My first time ever calling to get a massage and the lady was so rude and because I did not know what I was really asking for she literally hung up on me now because I have a gift card for a friend that I purchased for Christmas I have to go to this place so that we can go together. She is well-versed in getting massages me on the other hand and not and need a friend but they were very rude and this was uncalled for... by the way be careful what you purchase because if their prices change then so does the card or your gift card that you purchased is no longer valid at that price for the service that you bought

All therapists have been great at this Brandon location, except one. Recommend avoiding Katie (Katherine), have had 2 sessions with her and both were terrible. Had a therapeutic and it felt like I was being waxed like a car. No true massaging, poor effort, felt rushed, had to ask for extra pressure but didn't deliver. Left more tense instead of relaxed! Let reception and owner (via email) know my negative experience with no offer for refund. Save yourself time and money.

I took my daughter here for a Spa Day birthday surprise. I coordinated ahead of time with the staff and they were wonderful. We arrived and were greeted outside with a friendly staff member who showed us where to fill out paperwork. Immediately went inside to be started on a morning of luxury. I can’t decide which treatment was best because they were all so fabulous also very clean which is important to me . My daughter was so happy with her morning and I can only thank the amazing staff at Essential Massage & Spa Of Brandon!

I’ve been receiving wonderful services from Essentials for years, but never tried their salon. Well, I have to say that my experience exceeded my expectations! Avis combines professionalism with expertise to create a look that makes my hair look great! She gives one of the best hair washes I’ve had in years and the products are gentle and conditioning for my hair. Avis is caring and very attentive to what you have to say because she wants you to leave feeling beautiful.

I’ve been going to Essentials for years. The staff is always pleasant, welcoming, and professional. I’ve had numerous excellent massage therapists there through the years. Tina and Lauren both do an exceptional job, always making sure to address whatever issues I’m having at the time. They’re always professional and truly care about the work they do. I’m a huge Essentials fan!

I’ve been learning the importance of self care and decided to visit Essentials for my first foot detailing. I was attended by Ms. Donna who was very kind and friendly. I was impressed by the great service that I returned a few days later for a facial and I as attend by Ms. Christina. I again received amazing service. I’ll will definitely be visiting more often.

Ivana is an Amazing stylist. I see her monthly for a cut, color, highlights & low lights. I recently saw Nicole while Ivana was on vacation and Nicole did an Awesome job too! I highly recommend both of them for hair services.

My wife has been a client here for a couple years. I recently booked a pedicure appointment here before an upcoming cruise. Camille was the best! She did a fantastic job and was super knowledgeable and high attention to detail! I was so impressed I booked again and will be a regular customer from now on! I can’t give a higher compliment to this establishment and especially Camille! This is worlds above the typical shopping plaza nail salon. This is a professional place with top notch quality and customer care. Thank you for the great experience!

Holly is amazing, I’ve now had her massage me a few times and omg she works wonders. My back was hurting so bad when I made the appointment and I feel like a new man. The location is clean and everyone is professional. Highly recommend

Just had my first massage ever here, I wish I hadn't waited so long to get one! I did the therapeutic couples massage with my partner. My massage therapist did a wonderful job getting my knots loosened up and making me feel relaxed. The pressure and style was perfect for me and I'll definitely be back! Also I just have to mention how beautiful this place is, it gives a calming luxury vibe.

I went to this location with a gift certificate that was given to me as a gift with no expiration date on it what so ever .The person who gifted me the certificates didn't say they were issued in 2016 but again no expiration date on the cards so unknowing to me I had to pay the difference of $70 extra!! If that was the case I would have never made this apt.I even explained this to the owner/manager she didn't care either! Save yourself the headache with horrible customer service..

I use to come here all the time, however, with my last 2 visits being less than acceptable, I will not be wasting my money any longer. I have been getting massages for a long time and the relaxation massage was what I would get. You should feel like you had a massage when you leave but their relaxation massage means someone is basically rubbing massage oil on you. I asked the new therapist for more pressure but that only lasted for less than a minute. What they want you to do is upgrade to a therapeutic for more money. Why must they upcharge you for what you should be getting?

Amy is amazing with her massages. She knew about my trouble spots and was thorough making sure all the knots were gone. I have always gone for the European deluxe facial which is also amazing. However, I will have to start going for both! Definitely worth the splurge and the receptionists are always so welcoming. It’s always an amazing experience all around. Love essentials!

Horrible experience from the start they were having remodeling done and you could hardly breathe from the fumes. Usually I go for massage but this time I went to get hair cut and the lady they put me with could hardly speak English so they had another one come in and translate which should of been my first clue to get up and walk out but needless to say my hair didn't come out to look like anything I wanted done to it thank God my hair grows fast

I tried their therapeutic massage with hot stones and let me just say I've been itching to get back and enjoy the experience again! Will definitely be coming back more often ASAP!

My best friend and I have been regulars at this spa for several years now. We go monthly for at least a massage and occasionally a facial and mani/pedi. We were just there last month for a one hour relaxation massage. We just love the atmosphere, and all of the technicians/masseuses who work there are totally top notch! The prices are the best in town, so it makes a monthly outing very affordable. The whole staff is just so pleasant; spa mgr Candace and Kelly know us well- before we even walk in the door, they're telling us, "got you both checked in"! It's a great experience from start to finish.... totally recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect place to indulge in some well deserved pampering! (now it's time to book our appointments for this month- can't wait!).

Seemed nice enough. Had a good massage. But i have been called day off my massage to be transferred or reschedule because my Masseuse wasn't in. Come to find out she was in and not busy that day. That has happened twice. I don't know what games they are playing up front but when people request a specific masseuse that is for a reason.

If you’re looking for a wonderful stylist and a wonderful store this is it Nicole is conscientious and a perfectionist when she does my hair. I just love her!! My Nail stylist, Destiny, keeps my nails looking beautiful! Her pedicures are a MUST…..

Had a Swedish massage today. I absolutely loved it!! Jennifer did a great job. I loved the hot towels and she was very sweet the entire time. I would highly recommend her for a Swedish massage. Just what I needed. Will be booking with her again.

Went in to get a deep tissue massage to address a mean tailbone pain that I've had for a couple of weeks now. Tina attended me and she was amazing! She asked what my issues were and immediately started working on me to identify the possible causes. She also gave me some recommendations as to how to treat it. After the session, I went and booked another one with her. 100% recommended.

The hair salon with Ivana. Which is separate from the spa itself is my understanding. I have not interacted with the spa side. It has a pleasant atmosphere however. Ivana is friendly and professional. Knowledge of hair style and care. She's a stylist I highly recommend.

I absolutely love this place for massage! I've been to this and two other of their locations, and this is the best of the three. Because... . The spa is clean and pleasant. . Always polite and professional reception staff. . Profesional male and female, massage therapists. I'm always happy with my massage here, and I've been more than 10 times so far. Essentials Spa Of Brandon is the absolute best. Lisa Carpus and I have been going to this ball for several years, to include their previous location. We feel like we’re family when we walk in the door. We are acknowledged immediately and the amazing receptionists at the front desk let us know that we’re checked in. Every therapist is welcoming from the time you start your session until the end. There’s a lot of competition out there but I would always, always, always recommend Essentials Spa Of Brandon, they are top notch!
