The Hotel is very good, the restaurant is very bad. Worst food! And very expensive. They even ask for the payment before you start eating (at room service) Never try the restaurant in the hotel

Regardless the staff who was friendly..no improvement on the quality of food the food is catastrophic..chicken and fish were not fresh also rice was inedible..bad experience been repeated several times

I had the best experience there it was fun

My many stays have been absolutely flawless at this hotel so far The rooms are pretty well designed and the regular beds are absolutely perfect, comfy as heck, with many pillows for each person and are always flawlessly clean The secondary bed for 2 people rooms that can hold more than 2 (which is a convertible sofa) is pretty rough but still alright Every single staff member I have talked to so far has been extremely polite, nice and helpful The quality for the price is also really good especially since they offer special deals quite often.

Great hotel, calm and peaceful. Even though there were a bit of misunderstanding with the Staff. But it can be improved. The quality of food is great. And rooms are quite.

This is a wonderful and very safe inside! From the moment you arrive at the entrance door you can see there is a security check area that feel you like to enter an airport or border check. It is another reason to stay this hotel. My room was huge, beautiful, clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly. As you may already know, this hotel is situated a quite far from the airport, City centre and the district seems not very safe but the staff are amazing. They offered a hotel car for our safety when we wanted to go to outside.

Very helpful personnel. Clean and neat hotel. However, The menu was not as good as it seems and it lacked variety (4 days with the same menu)
