I’ve
been
going
to
this
location
for
a
while
now.
It’s
convenient
and
on
the
Avenue
which
is
a
plus.
But
there
have
been
a
handful
of
instances
that
showed
they
need
to
work
on
customer
service.
One:
being
super
rude
by
treating
a
customer
like
they’re
ignorant
about
how
make
up
works.
Two:
An
entire
rude
attitude
when
trying
to
make
a
return
and
treating
someone
like
they’re
attempting
to
steal
when
they
have
a
receipt.
Three:
An
employee
was
unknowledgeable
of
store
policies
and
had
an
obvious
“I
don’t
want
to
be
here
attitude”-
actually
said
she
couldn’t
believe
she
still
had
fours
hours
to
go
while
hunched
over
the
counter
on
her
phone
instead
of
learning
from
her
coworker
what
she
did
wrong
with
her
attempts
to
help
the
customer.
Her
attitude
was
more
friendly
toward
a
coworker’s
partner
who
came
in.
She
told
me
I
couldn’t
return
my
items
which
I
understood
but
I
asked
about
store
credit
and
she
said
that
couldn’t
be
done
either.
I
knew
for
a
fact
that
was
not
true.
Thankfully,
the
other
employee
previously
mentioned,
came
over
to
assist
and
she
gave
me
the
store
credit-
which
is
great
since
I
do
shop
here
frequently
enough.
I
don’t
like
that
they
have
brand
reps
working
there
that
don’t
disclose
they
are
with
a
particular
company
and
will
try
to
sway
you
to
buy
their
brand’s
products.
The
store
is
clean
for
the
most
part
except
for
dust
here
and
there.
It
is
a
bit
crowded
with
the
displays
and
shelves
in
the
aisles
though.
All
in
all,
sure,
shop
here
but
I
wish
they’d
work
on
making
sure
employees
know
store
policies
and
how
to
be
kind
to
customers.
