I
was
referred
to
Meridian
to
get
a
double
root
canal
on
two
molars.
I
saw
Dr.
Horan.
The
procedure
was
efficient
and
thorough.
Dr.
Horan
was
very
informative
and
regularly
checked
in
to
make
sure
I
was
doing
OK.
I
had
no
pain.
The
dental
assistant
was
also
very
nice
and
efficient.
The
only
negative
experience
I
had
was
with
my
front
desk
experience.
I
was
not
greeted
upon
entry,
while
standing
at
the
front
desk
and
there
wasn't
a
sign-in
form.
If
you
are
too
busy
to
instruct
new
visitors,
a
sign-in
form
would
be
preferable.
The
receptionist
answered
the
phone
while
I
was
standing
at
the
desk
and
never
said
have
a
seat
or
I'll
be
right
with
you.
It
was
overall
confusing.
When
I
expressed
this,
the
receptionist
explained
the
situation
to
the
dental
assistant
referring
to
me
as
"she"/"her"
in
front
of
me.
Once
the
procedure
was
complete,
I
was
given
very
clear
instructions
from
the
doctor
and
dental
assistant.
They
also
were
very
kind.
I
started
to
leave
because
again
I
was
just
standing
at
the
desk
without
anyone
saying
"I'll
be
right
with
you".
I
was
immediately
stopped
and
told
I
needed
to
fully
checkout.
I
was
happy
to
but
again
no
instruction.
After
standing
for
about
10-15
mins
after
2
hours
of
dental
work,
I
was
told
what
I
owed.
I
think
this
office
is
a
great
option
with
caring
doctors
and
dental
associates
but
the
front
desk
needs
some
training.
