This salon is both professional and personal. Beautifully decorated and so warm and inviting. I got permanent jewelry for the first time at Svetlana’s stand at the downtown Franklin festival.I now have 3 bracelets and an anklet not to mention the amazing facials I have received. I have had two fantastic experiences with Svetlana. In the summer I came in with my sisters for permanent jewelry and she was so helpful and patient with us as we overthought what chain, add ons and the placement of our permanent jewelry. It was truly such a fun and sweet experience. Three months later my anklet snapped off (my fault) and I was able to get an appointment the day after I called her and get my anklet back on. She is knowledgeable and professional while also being so kind and personable. I will definitely be back and recommend her to any who are interested.

Such a great experience! I went to get a permanent bracelet for the first time with a few friends. We were celebrating a birthday and the worker was absolutely amazing. She was so nice and let us take our time picking out the chain we wanted. She gave us feedback and she was truly so helpful. She hyped our friend for her birthday and it was truly a great experience. I can’t wait to go back for my next bracelet!

Svetlana was wonderful in helping my boyfriend and I pick out our permanent bracelets. The place is decorated so cute and feels very welcoming. She’s was the sweetest and even offered to fix our bracelets for free if they were to fall off. If you’re looking for quick and friendly service, I highly recommend her!!!
