    Drive thru line backed up all the way out the parking lot, I had a mobile order for a VT Chocolate Cookie Crumble Crème Frappuccino with caramel drizzle instead of mocha. When I finally received the drink, there was no caramel drizzle (obviously noticeable). I went inside to have it corrected because I paid for that drizzle and the barista proceeded to tell me “you ain’t gonna taste it no time soon anyway. It’s all the way at the top.” Um excuse me? Give me what I asked and paid for. I get back in my car and take a couple sips poured half in another cup because something was off. Then realized there’s NO COOKIE CRUMBLE in the COOKIE CRUMBLE Frappuccino and it’s WATERY as if it had been sitting for a while!!! I basically received chocolate milk with whipped cream and a little caramel drizzle. I was not wasting my time going back in there for the same mediocre and rude service I just received minutes before. I will drive 30 mins out my way to the next Starbucks before I come back to this one. And they’re always out of stock on something!

    I usually don't come to this Starbucks, but last week I placed a mobile order and when I arrived they were just starting to make my drinks, mind you I placed my order 15 minutes ahead. The young lady making my order then told me they were out of half and half. How can you be out?? So I told her to just use whole milk, but I asked about my refund of the extra money I paid for half and half. She told me to talk to the manager, who pretty much ignored me while I was waiting to talk to her. It wasn't until the young lady at the register asked what I need and the manager finally said " I got this". She then proceeds to give me a full refund, but I had to explain I only wanted the difference I paid for half and half. The manager looked pissed and not friendly at all! I had to tell her that I still wanted my drinks only with whole milk. What a mess, but she did give me two $1 off cards to use on my next visit which will definitely not be there!! This is not the service i would expect at a Starbucks!

    Why are there two drive through lines! So confusing and dangerous. Another reason why the drive through line is so long. Traffic from both directions turning to get into one line. Even Wendy’s has barriers, Starbucks should invest in doing the same.

    Literally take ages on your drink, the baristas talk all day, sure some chatter is fine but i mean standing still or hovering over areas where nothing is going on just to talk. I ordered my drink 20 minutes in advance, it's a cold drink mind you, no additions or substitutions, and I get it 10 minutes before my break ends if I'm lucky. And keep in mind, there was 1 car in drive thru and around 3 other drink tickets on the board. 5 people on staff. 4 in the drink section. Whats the explanation? Also have gotten my order wrong before, I ordered a 7 dollar baguette sandwich and got a 5 dollar croissant, which is smaller than the sandwich, and no refund for it either! Just straight up wrong order. The ticket on the bag still says it's a baguette. I don't like complaining, especially in person because I know the anxiety it can drive, but after time and time again and getting either a wrong order or just a severely late order pick up, it's getting tiresome.

    I went to your Starbucks in clinton and had a very bad experience with one of your employees she was rude for no reason and should be working in your. I let her know she was being rude she replied ok. Told the manager about but I think doing it this way way would be better. Please let your employees know that we as customers make it possible for them to have jobsThey should never be rude to us.

    Thee absolutely worst starbucks I’ve ever been to. I get starbucks everyday and this is the only location that give me issues about my order that I place every single day. A complete rip off. First charges me a dollar for light ice then I request extra strawberries on the side. They tell me they can only add them in my cup or remake my drink and place all the strawberries on the side😒😒how dumb do that sound…. At the end they decided to charge me .80 cents after wasting 5 mins of my time going back and forth with me about how i I want my drink that I again get everyday elsewhere with No issues🙄 and extra fees.. absolutely will not be returning here again

    Not much happening when I visited this location one evening. The store was fairly clean, and the staff was busy waiting on ppl in the drive-through. I only went here to meet a new friend. I don't speak Starbucks, so I had no idea what to order. I ended up getting a caffe mocha. It's not as good as it sounded. So, I'm wasn't really satisfied. I'll stick to plain old black coffee from Wawa.

    As usual, it's always a pleasure to stop by Starbucks. The staff is kind and very efficient. I recommend the iced matcha latte w/ oat milk and three pumps of vanilla. With the double smoked bacon egg and cheese sandwich 😋.
