s on pearl has the best tasting ice cream! You guys are always so friendly and kind. It’s definitely my favorite place to get ice cream! Thank you for all you do!

Place is full of customers and one of the workers rudely yelled at everybody to hurry and order they were closing. I work in customer service and if I have customers close to closing time and another one shows up. I help them not yell at them

Stopped in to this Ben & Jerry's while walking down Pearl St. I was happy to find they had 3 options for dairy-free ice cream. The employees were very friendly and helpful. After a bit of debating I tried the chocolate chip cookie dough dairy-free ice cream. It was delicious. Highly recommend stopping into this Ben & Jerrys before you walk the Pearl St Mall

Tall man worker with dark hair was so rude! Was making rude comments to each customer as they went to order if they weren’t ready (even tho they weren’t near the area where they take your order yet). On top of that he forgot my order and then gave me the wrong thing. He also made rude comments to a young female coworker. Seems like he should be fired immediately.
