    10/17/2022 Fast efficient service and check-out, but the checkout girl wasn't very friendly and didn't acknowledge me with a greeting or wished me a good day. Not sure if she's having a bad day, just shy, or doesn't want to be there. She was drinking her drink and fiddling with her hair and then handling my food. Then last but not least she didn't seem to like me asking for more condiments. The food was cold too.02/27/23 Food was great fast and friendly😁 thank you!

    Placed order through app and went to drive thru to pick up. Staff on their phones at the drive thru and were rude. Then asked me to pull up to wait. Was on my way back to work and when I got there opened up the sandwich and it was cold and the meat looked chopped up, not even in a patty form The fries were cold, but yet you had me pull up to wait longer just to receive cold items and a sandwich that looked like it had been thrown on the ground? Tried calling the restaurant and couldn't get an answer to address my problem.

    You can no longer anticipate getting a fairly decent meal here. Most of the times the fries are limp and beige not golden brown and crisp. Service is hit or miss. It has gotten to the point that there are only a couple of items I order there. Yes it's fast food and not a fine dining establishment but for the prices they charge you should at least be able to get something worth eating. The fish sandwich has gotten so small it could almost be considered a slider. The chances of getting a full pack of fries is about 50% I got a large order once so I could share with my grandsons and it was less than half full. I took a picture I was so mad. Most of the time the person handing your food to you at the window doesn't even speak to you. One time the person was literally holding the bag out the window with his back turned as he talked to the other crew members without ever acknowledging I was there. I took the bag and just sat there to see if he would turn around. He didn't. Imagine my surprise when next spoke to him to discover he was the manager. Of course this was the next time I went through and they left off part of my order. There have been so many mistakes it would take forever to sit and type them in. From messed up orders, stale buns and many more. I go through for the convenience now and not the taste or service. As the prices have risen the quality of the food and service have declined!

    I don't know when McDonald's going to care about their customers every McDonald's they close their doors in the time the staff feels good with, but they don't care how long the customers will wait in this line. They don't even let the delivery employees get in to get their order, so they want to let the driver wait 30min to 1 hour to get $2 or $3 for the order!!! That's not even enough for his gas!!!

    Their fries are GREAT, very crispy& hot. The chocolate shakes are good too and are actually chocolate and not vanilla. Another McD's., in the same town is horrid. Limp, brown, heavy with old oil fries and give you vanilla shakes even though you asked for chocolate. They all need to learn from this location!!!

    Just got off work and went to get dinner. Burger came out with hard bread and patty was dried out (maybe my fault for getting food at 10) wasn't impressed with it. Fries were decent and coke was a few bubbles short of being flat. But order taker was nice and polite. Probley won't be back to that location.

    They were so nice and gave me an Oreo flurry because they made extra. Love those two girl that helped me at front counter. Also, this coming from a Chick-fil-A trainer😂💖

    This is the best McDonald's you can visit, especially during breakfast hours. My order is usually very complicated with special request, but they manage to get it right every time!

    Had to get an extra fry since they missed one and one of my other meals was not fresh. But other than that the staff that day was very helpful and got our fries quick and fresh 👍

    Drove here at 9:55 pm on Christmas Day to pick up a mobile order. I wish there was a way to give this location zero stars especially since the McDonald’s. That is a little bit further down Bloomingdale is absolutely amazing. But unfortunately, I have to give one star. When I arrived to pick up my mobile order, which cannot be canceled as we all know, I had to wait in a car line that was all the way around the building. The lobby was closed, and there was a handwritten note on the door that said they were closed, but they did allow some teenagers to come inside and pick up their food bags while this was happening anyone could see that all of the food for the mobile orders was already prepared and bagged up and sitting on the counter, as these teenagers entered, the employee who let them in stated that they were also employees, so I can understand them not having to wait in the line. What I can’t understand is why the food was not being distributed since it was prepared and sitting on the counter. The only time that the line moved was when people gave up and left the line but no food was being distributed. I sat on the line for an hour and 45 minutes I walked around to the window and I was told that they were going to call the cops on me, I could clearly see that all the food was still sitting there, and I asked why they weren’t giving it out, and again they threatened me with calling the cops, this is after an hour and 45 minutes of waiting one employee cursed at me through the window. I decided at that point that regardless of losing the money for my McDonald’s order I was not going to sit here for no reason plus why would I pick up cold McDonald’s food that is disgusting. I called customer service and reported the incident the following day, and they said they would let the owner know, my advice to anyone is, do not go to this location, whatever was happening, that night was crazy, it was mostly teenagers working, and the adult that was supervising them was allowing this to go on an older man maybe 45-ish and he was just getting himself food and drinks from the machine, and not at all being a professional. I can imagine that it’s not fun to work on Christmas day, but this was not working slowly, this was not being frustrated. They were holding the food hostage after we had paid for it, that is unacceptable. Go down the street to the McDonald’s that is at 11007 Bloomingdale and you will get far better service. They are amazing at that other location.

    Don’t waste your time and money here. My order was messed up so I wanted to address it so I can just get what I was missing. The “lovely” manager Jennifer told us “you can call corporate to give you your refund they know me”. Nice example you leave for the young employees working & that’s how you treat customers who spend their money there. If it wasn’t for customers you would not be working. This is not the 1st time she is like this. Miserable and disgusting behavior. I don’t understand how people like that get that position. Definitely not coming back.

    Spent over 45 minutes waiting in the drive-thru to get cold food. I don't even understand how that's possible when they seem to be cooking the food one individual order at a time. This location doesn't deserve to be called "fast" food. The owner of this location clearly does not care about the customer experience, letting his workers drown and his customers waste their time and money. At some point you have to accept that if you only have two staff members you need to close the doors and windows, not operating is better than giving every single person who comes in a contact with your restaurant for the night a horrible experience that they will not soon forget. To the owner, do better, or change professions, because this ain't it.

    Staff is always friendly. Food is standard McDonald's. They greet you as soon as you pull up, even if it's just to say they'll be right with you.
