Oh my goodness! We had the best experience working with Christina! We went in to my ring and band cleaned and to see if it was still under warranty to get a check on the diamonds. We were all having a hard time finding the information for our diamond bond and warranty in the system and Christina took it upon herself to take down our info and look deeper into it. We confirmation that everything was all set and man God bless Christina and all her customer service to ensure that we were all taken care of! We haven’t experienced that at any other Zales before

Absolute best experience! Originally bought our ring from the Zales in Clarksville. Not even 2 weeks later 2 diamonds had fell out. Called them and of course no issue just to bring it in so they could send it off for diamond replacement. We happened to be near the Opry Mills location one night and took it in. She was unhappy with how scuffed the ring was and 2 diamonds already missing for only 2 weeks of wear. She ordered me a new ring and we just picked it up. The original ring was supposedly a 7. It was not (my fingers swell and go down occasionally so sizing is rough for me to determine just by trying on). I’m convinced Zales Clarksville sold me a used ring as new. However, all is fixed now thanks to Zales Opry Mills! So very happy!

I would have given a 0 star if I had the option! I would never recommend buying from Zales. There website stated that if you ordered by 2/11/22 you had free 2 day shipping and that you would receive your order before Valentine’s Day, I ordered the 10th, then I get an email saying that my order will be here mid March. I call customer service and the answer I get is we can try to get you a refund, we will try oh and good luck on finding something in 2 days before valentines! Nice job zales, way to drop the ball on my wife’s Valentine’s Day present and probably several others. Way to false advertise!

I'm going back when I can and even the holidays. My boyfriend got me a necklace and earrings for my birthday and they were on sale for great prices. I saw a friend from facebook Julie and recommended both. Happy to meet her and the other staff that day in person. The third new piercing on the top are the earrings.

Rebecca was so helpful! I did not have the number I needed to get my ring inspected and she was able to find it for me instantly and cleaned my rings beautifully. Highly recommend!

I went for my every 6 month inspection on my ring and Kelsey helped me right away. As she was cleaning it she noticed 1 of the diamonds had popped out due to a prong issue. She was very fast at getting me taken care of and my ring set up to be repaired. She was very nice and actually everyone has always been great every time I have been in there.

Watch out for lab created jewelry. It's basically glass. You are over paying!!

My boyfriend and I walked in Zales literally minutes before they closed I asked if I could look around really quick while he ran to the restroom. Well that really quick turned into almost an hour but Diamond was incredibly friendly and helpful, super patient and my girl knew her stuff! she could read my face when I wasn’t feeling a certain ring, answering my questions sometimes before I even asked, we explored every option in the store 3 or 4 times, and ultimately found THE ring! If you’re looking, if you already have a ring in mind go see Diamond!

Store hours for the Opry Mills location need to be updated. Google says that it opens at 10. Actually opens at 11 on Saturday according to the postingonthestorewindow. Now I'm killing an hour and I have a suspicion that it won't be open on time. To be continued.

Extremely professional. Went in to inquire about rezing an enhancer and the accompanying ring, and even though we did not buy the actual ring from Zales, the associate was incredibly helpful in educating us on what we needed to do and what we needed to ask to have done. Absolutely wonderful.

My wife bought a wedding band for our wedding on December 4, 2021. Not even 2 months have passed and this wedding band has already lost its gold coloring and a diamond has fallen out. We have both called the store multiple times to ask for help and assistance from Zales and they refuse to give us any service. Emily the manager at the store was extremely rude and ignorant, acting like there was nothing at all the company could do to take care of us. We should not have to jump through hoops and get in contact with the company over and over for someone to take care of our needs. This product is defective and the company should be taking responsibility for it, but all they offered is that we pay more money to get it fixed. Yes Emily, thank you so much for your service. We will be making sure to tell everyone we know not to shop at Zales.

Walked in to ZALES with 3k in my pocket excited to buy myself a new chain for my birthday, and was told someone would be right with us as they only have two people working and both with customers. Understandable, so I waited about 15 minutes and browsed and noticed another couple come in looking at jewelry sets. After the woman behind the counter, that told us someone will be right with us, completing ignored myself and assisted the couple that walked in after me. Now annoyed, I ask the other women If she can just tell me a quick price on the one chain I was interested in. She repeats back to me what I said like I’m incompetent then proceeds to tell me she’ll lose her job she doesn’t finish what she’s doing. Just some simple acknowledgment would go along way and not “cherry pick” people. If customer service is important to you, go to Helzberg Diamonds. Quick, friendly, and EAGER to assist!

Zales Outlet at Opry Mills in Nashville is a great place to go for quality jewelry and much more. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating to make sure that you find everything that you need. I have been happy with all of the purchases that I have made from here.

My husband does the majority of our diamond shopping and he said the personnel is rude and treat you like you are not worthy!! The personnel use to be friendly years past so he wouldn't mind spending high dollars. Hubby has a very high credit line and pays off purchases before time so he should at least get better service. A smile to greet the customer costs nothing!!!
