We stayed here in March 2022. Our host Samantha is lovely and catered for our group of 12 with dinner and breakfast . The food was fantastic and generous.. The accommodation near the homestead is very comfortable with grassed areas and close proximity to the river. The cabins are all clean and very well presented. There is accommodation further away from the main home which are old shearerโ€™s quarters. Internally they are equally clean and Air-conditioned and offer a more rustic feel . Iโ€™d happily stay here again and will recommend Rose Isle to my friends. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We were only looking for an overnighter and ended up staying for 5 days this place is an absolute gem an oasis in the desert. Samantha is just lovely, she made us feel like family from the moment we arrived. The property has powered sites on the grass, along with cottage accommodation and huge sites on the river (no power) that are beautiful. Highly recommend joining for morning tea $10 a head for a great spread of homemade goodies and proper tea. We will definitely be back.

Lovely, peaceful station on the Darling River. Lots of trees, grassed caravan sites, power, and spotless facilities. Delightful camp kitchen with a cozy fireplace. Samantha is a cheerful host, and a fabulous cook! We would definitely stay here again.

A beautiful quiet oasis on the river with all the necessary facilities, along with pleasant walking tracks around the property and stunning sunsets! Host Samantha is very welcoming and friendly and provides a delicious all you can eat morning tea, $15 per person each day, all home made and served in the camp kitchen... Would definitely recommend a couple of days stay....

Fantastic spot! You can be right on the river away from everyone if you want, or a powered grassy site near the kitchen. A very tranquil and picturesque spot. Good amenities close at hand and Samantha does an outstanding job of looking after guests, cooking up scones and cakes for morning tea or even cooking up a 3 course dinner by arrangement. Well worth the trip.

We stopped for a overnighter and the tranquility of the setup and magnificence of the swollen river had us there for two nights. Rustic, good value and authentic, Sam and Gary made us very welcome. We swagged on the verandahs and even in January it was cool enough for a sleeping bag overnight. Loved Louth, will be back if passing by again.

We loved our stay here, it was one of the highlights of our August covid honeymoon. Our hosts were fantastic and welcoming, the camp pizza night was great. If we ever get back out this way again, we will be sure to spend a night or two.

Firstly the biggest thankyou to the best hosts Sam and Gary . The outback country hospitality was above and beyond . Their wide smiles and passion for what they do was evident the minute you arrived at the gate. Sam's daily morning tea for $10 of home cooked scones and sausage roles we're to die for . This is exceptional customer service at its very best. Highly recommended xx Amazing stay

What an amazing place! If you've ever wanted to stay on a station, then this is it. From the moment we pulled up we were greeted by the most welcoming lady, one of the owners, Samantha. The 1st thing that struck me was the beautiful green camp sites. If you are a dog lover, then the beautiful Dachshunds will delight. We camped right next to the amenities. The sites were flat and we met some awesome campers. We didn't experience any awful flies that you typically would in the Outback. Samantha's morning tea was awesome and learning about Outback life is a real eye opener. If you have ever wanted to stay on a station, do this one!

The best station stay we've had. Samantha is wonderful and the morning tea is delicious. There is grass to camp on or fabulous camp spots by the river. We kayaked, walked and relaxed. A truly wonderful stay.

Rose isle station has all the great things about an outback farm stay, and none of the drawbacks. Comfortable, low key and charming. we were staying for work purposes, and our hosts were really helpful to us, even with our of the ordinary requests.

We turned up last minute because of a series of unfortunate events that lead us here. From the moment we arrived the Owners Samantha and Gary welcomed us like family to their beautiful property on the Darling River. Some of the loveliest people we've met and their adorable sausage dogs who we grew very fond of. We only planned on 1 nights stay but quickly turned to 2 nights. We camped unpowered grass site and was very happy having shade from some Small trees as it's important to have in the warmer months. We had such a great time there and will be back. Sheep, Goats, various lizards inc Goannas, many birds from cute little ones to wedge tail eagles, fishing, yabbies the list goes go things to see and do in this traditional authentic station in the nsw outback is well worth the visit. You're an amazing woman Samantha thankyou for your exceptional hospitality. Ps the young fella is still asking us for more Mulberries lol
