Lived here for over 3 years pretty quiet for the area its in most of the people that rent here are hard working and great neighbors a few shady move in but they don't last long the room too small but it kept up pretty well and there are no bugs except for maybe some of the dirty renters

The people are friendly and yeah their are a lot of people coming and going but also remmeber it's next to a dance club and a restraunt and theirs also families in their that have children and relatives to come and visit them so it does get busy but unless u live their u really can't assume if theirs anything going on but people having family and friends come see them

Be very cautious here for many who stay here at this. Place never sleep and by morning personal items in your vehicle may no longer be there or your vehicle, only the keys cause they were in your pocket...

This is one of the places, that Tupac was talking about... When he asked the questions, I wonder if heaven got a ghetto!!! Lol

Kept up and clean for the area there in. Felix is an amazing man who works there! Thank you for your amazing customer service and genuine care!

There is only weekly rates here,but it's spotlessly clean, quaint, safe and drug free. The price is the cheapest rate for vacationing to this city. A gem of a find here.
