Do NOT come to this doctor's office!!! Their priority is their own profit over patient care. I called to schedule a yearly physical with the office. They were booked 6 weeks out, which was understandable right now. The day of my appointment, I find out the appointment is not a yearly physical after all, but a new patient appointment. This would have been fine if I had been told up front. I had to go to the appointment because I needed to have my prescriptions refilled. Now, I am being charged out of pocket for a doctor I didn't see because the doctor I saw was apparently a resident. I was not told this up front and now owe hundreds of dollars. There was no communication about either the appointment change or the additional fees associated with this appointment and every person I talk to refuses to help get this resolved. This office is clearly more focused on how to get the most money out of people and not how to provide the best care for their patients. Save yourself a lot of time, money and frustration and just schedule with another clinic!

Where should I start! I switched from Denver Health right after having a stroke almost 2yrs ago because I was already experiencing issues with them trying to maintain my thyroid levels and mental issues as well as them not listening to my issues with my stomach and chest pain (after being seen in the ER at Lutheran and told I had a hernia!) and felt like they thought I was making things up! Things got worse when I started going to UHC. I was homeless and didn't have transportation so getting to my appointments was an issue but STILL in the process my doctor disappeared, I was assigned a social worker who was useless! Between my thyroid and the stroke my memory had gone down hill so I was having a hard time trying to focus on the things that were going on with me and the things that one of the NP advised me to do in a follow up email about my medication, telling me that my diabetes was under control when I was only ever diagnosed as prediabetic for the last 10-15yrs so that didn't help with my anxiety and made things worse! I had mentioned time and time again that I'm having a hard time walking and doing daily things and was told to go to PT but didn't even bother to see if I would maybe need a cane or a walker this entire time. Til I got upset about it AGAIN and had to ask if I qualified for one.. it was finely ordered a year AFTER my stroke! Still have yet to see what's causing my inflammation in my entire body and have yet to get my thyroid under control. Oh... And what's even worse is that you guys don't even have any endocrinologist specialists available except for one clear out in BFE who's office was scheduling out 2yrs for an appointment.. that's insane! Like I said, this is only a few of the issues that I've had since switching to UHC and this is why I stopped calling you guys for any appointments which one specifically important procedure that I'm overdue for is a colonoscopy. I've had 2 cousins diagnosed within the last 2yrs with colon cancer. One died 6 months after she fought with the doctors who would treat her everytime she would go to the ER because of the pain, the doctors who didn't believe her and thought she was making excuses cause she wanted narcotics! She died a month later after being diagnosed with the cancer! My other cousin thank God caught it in time, had surgery, did chemo and is in remission. Goes to show how much doctors genuinely care!

AF WILLIAMS WOULD RATHER YOU DIE THAN HELP YOU LIVE. OCT 2023 UPDATE: RUN! The hopes of care and compassion here have both gone DOWNHILL FAST. Dropped review from 3 stars to 1 star. My appointments have been rescheduled over 5 times and I have been waiting on care for months. The providers here are kind but the support staff could care less. Nurses even seem burnt out. Poor management and lack of accountability are contributing to VERY POOR PATIENT CARE here. SEPT 2023 UPDATE: Updated rating from 5 stars to 3. Since my first appointment, my second appointment was mis-scheduled and then cancelled after being rescheduled again. Issues with meds being filled that shouldn't and vice versa. Tried addressing these concerns with staff but they give Walmart customer service vibes. Big difference between buying groceries and health but OK. AUG 2023: Follow-up rescheduled 3x. Mis-Information. Confusion. Not a good sign. JULY 2023: After trying to find healthcare since coming to Denver two years ago, it's not easy. Providers are hard to get in with and having tried 3 previous locations, they'll either leave you waiting for hours or were not the greatest of providers - Dr. Hill was worth the wait. Her knowledge, bedside manner, and overall energy couldn't have been better. Every supporting member of the staff was friendly and kind. As far as medical offices go, this one feels like a Nordstrom type experience vs. all the dollar store doctors around here. 10/10.

Dr Lyons has been the best Dr ive ever had which I'm guessing lots of people must know already cause most of the time he's booked out for a month or three. But even when I couldn't get in to see him I've always been able to get in to see one of the other great Dr's at this practice. He has great beside manner and has always strived to make sure I have what I need to be as healthy and able to function in life and I credit him for me still being alive with today with all the ailments him and his staff have been understanding compassionate knowledgeable helpful and accommodating. Thank you to all the Dr's nurses npas and staff there at af Williams and uc health

I have always had a good experience with the staff at UCHealth from the front desk to the physician I need to see. Wait time is minimal. The Urgent Care team is exceptional in case of an emergency. I would reccommend UCHealth to anyone

I called in and got a huge run around. Administrative staff do not listen to what you are saying. My PCP suddenly forgot my history and gave me the run around too. Not worth your time or money on this establishment. I wish I could give -5 star I would. I've been a patient for 11 years. I'm done with them. The last 3 years have been nothing short of nightmarish.

I was told my prescription was being filled as “high priority” and to expect my prescription to be ready in a few hours. Fast forward a few hours and they have failed to communicate that they were not able to fill my prescription, further delaying me from getting my medicine.

Had a horrible experience this morning. Think I have RSV website said open 8:00am busy signal until after 9am. Finally got a hold of someone after being on hold 8 mins. She took my information and then told me she’s not a nurse and will have to connect me with the nurse. So then I was transferred and I had to hold another five minutes and the nurse comes on who acted like I was a bother to her. She asked me all the same information I verified with the first person on the phone and then when I’m trying to explain my situation she’s talking over me she’s not listening to me I finally just hung up on her I am so frustrated this is horrible horrible customer service and this is not the first time!

Awful, heartless organization. Waited 3 months to establish care at this new facility in the neighborhood, and of course ended up having to travel for work on that day. Next available? October. Don't even bother wasting your time with this UCHealth branch; maybe in a couple of years they'll figure it out, but I am not holding my breath / taking my business elsewhere.

Great docs, friendly staff, great PT department. I left Kaiser because of the spotty care. The folks at A.F. Williams Family Medicine - Central Park really care and are helpful and friendly.

I was awed. Dr Amie English, Rock Star super fantastic MD! 🌺. She even provided for my dental care by giving me a list of excellent clinics and financial solutions (I can tell you I was really happy with the dental care I received as well). . I had been out of state for a year. She took care of everything and set me up for my overall health, not simply current issues. She actually touched on a number of health issues I’ve had and spoke to me about it 😃 There were no concerns that weren’t covered. I didn’t have to explain anything… she amazingly knew the issues I was having, and discuss them with me. I’ve been to a number of medical facilities in other states as well including Chicago and Houston. Well I see UCH and AF William Family is great. They’re being compared to some really fantastic institutions and MDs. Dr English is polite and listens. She answered all my questions. Wow! . She gave me confidence in her plan. 👍 I have seen numerous doctors in my life, but she is truly a rock star. Dr. English’s Nurse is also super fantastic. I wonder where UCH finds them ? They have incredible recruiters are so it seems Dr Enlish is a rock star ⭐️ and always has rock star nurses. This nurse today was Jamie Velasquez Jamie Velasquez greeted me with an Thusi Azim and respect and a big smile. She was very agile and energetics killer movements. This enthusiasm has a. Good effect. She also covered my questions asked me about additional concerns The main concern at that time was keeping her as my nurse … I take warfarin and must have my INR checked regularly. Having medical staff that are aware of my problems. And seem to plan accordingly. …. Is important to me. I’ve been admitted to the hospital at UCH… even the food was great. UCH, AF Williams….. the doctors and the nurses…. Especially the ones I’ve encountered….. I have truly been blessed!

Go anywhere else if you value your health. - Not responsive to patient questions through the Portal - Due to the non-responsiveness, I had to call them and was told "the doctor will get back to you". They didn't. - Sent prescriptions to a pharmacy that is in another state and required an appointment before re-sending them to the correct pharmacy - Mismanaged important test results requiring the test to be re-done - Combative "doctors" (Residents) that removed critical prescriptions that were previously prescribed by a specialist because it was their opinion that it was not needed. Again, this was prescribed by a specialist and it was a resident who made this decision on their own without consulting said specialist. - Rude front office staff

I've been here several times for various appointments and providers. Never had an issue or even a long delay in seeing someone. Easy in and out too compared to other UCHealth locations.

The doctor isn't where I want to be. However, at my age, it's now a necessity to stay on top of. My doctor, Anna Pisac was very personable & did wonders getting me to feel comfortable.

My wife and I are fairly new to the practice. They are third primary care physician group we have had since moving to Colorado a year and half ago. By far they are outstanding. We were able to promptly schedule an appointment. At those appointments we were able to address all of our concerns. They truly listen to any concerns and address them appropriately. Every time we have reached via the messaging system we have quickly received a response. Our provider also has reached out personally to assure that we were receiving the proper responses from physicians we had been referred to. We look forward to any future interactions.

I've been going to this clinic for awhile now and have seen multiple doctors and have always had a great experience with telehealth and in person appointments. I consistently see Dr. Costello as my main primary care provider and she is amazing! I've also seen Dr. Conry, Dr. Lines, Dr. Spencer, and Dr. Neuman and they've all been great as well. The front desk staff is always kind and all the medical assistants I've encountered have also been very helpful and welcoming.

Dr. Piggott is a premier physician who cares about the health of his patients. The entire staff is always very pleasant and friendly. Everyone, staff and especially the physicians treat you as a person and not a number of the day. Highly recommend this center!

Followed my doc here from her last clinic. Front. desk staff is awesome and the call center is always helpful. I like the clinic, it's very clean and well organized and despite the doc and nurse shortages the wait times aren't extreme. Very nice facility and wonderful care providers. Lovely experience over all and I'm glad they're a part of the UCHealth system because they always provide dignified care

I have nothing bad to say about the staff. My doctor was a resident and was very kind. However I specifically called for a doctor who specializes in my health issue and she did not. Apparently because the other doctors specialize in my issue they can just discuss my care? But basically I didn't get what I asked for which is the whole reason I came here. Do not get blood labs here because they will process it at a hospital which means they will bill you almost $2000. My insurance covered a lot of that but you may not be as lucky. Apparently because it's a CU facility you will have to pay CU Medicine hundreds of dollars for daring to see a doctor in their building. Why am I paying CU $500 to see a doctor with UCHealth? Why is there no transparency about the CU charges? I can't afford to come back here so I wasted my time trying to establish care with a doctor who was kind but not actually a specialist like I was looking for.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Kordell for the last 2 years and have never encountered a more compassionate , understanding, and empathetic Doctor like her before. She truly takes the time to listen to you, asks the right questions, and has excellent bedside manner. The world needs more doctors like her!
