This urgent care has always been amazing. Several very attentive doctors working there. The last I saw was a Dr. Jackson. He listened, he joined in conversation, and we came up with a plan together. I really enjoyed the experience and am grateful it went well. Thank you.

Interesting how some people actually give this clinic more than the minimum stars? Guess people's expectations in health care is very low. We are looking for another Dr. as my wife has a heart condition and can't afford to wait for average care to happen for her. We setup primary care about 4-5 months ago with Granger and my wife was told she needed a particular medication by the new Dr. for both of us. Medication was appropriate and treated her heart condition just fine. My visit was a check up to see how my overall health was. Of course I needed to do my colonoscopy "that time of my life"! Colonoscopy scheduling never happened & the office was NEVER open after 2 months and many attempts by me ONLY. Guess they don't provide this service and/or just don't care. I now don't care as well since I was not too enthusiastic about it in the first place. Wife's experience was just as bad, if not worse. She has been attempting to get a refill on her prescription for the entire 4-5 months for her HEART CONDITION! The same Dr that prescribed the correct medication can't seem to understand how to prescribe the SAME correct medication again for a simple refill. She has to take something for her heart so she takes the incorrect medication the SAME Dr prescribed mixing the amounts to meet her needs on her own with no medical advice. The Dr keeps prescribing multiple wrong prescriptions 3 different wrong prescriptions in total across many prescriptions. We tried 2 different pharmacies to rule that out and both were faxing & calling Granger to correct without success. My wife used the portal, called, went there in person to get the correct prescription without success. I tried the same. Tired of trying for at least minimum competent care and done. Hope no one has a health emergency in their lobby, I feel they would die without 911 being called to take them to real medical help! In short, we are running to another provider to re establish primary care. Feel like we have actual seen medical malpractice AND I never thought I would ever see this outside of the TV and movies. If you value your health and love your family, find another clinic.

This is absolutely the worst costumer device I have ever received! We had an appointment that was confirmed by the email, I took off work, I drove 25 min to be there in time, when a extremely rude pediatrics (3rd floor, 1st window) receptionist told me my appointment was changed and that I was notified. That is completely a lie! I told her I only received a confirmation a for an appointment today and no one called or emailed me about rescheduling, she said “well that is what it shows in my system”. She didn’t apologize or try to be kind and understanding and just explain anything politely. She was, rude, cold and unprofessional. I will be filing official complaint. They have lost our business not just only for pediatrics but for all other services we use them for. I would NEVER recommend this place or in fact any Granger facilities to anyone

I have only been there once and will not be returning to the family medicine clinic, due to the poor service, and negligent medical care I received. First the receptionist was not that welcoming, and told me I needed to pay a $75 co-pay, which I'm glad I didn't pay, since when I got my bill, my portion was only $25. Not sure what that was about. When I set up the appointment, I told the receptionist what my medical issues were that I was needing help for, but she missed 1 of the 3 issues, and the medical assistant didn't know about it. The medical assistant didn't ask me as many questions, as they normally do, so I hope nothing was missed. The medical assistant told me I could leave, then watched me struggle with the door and didn't offer any assistance. I have never seen Dr. Gapinkski before, he said he was going to make a couple of referrals, an x-ray for one issue, and physical therapy for another thing, but no one ever called me to schedule anything. I logged into my account to see if I could get info on my referrals, and I see they listed the referral for the exact the same issue twice, and no referral was ever made for the x-ray. I'm not sure who is entering the referral information, but you would think they would notice these mistakes, and wonder why the same referral is being made twice, and nothing is being made for the other issue. The doctor had recommended some blood tests be done, so I went downstairs to get them, and I noticed the downstairs receptionists turn off the lights in their work area at the end of the day, which made it feel like it was closed. They didn't bother greeting me, then kept me waiting for 20 minutes before I had to leave, because I no longer had time to wait, and I was not able to get the tests done.

Dr. Schaecher is an amazing person and Doctor. Always personalizes my visits with conversation and makes me feel like he genuinely cares about my well being-which I believe he does. He was even available to me while on a European vacation which spoke to the level of care he provides his patients. I am so glad he came back to the practice! Granger medical should do everything to ensure that if he leaves again it’s to retire permanently.

I went a couple months ago with a friend to a regular doctor’s appointment. To be exact 3 months ago. He just loose his job and he hasn’t been able to pay a bill for the amount of 200 dls. This guys make a lawsuit for this 200 dls that he can’t pay sending someone to his place with the lawsuit. Being honest I never had a problem with a medical thing like this. Now I know that my friend is not the only one. People for less amount has the same problem with Granger Medical. Don’t make business with them. Intermountain they’ll never do that to their customers. Be careful

I came in for several things and Dr robins could not have cared less he was in and out of the room so fast and made me feel like he just didn't have time to listen to me. He was supposed to prescribe me something for heartburn and didn't do it. I was told I'd get a call with my results and never got this call it was an issue concerning my heart so it would have been nice to know what was going on instead they sent me results in the mail it wasn't an issue but I was waiting for the call not knowing what was going on with my heart. Definitely won't be coming back.

My daughter went in for her annual check-up with Dr. Rosenfeld. She waited in the exam room for like 30 minutes without seeing or talking to anyone. When the doctor did come in, he maybe spent 5 minutes with her. The nurse appeared to be in a hurry too. My daughter was hardly given the opportunity to ask questions or to have the doctor evaluate her progress. She felt rushed, and is wanting to switch to another doctor and another facility.

Last week, I had my first (and last) appointment to this clinic. The receptionist on the third floor didn’t respond to my morning greeting, asked me to take a seat without further instructions knowingly that was my first visit as a new patient. A nurse later called my name, didn’t respond my greeting either, rushed me to get on a scale, then took me to a cubicle. There, she asked me about medications and headed out. The physician was nice and courteous, though. Before leaving, I asked for lab work done. The nurse asked me to urinate in a small container and leave it by the sink, then head to urgent care. I asked when my lab results would be ready for my prescriptions. She said in a week. I said I could have them done somewhere else because I needed my medication. I explained the details, she said again that my results would be ready by the following week. Assuming by her facial expression and repeated sentences that she hadn’t understood me, I repeated my statement. Then she called me rude. I tried to explain myself again, she called me rude again and left me speaking by myself. By the way, she forgot to give me directions to the lab. How was I supposed to know urgent care is where I get my lab work done? When in urgent care, the receptionist asked me to wait in a seating area. A lady later called my name. She was really nice. She smiled, asked me how I was doing, helped me take blood samples, and said “Have a wonderful day” to me before leaving. That was the most approachable and welcoming person during my visit. So, like I said, that was my last visit.

My experience is only with the Breast care clinic. It was the BEST experience. Went yesterday for my first mammogram and the lady at the front desk was so kind, and then I had Brytton do my actual mammogram and it was a breeze. She was so kind, good at her job, calm, and just super professional but at the same time, friendly and I didn’t feel awkward at all. The manager, also was so incredibly kind and gave me my results about 10 mins after my appt was done. 10/10 recommend.

I called and asked to see about getting in with a specific Provider. The Receptionist seemed really confused about this and asked if I had been in before and who my PCP was. I said no I haven't been in before and nor do i have A PCP, that's why I called, to see if this provider would have availability. She seemed annoyed and Instead of asking for the PCPs name asked about my insurance. I told her my insurance and she said that only 1 doctor accepted that insurance (even though I found the provider I wanted on my insurance website.) She gave me that doctor's availability Instead and I decided to schedule something anyway. She made me a patient profile and then gave me the times. I picked one and then she started saying she couldn't get into this doctor's schedule. She took my information (which I already gave for the profile) so she could call back later, when she worked it out. It's been days and I haven't heard back. After reading reviews it seems this clinic is not well ran or put together. Guess I will look elsewhere.

Love doctor Cutlip she’s sweet, kind and overall the best doctor I’d ever had, I’m glad my day ended with a generous person. But the reason why I give this 2 stars is that the medical assistant and the front desk were not friendly at all, and the atmosphere was awkward, making me not want to go there anymore. Arrived at the front desk 3rd floor, since the building looks so nice I excepted there’s nice people around, but no greeting, they were busy chatting, laughing with each other, and being loud. Then the medical assistant called me and again no greeting, no “hello, how are you today”. The mood was very silent and barely any communication. This place should train their staff how to be professional, is ridiculous that there’s many of them.

During intake, the male medical assistant falsified my blood pressure and temperature. He had the blood pressure cuff almost up in my arm pit and the stethoscope on my forearm, then documented 120/80 when he couldn’t get a reading. The thermometer wasn’t even in place and came up as 94.3 but he documented a higher value. I asked another medical assistant if the male MA was new or training, but she said he had been there a while. The experience with the provider was worse. The provider didn’t really listen to what I had to say, and kept cutting me off. In our short time together he did hear me say that I had recently been to my primary care doctor, and that they had ran some labs and were waiting for test results. Instead of running labs of his own or guiding to follow up with my primary care, the doctor offered to prescribe antibiotics…this was very concerning because he was offering to prescribe based on something I’d said and not anything he’d seen or diagnosed for himself. In total he offered to prescribe medication 3 times, not having a knowledge of what he was treating. Each time I had to rebuff that I’d follow up with my primary care doctor. This is was very alarming. I left a message for the office manager Amy to call me to discuss the falsification of my vital signs and inappropriate offer to prescribe antibiotics, but I still haven’t heard back. If granger medical reads this, I did not feel unsafe during my visit. But was definitely alarmed at the questionable medical practices that I witnessed while be cared for.

Doctor Leonard is just like an old friend. He’s so kind and genuine. He explains things so well and takes the time to listen to my concerns. I was diagnosed with Thyroid cancer and he took it out. You can barely see the scare. He’s really good at what he does. If you need an ENT, I’s highly recommend him.

Polite staff, and I know everyone has their own specific job to do at a medical facility, and they don’t go beyond that, I always expect if asked a question they know who you should talk to, and direct you to that person or office. Today one of the bathrooms’ soap dispenser was not working, I told someone and I hope this gets fixed, if they are going to make us wear masks at least allow us to wash our hands after using the public restroom.

I got no diagnosis. Pretty sure I have giardia, got it from my dogs. Told me if still ongoing after 10 days to come back. Had to self diagnose and treat at home. It was a waste of my time to go to the urgent care. Will not go back.

Staff is very nice and helpful. Been going to Dr Robbins for 6 years now. He is a friendly and understanding doctor who actually listens to his patients. Would recommend this office and Dr. Robbins to friends and family.

Dr Grua is amazing to work with. He listens, cares, and is willing to look at things from multiple perspectives. He has great bedside manner and knows what he is talking about. He keeps up on what is happening with all of the latest medications and innovations around hormone issues and wants his patients to be happy and healthy

From the moment I walked in, it’s nice looking, modern, clean. The lady at information was very helpful she answered few of my questions as it was my 1st time at this location. She gave me a brochure which had the department’s and Doctors name’s. In urgent care the check in process was quick and easy the the ladies working the check in were quick and polite. Once in my room which was nice, big, clean, everything looked in top shape, the nurse assistant & the Doctor both were very polite, nice, clear and helpful with the answers and questions. They took good care of me right away did what they had to gave me my paperwork and send me on my way…Highly recommended this facility I know this is were I’ll be coming from here on.

I called this morning to let them know I'm running out of medication, and was told that they'd put in a request today to get them refilled. I didn't get a text or notification all day, so I check in, and they tell me barely now that the doctor or his MA are not in today. So now I need to go 4 days without medication. I legitimately do not understand how they can just send me off and not be able to do something about medication that I need. I don't get why there is not a nurse practitioner or another MA that can put in requests like this if a doctor or his MA are out. If the person I spoke to earlier today told me that he was out, things would have been completely fine because I would have tried my best to find alternatives to the situation. Before anyone comes at me and says "well why did you call at 4:50 pm" I called because for one, last time I had requested them to send a refill to my pharmacy (which was like at 2pm) They said they'd do it, but yet again did not put the request for the refill till the next morning. This time around, I was expecting the same thing so I was being patient and not wanting to be annoying. I called at that time to confirm once more it was put in and that was when they told me what I said above.

Hands down the best pediatric clinic I have been to! The staff were all very kind, helpful and professional! My son was seen by Emily Lewis. She was amazing! She listened to every single concern I had, big and small, and addressed every one of them on our first visit! She called me personally with his lab results the next morning and even ensured that the items I requested were faxed over to WIC. Anyone looking for a thorough and kind pediatrician should definitely look no further! I’d give them 10 stars if I could!

I'm always treated so well at Granger Quick Care. Sometimes there's a wait, but I understand triage so I'm ok with it. Dr knew what I needed. When I had to go 7wks ago, it only took the Dr a minute to confirm what I thought I had, which was shingles. He knew what I needed, and sent it right over to the pharmacy. I hate having to go, but I know I'll get great care.

Arrived about 20 minutes before urgent care was closing for a possible ear infection on my daughter. First time being here , checked in, the front desk receptionist was really nice as was the nurse that checks your weight and stuff. Waited a bit for the doctor to come in and see us but didn’t feel rushed even tho they were about to close. The doctor even took a look at our son just to make sure he didn’t have an ear infection too. The rooms were clean big and spacious. I liked it here :)

Not a great first impression. I call at 9:00AM to give notice I will be late to my 9:10AM appointment (accident on the road) I spend 5min on jold get transferred by the operator to someone who transfers me to a voicemail. I call again it’s now 9:10AM I explain that I was transferred twice and ask for a direct number. The operator let me know that as long as I’m not more than 15min late I will be fine. I get to the place at 9:22AM and I’m told he doesn’t accept patients more than 10min late. I’m 2min past the benchmark and now have to reschedule my appointment for a first time visit that isn’t even going to cover my medical needs. 2min, I spent 22min trying to get a hold of someone and had to take time off to make this appointment just to chat. There’s definitely some internal communication that can be improved.

I went to Granger. Medical when I was an older child. I took my children and now some of my grandchildren go there. I have been a patient there now for about 50 years. The staff is always friendly but sometimes service is spotty since Covid like cost t everywhere else. I took a star off because I had very questionable results from one doctor. Once I switched doctor's I realized I wasn't crazy but he was way off in his treatment!

My pharmacy missed informing me that my Dr. would be unable to refill a certain prescription, until I first came in for an appointment. I had just taken my last pill, when I found this out. I called the clinic. It was busy & after over 15 minutes waiting on line (to speak to the Dr.'s receptionist), I had to call back and speak to the main receptionist. - She had me explain the situation and then set up an appointment for me. She let me know that at this point, the Dr. should be willing to prescribe at least a portion of my prescription to tide me over. I certainly appreciated her guided direction and help. It saved me a lot of frustration!

Doctor Robbins and his Nurses are fantastic. They Are all so friendly and truly Listen to all of our questions and concerns. They took time to get to know us alittle and I really liked that . Ok now i must talk about the building . It is so nice and clean with tall ceiling and huge windows. They have sliding doors on all the rooms. It's actually really awesome. Something else I found very awesome is they can do X-rays and they also have there own pharmacy. So if anyone is looking for a new doctor or or just want to check the place out I highly recommend you give the Granger medical of West Valley West Valley ago.

This is a beautiful building! There are several different doctors as well as specialist doctors at this location. The building is immaculate. The decor is modern. Lots and lots of windows. In fact the whole walls on one or 2 sides are all glass, going all the way up for several floors. When you first walk in they check you and take your temperature checking for Covid 19. Then if you're clear you can proceed to the registration desk and check-in depending on what type of doctor and or name of doctor. They are very nice and helpful at check-in desk.. Once you check-in then you have a seat in lobby, which is very spacious and pretty! Then you wait to be called. I was seeing Dr. Daniel Richards an Orthopedic doctor. The Medical assistant Angela is so so nice, personable, friendly and helpful! She makes you feel at ease right away! Dr. Daniel Richards is the best! I was referred to him by a friend. And to my delight he is a wonderful doctor. He's very good in his field of specialty. He is very informative, and patient. He takes the time to listen to his patients and also answer any questions they may have. He makes you feel confident in having him as a doctor when having to have surgery. I would definitely recommend him to everyone! They also take Steward Health Choice Insurance.
