Re: service--- Johanna educates you on your service of choice, so you have realistic expectations. She doesn't try to up-sell you --she listens attentively to your concerns and finds the right solutions for it. I felt very comfortable there. Thanks Johanna! :)

Before seeing Amanda i had never got my lashes done before and I was *very* nervous, but she was so incredibly patient with me and made me feel comfortable! Location is super convenient. The space is exceptionally clean. Johanna took the perfect amount of time to assess my needs and get to know me. I appreciated that she took a little extra time to mark up my face and understand placement based on how my muscles moved. This isn’t your cookie-cutter, generic Botox treatment. Johanna completed injections at a good tempo and made me very comfortable. I also got a B12 shot - my first - which gave me energy right away! Overall I’m very pleased with the experience and will be visiting regularly to maintain my wrinkle-free appearance. Considering a little lip enhancement next time which I’ve never done. However I felt very comfortable with Johanna so thinking I might try! Book with her and you’ll have a great experience. Bay Beauty is on the higher side of unit price. However you get what you pay for and the cost per unit is a reflection of an injector’s talent not the Botox itself. Johanna is wonderful.
