Krissy
does
a
phenomenal
job
and
I've
only
been
here
once.
They
charge
a
50%
deposit
and
I
made
my
appointment
and
paid
the
price.
On
the
day
of
there
were
some
cancellations
and
due
to
work
I
am
unable
to
come
in
sooner,
Krissy
cancelled
my
appt
due
to
there
being
over
a
3
hour
gap.
I
appreciate
they
communicated,
but
due
to
Krissy
not
wanting
to
wait
til
my
appointment
time,
she
canceled
mine.
They
did
refund
me
the
deposit
and
were
sorry.
I
only
trust
certain
people
to
touch
my
hair
and
she
did
such
a
great
job
the
first
time
that
I
wanted
to
go
back
for
a
second
but
now
because
of
being
canceled
due
to
not
wanting
to
wait
for
an
appointment
towards
the
end
of
the
day
when
it's
not
my
fault
that
her
clients
canceled
that
I
have
to
be
canceled
as
well.
They
offered
conditioning
treatment
and
not
to
charge
me
another
deposit
for
the
next
appt.
Sadly
due
to
her
limited
availability
and
my
work
schedule
I'm
only
available
for
their
late
Wednesday
or
Thursday
evenings
and
instead
of
getting
me
into
an
earlier
booked
appointment
with
Krissy,
I'd
have
to
wait
another
month
til
3/24.
I
did
not
find
that
nice.
Please
note
they
do
communicate
well
but
even
though
you
want
your
appt
they
may
cancel.
