Staff need training properly. All so young with not a clue really. Be helpful if they actually had staff it wants to help customers. Nor stand about talking what they did the night before would really help. Doesn't feel like a happy place to work or shop unless you spend lots of money. Very bad attitude if you have to return faulty items. You'd think it was comeing out there pocket with how they react every single time. TIP... try smile and welcome customers not look at them like dirt will help to state off with. Won't hold my breath tho

Just spent almost £600 in this store over the course off the Christmas period and because we had to do a couple off exchanges the help obviously didn’t like this as she was nothing but rude towards my partner and spoke under her breath with a fellow employee and gestured towards my partner in an inappropriate and unprofessional manner. Won’t be using this branch EVER again. Will also being taking this matter further and contacting there head branch in Bury. FYI we have all the information we need on the receipt.

Terrible customer service. Stood for ten minutes looking for a member of staff to help us find a shoe for our toddler son. A staff member looked available as he was finished helping another customer and so I followed him to the till to ask if I could have a size. The look I got after asking that was disgusting, like I had asked him something completely out of the ordinary. He went away to find the size.. and didn’t reappear. Needless to say, we left the shop without buying anything. I definitely won’t be shopping there again. And people wonder why the high street is dying.. it’s because the staff don’t care about customer service.

Well got some great stuff like training shoes tracksuit well it is a sport shop so all good cloths good prices when discount is on like at this moment. Training shoes bit expensive but great shoes likes they do have some good price for training shoes it's just Nike is expensive but lovely

Great shop for branded sports clothing and footwear, (I love Firetrap boots for example), for men, women and kids. Quality stuff and great prices. Only downside is that some branches can be quite crammed and hard to navigate.

Customer service and management in this store is shocking. Very bad attitudes and lacking any kind professionalism.

Love this shop it's great value for money the staff are really friendly I've always had 100% customer service will be going back soon
