I had to leave a positive review for this store and specifically Jordan. She is always so sweet from the moment you walk through the doors. She smiles and greets every person who enters and makes you feel welcome. My checkout process was seamless and we had great conversation. All of the ladies here are very kind and patient. This is the only Ulta I come to. Keep up the amazing work!

I love this location! They have so much more makeup available. The workers are super nice and helpful. It was a nice & warm friendly atmosphere! I went in for some new makeup. They helped me find my correct shade of foundation as well as not going over my budget. I learned alot of new makeup tips. I plan to go back.

The best Ulta experience. The young ladies in this store welcomed me with smiles and a greeting when I entered the store. When I looked confused I was asked if I needed help and I definitely did. Jordan found the perfume I needed. The smiles, World Class Customer service was definitely priceless. I appreciate it as a customer. Thank you Annie, Jordan and Dominique for being awesome. My favorite Ulta Beauty Location. The ladies have amazing customer service . Especially , Dominique Payne, she was good at assisting me and answering all of my beauty questions and she’s good at what she does . I went into this store yesterday to purchase new makeup to fill up my make bag. When I entered, no one greeted me at all. I started looking around as I have never been to this location before and not one person asked if I needed help. It went on for 10 minutes of being in the store with no acknowledgment. I decided to leave, I refuse to spend my money in a makeup store where no one spoke or asked if I needed anything. The store was not even busy which made it even worse.

I’ve been going to this location for a while now. It’s convenient and on the Avenue which is a plus. But there have been a handful of instances that showed they need to work on customer service. One: being super rude by treating a customer like they’re ignorant about how make up works. Two: An entire rude attitude when trying to make a return and treating someone like they’re attempting to steal when they have a receipt. Three: An employee was unknowledgeable of store policies and had an obvious “I don’t want to be here attitude”- actually said she couldn’t believe she still had fours hours to go while hunched over the counter on her phone instead of learning from her coworker what she did wrong with her attempts to help the customer. Her attitude was more friendly toward a coworker’s partner who came in. She told me I couldn’t return my items which I understood but I asked about store credit and she said that couldn’t be done either. I knew for a fact that was not true. Thankfully, the other employee previously mentioned, came over to assist and she gave me the store credit- which is great since I do shop here frequently enough. I don’t like that they have brand reps working there that don’t disclose they are with a particular company and will try to sway you to buy their brand’s products. The store is clean for the most part except for dust here and there. It is a bit crowded with the displays and shelves in the aisles though. All in all, sure, shop here but I wish they’d work on making sure employees know store policies and how to be kind to customers.

Over priced but what can you do. I need the product. If I find it on line cheaper that is where I will get it though. I have no loyalty to them because of the inflated prices. That's why other stores like Target and Walmart have loyal customers. They are competitive.

I went to the salon for the first time for a wash and blow dry and I’ve never had a better experience, Deb is a fantastic stylist, the best part about my service was not only the style but also the head massage, I left so relaxed and with great hair!!

Kezia is lacking in both class & tact rendering her outer beauty useless. It’s a shame no one has taken the time to teach her…yet. Her conduct is nothing short of offensive and I’m certain I’m not the first to address it.
