    My experience at this pet hotel was disappointing. Jen's behavior was uncooperative, displaying rudeness, bullying, and dishonesty about my dogs' vaccine status. Despite my efforts to communicate my dogs' needs, she showed a lack of readiness for their boarding. Even after complying with her vaccine demand, she treated me poorly, as if my dogs were receiving a free stay. She withheld information and unfairly deducted $600 from my card without consent on the same day I boarded when they deduct money when I pick up my dogs. This experience highlighted her poor customer service skills and lack of empathy. Improvement in both communication and customer care is essential for this establishment.

    If I could rate less than one star I would. When I came in, the owner Jen was screaming at her husband in front of both employees and customers. She also kept berating employees in front of everyone for ridiculous non-issues. When I came to get my dog the next day, she was scratching a lot and seemed generally weary of others. When we got home, she scarfed down her food and drank nearly an entire bowl of water which she has never done before. She also ended up having fleas and I am certain that she did not have them before. Do not come here!!!

    Be aware of staff and the owner, Jen. They are extremely rude. I was given much false information on booking my dog for an evaluation was never able to complete it. I made an appointment came in to do that, but was told they couldn’t complete it Since they require a minimum of four hours. I was told they would hold my reservation time of the stay until we could complete the evaluation another time after a 45 minute drive each way. The staff member assured me I would still have a spot for my dog until we can perform the evaluation . I called when I knew I had the time to come back to book the evaluation and was told that my dog doesn’t have any kind of hold and they now do not have any room. even though she assured me how many spots are left and I would still have a spot. Obviously a little annoyed that I was given more false information. I asked if I could talk to the manager about it and explain the situation. She called me and said she will not be taking my dog based on my dog failing the evaluation. She even said she spoke to me person about my dog and she failed the evaluation. If she looked at the record She would see that I never paid for the evaluation because I never came in for it ! She got me confused with another customer. She even said that she spoke to me at their location, which NEVER happened. My dog never was never able to do the evaluation, I didn’t come back a 2nd time, and never met Jen. She did not care and said the phone call was recorded and said I treated her staff rude on the call. (she and keeps referring to me as someone that has come a 2nd time completing the evaluation) I’ve only been there once! Very unprofessional I will definitely tell my family to stop going there and everyone else.

    I am so so thrilled to have found Little Dogs Resort. I stumbled upon them during a boarding crisis after a Rover failed us - we were already out of town and they graciously walked me through all the registration over the phone. My Pom is normally anxious but really seems to enjoy his stays with them, thanks to their attentive and knowledgeable staff! We love the photo updates during his stays, as well. I've worked with Ava Veater, Jacob Stone, and Katie Johnson, all of whom are kind, quick to respond to any requests or questions, and make booking new stays a breeze. I highly recommend this team and their services!

    Little Dogs takes the health, safety and well-being of the dogs very seriously. Im glad that recent one star review was posted because it shows how seriously we take our policies which are in place for the safety of all the dogs that come in. I was one of the staff members working when the incident took place and I can say Jen took the situation very well. She calmly explained our policies which are constantly stated to everyone who walks through the doors and why we have them. The staff here love every individual dog like they’re our own and none of us would want to see them get sick during their stay. If you’re looking for a good place to board your dog or even bring them to daycare, this is the safest place to do so.

    I set up an online reservation and paid the $75 deposit. I cancelled my reservation and was told I would be refunded. Over a week later, no refund. I call and they say oh the owner will look into it and call you within 2 days. A WEEK more later and I still haven’t got a call. We are at 3 weeks since the beginning of this. I finally had to dispute with my credit card. Very shady.

    Google won't let me respond to an individual review from another customer, but I want to say both that Little Dogs Resort has been wonderful for my dog, but that a recent one-star review I saw on here from a Ms. Khanna was completely unfair and misleading. I was there picking up my dog from day care when this person was being completely unreasonable and going off on the manager about the resort's policy of requiring vaccinations for all dogs who are boarded there. We have only been taking our dog to LDR for a few months, but the policies about vaccinations are clearly posted and communicated to all customers from the beginning. This woman was demanding that her dogs be excused from that requirement and be allowed to board without proof of vaccination, which would be a health risk to the other dogs and totally improper. I am very grateful to Jen for calmly sticking up to this person and explaining the resort's requirements for all dogs. Separate from that incident, our experience with our dog going to "enrichment" day care at LDR a few days a week for the past several months has been excellent. The staff is caring and attentive, and they all know our girl and welcome her. We are really glad we found this place for our dog to spend social time with other dogs. It has been great for her. We only have positive things to say, and I think most of the negative reviews on here are from people who maybe tried to board a dog last minute and didn't follow the rules. The rules are there to protect all of the dogs. We would recommend LDR to anyone!

    My little guy, Gizmo has been going every day to Little Dogs Resort - for 3 years- since he was 6 months old. I have used LD for boarding as well. I can tell you that I have been very impressed with the attention and training given to each little dog in their care. Jen is very professional and the staff is carefully hand-picked to take care of all these pups. My little doggo gets very excited every day for his enrichment class and loves-loves-loves all the humans who care for him as well as his cute furry friends. I have no hesitation in leaving him for boarding. It is totally worry-free. I noticed a one star negative review has been posted. I have never known LD to bill for anything that was not explained or expected. For clarification, I was a witness to an incident. I was shocked because in three years I had never seen anything like this. A few days ago I went in to pick up my Gizzy at the end of the day, a dog mom (Ms. Khanna) was being loud and quite verbally abusive to Jen about the required vaccination policy for all dogs who board at LD. She evidently thought that she had been singled out and kept shouting "Don't do this to me!" Clearly she had not read the paperwork when she signed up for boarding (all dog care/boarding places require this) and was expecting an exception to be extended to her in this situation. LD is very good to remind us when vaccines are due. For those of us who do follow the policy requirements for our dogs in daycare and boarding, we appreciate the due diligence practiced by LD for the health, safety, love and well being of our little doggos when we are away from them. Bless your heart, Jen and staff. You work very hard to provide a great service to your clients.
