We just held our annual Fashion Group International event at Carla's this week. I can't say enough about this store and the people who run it. First, the store itself is absolutely gorgeous with endless stylish decorative furnishings for your home along with apparel and interior design services. The event itself was absolutely fabulous as Carla's staff provided a fabulous spread of cookies, dips, chips, hot apple cider and wine. As fantastic as this all is, nothing compared to the staff. Carla's daughter, Michelle was the most gracious host I have ever seen. She and her staff made sure all our guests were happy and comfortable, as if we were in her home. The store is family owned and operated which I love. I even heard the story of how her mother, Carla, did a million dollars in sales, selling home furnishings out of their home! Overall, this is one of the best retail spaces I have been to considering the vibe, the merchandise and especially the staff. Carla's is truly a Colorado gem!

I had heard home renovation could be an overwhelming undertaking with hiccups, false starts, delays, and sometimes even outright failures. I had never gone through major remodel or worked with a designer before and was unsure of the process. I researched and spoke with several designers. When talking with Carla’s A Classic Design, what stuck with me was that right away they showed genuine excitement and great vision around the possibilities. And they were firm, but polite, about the existing design elements that had to go. The renovation included a full kitchen, two bathrooms and a mud room. Angie and team asked me a lot of questions about my tastes, listened to my ideas and brought back a vision that was awesome! They did such a great job of ensuring the design was something that I would love. The result is that they gave me such a beautiful place, one that I couldn't imagine getting to on my own, but it feels 100% mine and I enjoy it every day! We loved the work Carla and Angie provided so much that we hired them again to do the complete design for our vacation home. They result was a stunning mountain modern look and feel that blew us away. I’d highly recommend Carla’s A Classic Design for any interior design job!

Every time I go into Carla's I want to buy the entire store! There are always great pieces and ideas to decorate that I would have never thought of myself! The interior design staff is outstanding as well! I have worked with Angie Hilmes multiple times and she never fails to impress me! I HIGHLY recommend her talented expertise!

Carla’s is the most beautiful home decor and gift store I have ever been in! The quality, uniqueness and friendliness of the store is incredible. It’s like setting foot into the sitcom Designing Women or onto the set of Steel Magnolias. It feels like a big hug when you walk in, and you’ll probably get one from Carla herself by the time you leave❤️

I love Carla’s A Classic Design Store. I walk in and I’m surrounded by all things beautiful. I can spend hours in the store looking at every little thing in every nook & cranny. The overall feeling is like being transformed into my happy place and I’m experiencing myself as a different person. I love, love this store!

It is one of my most favorite shops and Carla makes you feel like a best friend. I love all her displays, especially at Christmas time. It is my go-to store when looking for something a little unusual or elegant. And it’s the best place to find that special gift for someone.
