I have resided here 19 years. It is quiet but very near to restaurants and stores, 301 and 75. They have lovely, wooded lots, many amenities, pool, social activities. Friendly neighbors generally look out for each other. I just realized that this is the longest I have lived anywhere. And I do not have plans to move.

Visited with friends at Kingswood Mobile Home Park. Quiet, tree lined, mobile park provides a serine atmosphere for a nice visit. I recommend this Senior Citizen Park for anyone looking for a future home with future quiet days.

This is a senior retirement neighborhood in a very cute and convenient location. The park was recently purchased by a large corporation. Subsequently, upgrades of a new bridge and Tall gates have been installed. These upgrades do come with increased costs to the owners of the Mobile Homes as well as many restrictive rules.

It's definitely an older 55 plus community with a lot of big huge trees. It's under new ownership so a lot of changes will probably happen, I was looking to move there but a lot of those big older trees kind of scared me off and the fact that a lot of the mobile homes have been for sale for quite a while

Really nice community. I believe a lot of snow birds live here.

Best 55 and over mobile home community. Many activities, bowling, dining out lunch, dinner, bingo, games etc.

Beautiful, extremely well-maintained park. It is very peaceful and serene. Kingswood is an affordable slice of paradise convenient to everything. The management team is professional, responsive and proactive to its residents' needs. They're excellent!
