Dr. Grace Yang was very professional and courteous. She took her time, was very gentle and made sure the procedure was virtually painless. The staff was amazing as well! Very pleased with the experience!

First time needing the services of Meridian and it was a great experience. All the staff I encountered, including Dr. Stiles were wonderful. Very pleasant and professional. Wonderful atmosphere. The whole experience was pleasant considering it was a root canal. Absolutely no pain. The doctor was very attentive and so was his assistant. Will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

From walking in the door, the front office staff and assistant were warm and courteous. Dr. Minchau was friendly and took the time with me to explain my X-rays and the procedure, both beforehand and while he was working on my tooth. I had some trepidation about having a root canal done, but the only pain I experienced was my copay - and that was more a reflection of my insurance coverage (or lack thereof). Everyone took time to answer my questions and I never felt rushed. I would totally recommend Dr. Minchau and Meridian Dental Associates!

I was referred to Meridian to get a double root canal on two molars. I saw Dr. Horan. The procedure was efficient and thorough. Dr. Horan was very informative and regularly checked in to make sure I was doing OK. I had no pain. The dental assistant was also very nice and efficient. The only negative experience I had was with my front desk experience. I was not greeted upon entry, while standing at the front desk and there wasn't a sign-in form. If you are too busy to instruct new visitors, a sign-in form would be preferable. The receptionist answered the phone while I was standing at the desk and never said have a seat or I'll be right with you. It was overall confusing. When I expressed this, the receptionist explained the situation to the dental assistant referring to me as "she"/"her" in front of me. Once the procedure was complete, I was given very clear instructions from the doctor and dental assistant. They also were very kind. I started to leave because again I was just standing at the desk without anyone saying "I'll be right with you". I was immediately stopped and told I needed to fully checkout. I was happy to but again no instruction. After standing for about 10-15 mins after 2 hours of dental work, I was told what I owed. I think this office is a great option with caring doctors and dental associates but the front desk needs some training.
