I
guess
it's
time
for
an
update.
I
can't
help
but
laugh
when
I
see
the
fake
reviews
on
here.
After
my
original
review
here
the
management
immediately
contacted
me
in
an
attempt
to
act
like
they
cared.
Apparently
my
appliances
were
supposed
to
have
been
upgraded
previously
and
they
just...uh,
forgot?
So
they
did
take
care
of
that
and
at
least
cleared
the
wasps
directly
around
my
building,
though
I
haven't
seen
them
back
to
take
care
of
them
again
since.
They
finally
got
around
to
erecting
the
new
playground
which
is
a
sad
disappointment
compared
to
what
it
replaced.
I
guess
at
the
very
least
they
did
what
they
said
they
would
do.
Trash
around
the
dumpsters
hasn't
improved
and
I
still
see
our
racoon
friends
from
time
to
time.
They
recently
warned
residents
that
there
were
alligators
in
the
lake
(not
surprising,
it's
Florida)
and
said
they
were
working
with
animal
CONTROL
to
remove
them.
Even
more
recently
reminded
us
that
they
were
there
but
that
they
were
doing
nothing
about
it.
According
to
them
you
"can't
CONTROL
nature".
I
guess
nobody
told
them
the
lake
is
man
made.
Anyway,
rent
is
going
up
again,
so
that's
a
lot
of
fun
bugs
continue
to
be
a
problem
and
I've
spoken
to
other
residents
who
confirmed
the
same
and
say
the
weekly
(monthly?
quarterly?)
pest
control
that
sometimes
comes
around
and
sprays
who
knows
what
in
the
apartment,
seems
to
make
it
worse.
My
A/C
doesn't
work
right
and
they've
been
over
to
look
at
it
at
least
4
times
in
the
past
3
months
and
have
not
managed
to
fix
it.
I
imagine
the
units
are
overworked
considering
the
poorly
insulated
doors
and
windows.
Makes
my
electricity
bill
around
$180/month
and
the
maintenance
guy
says
that's
normal.
My
brother
who
lives
in
a
5
bedroom
2700sqft
house
begs
to
differ.
I
guess
when
the
management
company
cares
more
about
raising
rent
and
taking
more
of
your
money
than
anything
else,
you
can
expect
fixes
to
be
cheap
and
short
lived.
Still
hoping
we
can
afford
to
get
out
of
here
soon
but
with
rent
going
up
again
I'm
not
sure
we'll
be
able
to
save
enough
for
a
deposit
somewhere
else.
As
for
you,
I
suggest
you
go
somewhere
else.
This
place
seems
nice
when
you
are
submitting
an
app
but
they
turn
real
quick
once
they've
got
you
locked
into
that
lease.
Keep
reading
for
my
original
review.
Between
the
roaches
wasps,
nonexistent
amenities
and
broken
appliances,
Id
say
the
folks
operating
this
place
really
make
it
feel
like
home.
We
moved
in
in
January
2020
at
around
$1200/
month
and
rent
has
been
raised
3
time
since
then
to
just
under
$1800
now.
We
were
told
the
dilapidated
playground
was
being
replaced
("we
already
have
the
hardware,
we're
just
waiting
for
it
to
be
installed")
that
was
a
lie.
Our
dishwasher
has
been
replaced
3
times,
with
broken
units
removed
from
other
apartments.
Our
power
goes
out
regularly
because
the
brake
can't
seem
to
handle
running
the
dishwasher
and
clothes
washer
at
the
same
time.
There
is
always
trash
around
the
not
full
dumpsters,
I
suppose
that's
on
the
other
residents,
but
the
compactor
is
broken
every
other
week.
Luckily
the
raccoons
that
frequent
the
dumpster
are
friendly.
The
security
gate
at
the
front
almost
never
works
and
the
gate
in
the
back
is
locked
with
a
bike
lock.
This
place
is
over
priced
and
out
dated
in
almost
every
way,
and
the
executives
running
business
are
taking
advantage
of
the
people
who
already
struggle
to
pay
rent
by
raising
it
to
try
and
push
them
out
just
so
they
can
scam
new
residents
with
even
higher
rates.
It's
disgusting.
Yet
we're
stuck
here
for
now
because
the
upfront
cost
of
moving
out
would
bankrupt
my
family.
They
know
that
and
that's
why
they
think
they
can
get
away
with
it.
I
recommend
living
elsewhere.
One
last
thing,
I
see
a
lot
of
fake
reviews
on
here.
I
wouldn't
trust
them.
Good
luck
in
your
home
search.
