My husband ordered 35 dollars worth of food and they forgot to deliver the sauce for the chicken tenders. He called back and the person told him it would be right out. 40 mins later it still isn't delivered so he calls back only to be told that her boss said they couldn't come back that far to deliver it. I'm sorry but you could come out that far for money but not to correct your mistake? Also why couldn't anyone call us to let us know? I called back only to be told basically sorry but I wasn't here when all of that happened? We will never order from this place again. Horrible customer service at a time when businesses especially food establishments are struggling.

Local family owned. Great food. Service is fast. Delivery is quick. There is a eat in restaurant and bar. With a pool table, juke box, horse races, lottery. Very cold beer! Fun environment. Your local corner bar.

The customer service was the best, it was excellent from the person who took my order. (Mercedes) I called during a busy lunch rush YET Mercedes was still courteous and patient with me. I had alot of questions & my phone was not working right either so I know she couldn't hardly hear me and she still remained pleasant and I feel she went out of here way to give me prices. I appreciate this.

The food is good? However the woman behind the counter (on sub shop side) isn't very friendly, never smiles and likes to ignore people. The friendly faces are behind the bar.🍻

First of all you got Our order wrong. You admitted to the mistake but then you want to charge us a service fee for delivering the food that you got wrong in the first place. That is terrible management like I said that is terrible management. Now your drivers will have to pay for it because they will not get a tip from now on because you want to charge me a service fee for your mistake. I don't see how you can screw up an order and then want to charge me for getting it right.

Horrible place…. The people that work there are rude and make you wait longer then what they tell you for your order. I ordered food to pick up was told 15 min, i get there on time and found out they never started cooking my order. I asked how come and one of the girls got smart saying “your order is not the only order we got” i told her then i should have never been told it will be ready in 15 min she tell me oh well. I even notice they are dirty. They dont sweep the floors and wiped down counter tops with dirty rags. I’ll never eat from there again.

Ordered the 1/2 lb burger and gravy fries $17, paid extra for bacon and asked for onions. No bacon or onions when I got back to work w my food. Gravy is watered down and fries aren't cooked. This place used to be great for burgers and fries.

I started going to Penny's 30 years ago with my dad. He passed back last May and my son and I still keep the memories going. Great food and wonderful service. Don't miss this Dundalk gem.

So far we've had fried shrimp fries onion rings and pizza all very good.The only thing I'd change is to put onion rings in a bag like fries to keep them crispy. Prices reasonable and food was delivered fresh.

I really don’t want to do this but I have to speak with transparency on my experience with the wings here. Pros: the delivery service (GrubHub) was timely, very smooth drop off process and food was hot upon arrival. Cons: The chicken wings I received (Sweet Chili & Garlic Parmesan) were extremely bland. I’m not the biggest fan of dry rub garlic parm but I couldn’t taste any type of seasoning on any of the wings. The Sweet Chili sauce was good and extra saucy but the wing itself lacked flavor. Plus the ranch that was given tasted a bit sour so overall it was just not a great meal at all. I really hope this was just an off-night for the cooks and that next time the wings will be superb.

Each time you order the price is different,I ordered the exact same thing I ordered a week ago but this time they wanted $26 dollars more than last week,sorry I'll go somewhere else!

Picked up waited for order best homemade chicken noodle soup ever . Very good food fast service clean dinning room and separate bar area as well. Very nice.

This place has fast delivery, really good pizza, and great customer service, I would definitely recommend them. Give em a try.

I have been craving a Tomato Sandwich on toast. With 🍅, Mayonnaise and lil Salt & Pepper!! Oh MY GOODNESS IT WAS DELICIOUS!! I ALSO ORDERED A CHICKEN SALAD SANDWICH. HERE ARE SOME PIC'S!! 🍅FROM A PREVIOUS ORDER. I haven't opened today's yet. 🌝🌝 I should of orderef 2 tomatoe sandwiches. Hmm. I would show pics but they want access to to much private info.

The crabby tots are delicious. Michelle is awesome as well. Nice little place to hang out for drinks and food.

The wings looked disgusting and didn’t taste right and the spaghetti tasted really bad and the sauce was just plopped on type the only thing good was salad .

I love it here. I spend most of my time with the wonderful bar staff or the adventure it is seeing people actually hard at work making the most of a small spot in the middle of no where. Love the food. Always recommend something made by Pamela, Chris or the bosses.

Good cheap subs.best is chicken cheese steak. They never cut subs even when asked. Still pretty good only mess up orders 1outof4 times.

terrible service. just spent 35$ just to get 1/3 of what i called to order. they tried telling me with my 2 kids meals i HAD to get 2 liters that came with it. then show up with 3 cans in place. then i ordered a nugget & a tender & i get 2 tender. its disappointing spending a good chunk of money somewhere what for them not to get it right.

The food is really good and the customer service is excellent. The Chocolate Raspberry cake is the best. When I call to place my order , they are ALWAYS polite and professional. The delivery service was quick too. A+
