Michaela is excellent at what she does. My (soon to be) fiancé and I stopped in for a sizing and to browse and was greeted by Michaela. She talked us through the process without trying to sell us on the spot. We had a good feeling about her and the store when we left so I decided to return to purchase the ring. Michaela and Kim AKA “Ms. Loudon County” we’re wonderful to work with. I went in with an antique ring I found at an estate sale and they worked hard at finding a band to match the ring. They also cleaned my other ring that I didn’t even buy from them just to be courteous! Such nice ladies to visit with. I went through the online site bourbon barrel. They are amazing! I needed a size exchange and the email size request wasn't working so I called and spoke with Amber. I was needing the ring within three days and she had the ring in the mail same day and here on time without me even having my return ring in the mail yet. No questions asked ...great service.

Let me preface this by saying I rarely write reviews unless my experience is uniquely excellent or not. I typically will look at reviews when making a decision for a purchase but I usually rely on my gut. With that being said let's get on with it. We live in Ohio and my wife purchased a Bourbon Barrel Ring for me for my Birthday. We received the product quickly and it was a very nice piece of Jewelry but unfortunately it was too small. We happened to be making a trip to Tennessee for a few days so I thought maybe we could just exchange it and I could get sized in person. I called the store in Knoxville and Michaela answered the phone. I proposed my situation and she was happy to oblige but said she probably wouldn't have the ring I needed at her store but I was welcome to stop by and she would handle everything and ship what I needed back to Ohio. Perfect! My wife and I headed to her store on Friday and while she had a couple other customers she was happy to help us out and as luck would have it she had my exact ring in stock. My wife has a milestone Birthday coming up in a few months and I have been scratching my head for an idea for a special gift. We looked as you always do when entering a Jewelry store. Well Michaela and her assistant worked with my lovely wife and proceeded with absolutely no pressure. My wife has a difficult time making a decision and they were amazing with her. She did find a ring she fell in love with but it was expensive and couldn't bring herself to say yes at that point. Michaela said don't make this decision today. You should think about it. We told her we would and if we decided to proceed we would call her. After some discussion Kim agreed to let me purchase this ring for her birthday. We called Michaela the next day and set up an appointment to meet with her. We arrived and she was ready for us. She had done done some homework on pricing, diamond sizes, and she had a couple other ideas she thought of after we left on Friday. She again took as much time as we needed and she had some suggestions for Kim as well. We found a setting that she she really loved and Michaela had found a diamond that was near perfect. It was a little smaller than the one in the setting but she assured Kim she could build the new setting and it would look amazing! Michaela asked for her trust and she said if she didn't absolutely love it she could always go with a little larger diamond. She took all of the time she needed and tried a million different options to help Kim visualize her new ring. We agreed to the purchase and she sized her. We are so excited to see the finished product. Now to the review part. Michaela is a truly sweet person. She never pressured and never made us feel rushed! She is an asset to her employer and knows her trade well. I have rarely bought Jewelry in a retail store and I would have never thought I would make such a large purchase so far from home but I really want to make this purchase from her and felt like the value I received and the experience with Michaela was worth another 300 mile trip. She is no pressure and no BS and made us feel like we had known her for years. I would highly recommend you visit Michaela and BW James Jewelers! My fiancé and I just bought my engagement ring and it is BEAUTIFUL. Broderick assisted us today and he was super helpful, knowledgeable, and very kind. He even took us outside to show us how the diamonds looked in the sunlight. The shop is bright, clean, and they have really cute decor. The diamond and setting options were massive and I was able to get exactly what I wanted. I would most definitely recommend this store to anyone.

I had some jewelry pieces that tarnished when I wore them in the ocean. I first went to Kays to see if they could clean them for me. After they "cleaned" them, the metal still looked the exact same as they did when I brought them in. So I went to this place to see if they could get it to look any better. The two ladies were super nice and helpful. She actually made my jewelry look clean and gave me tips on how to keep it that way! Great place!
