    This used to be the “good” express care with friendly staff, a clean facility and low wait times. Not anymore. Staff was not friendly, front desk girl was more interested in whatever was on her cell phone than speaking to you. The tv in the waiting room was ridiculously loud, it was hard to hear my daughter talking to me sitting next to me, you could barely understand when any name was called. They were not enforcing the mask rule, people coughing with their masks on their chin or under their noses staff didn’t even look twice. We waited an hour and a half for them to tell us they didn’t know what was wrong or what to do either go to our primary care or the ER. The exam room was filthy with dried blood on the walls and an overflowing trash can which is inexcusable. We will never go there ever again we are done with express care

    I went in around 8with my 5 yr old who i thought had strep, turns out she did. The doctor said he would send her medicine to the pharmacy and never did. I reached out to the after hours numbe multiple times all night and the woman i dealt with hung up on me multiple times, was very rude and brishing ne off instead of taking a message so now my 5 yr old has to suffer because this woman answering the phone is so disrespectful and unprofessional. I will be calling Human reaources later on

    1. Both tvs on that no one is watching with both volumes up. Why?? So obnoxious! Especially when people are sick and just need a quiet space. 2. Chairs have rips or holes in the pleather. 3. People playing their movies, shows, etc. on their phones with loud volume. Why is that allowed? People are sick, they don't need to listen to that! 4. Ladies behind the desk talking to each other non stop in loud voices. Why?? Why aren't they managing the obnoxious noise level in the waiting room?? 5. Checked in on line & still had to wait over an hour! What a racket! 6. CRNP who saw me had less medical knowledge than I did. Why??? Are you so desperate to hire any warm body. Not impressed. 7. Patient rooms dirty, especially the floors. So gross! 8. The ONLY reason I use your facility is the sheer convenience. Never again!

    The doctor I saw was kind and considerate. He did interrupt me/start speaking over me a few times but that's nothing in comparison to the way male doctors usually treat me. He actually listened to my concerns and took me seriously. I really appreciated that. I had no problems with the front desk staff. The person I spoke to was pleasant, and even helped make sure another patient was able to successfully use the kiosk to sign in.

    Doctor and staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and most importantly treated myself and my son with the upmost respect. The whole process was quick and easy. My experience at this particular location was far better then my previous experience at another nearby location. In the event I need to see a doctor in the future I will definitely be coming back to this express care.

    The girl at the front desk I do not know her name but she was awesome with my son. We came in and there were several others ahead of me but because my son needed stitches she handled it so well and got us seen as soon as possible. My son is 3 and she made him have an awesome experience after having a traumatic injury. 10 stars for her and the north point location !

    I arrived a little earlier than my scheduled time so the ladies at the front desk helped me sign in and pay . I saw the doctor almost immediately. I am very pleased with the staff. I was properly diagnosed and given the right medicine for my situation. I'm feeling much better just a day after my visit !

    The staff at the North Point Blvd location we use are great. From reception, nurses, doctors. Very professional, always courteous and nice. We would like to thank them all for making a miserable, sick situation not feel as bad. They are very respectful and understanding when a patient is not well. Heroes indeed 💪

    Even though it sucks to have to see any doctor, sometimes the staff was great. Very helpful when checking in. Very through when doing initial assessment and the doctor was very kind and made sure she explained meds she was giving me and answered my question about my employer asking me to have you staff e-mail all of my paperwork to her. The doctor told me. No, she only needed the note she provided. The rest was my personal information that wasn't any of her concern or business. I appreciated that. I cam sometimes feel a bit bullied by my boss. The doctor just let me know it was ok to stand up for myself and tell her. No, this is what I'm required to provide her, and that was all. It was actually an enjoyable experience having to be treated. They were great!!

    Made an appointment on line. The receptionist was pleasant. I was seen within a few minutes of the registration. I wasn't in the back long before was seen believe I was in and out within a half hour.
