the food was fresh and crispy, the place was very clean but I was most impressed by the staff. Everyone was friendly and made the whole atmosphere more pleasant than any fast food restaurant complements to the crew

Took a little road trip and found ourselves hungry and looked around....saw the PDQ, and I was like, we are going there since my husband has never been. The restaurant is very clean and the staff professional. We ordered the chicken tenders, mac and cheese, and the spicy chicken. The food was served hot (plus in my book), the chicken was juicy, and the Mac n cheese cheesy. It was some good ole comfort food and hit the spot. The lemonade was refreshing and ice cold. Prices are competitive. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating available.

This place used to serve fresh salads and never get my orders wrong. Today they gave me a very sad salad. I can’t even look at it. Furthermore, they gave me the wrong order. I asked for a family meal and a classic sandwich. The cashier asked me if I wanted the house fries, I said yes. The family meal comes with fries or one can change the side dish. He ended up adding 2 extra family fries to my order. I paid 63.81 USD!!! I was confused why so much. I had to ask the person at the next window for the receipt to clarify the price. I drove away without looking in the bag. My mistake! I only received a family meal, no extra fries, no chicken sandwich. Someone probably got my bag. Next time I will check the bag before I drive away. Oh, wait, there won’t be a next time! Sad!

Was in town, on a trip and got introduced here.. I was impressed.. reminds me of a hybrid of some of my favorite restaurants, which is awesome.. drive thru line moved fast.. great customer service.. and excellent food.. no complaints here!!

Use to love eating here. But just a few days ago I ordered in and was not happy with the cleanliness of the prep area behind the counter and prep station by the soda machines. Let's keep our food establishments clean. Very disappointed.

Spent over $13 for 5 grilled tenders and a salad. Opened the tender box to find what looks like a piece of lukewarm grilled chicken that's been sliced into 5 pieces. Does anyone here think this looks like chicken tenders? Why not just say you don't have any tenders? I would have spent my money on a meal that was actually edible. What a deceitful practice.

I tried PDQ for the first time today. Needless to say it was everything it claims to be. The menu has a wide variety of tenders, salads, sandwiches, sides and desserts. The chicken tenders and sandwiches are outstanding!! The tenders melt in your mouth with your choice of a variety of sauces. The sandwich was tasty with your choice of a grilled or fried chicken breast and the standard toppings of mayo, pickle, lettuce, and tomato are all fresh. The waffle fries are tasty, however the order that came with my particular meal was cold and stale tasting. I tried the chocolate cake for dessert and it was absolutely delicious! Nice sized slice that will.leave you satisfied, but a taste that will have you wanting more! The service was prompt, friendly and courteous. A great lunch spot or light dinner if you are out. Overall, a great experience! I would recommend giving it a go!

Great service, friendly employees! I appreciate how they were attentive to the dining room. Cleaning up often. Nice touch with the giant handwashing sink! Loved that soap and great way to show kids how to wash up before eating. Chicken tenders here tasted great, get the garlic dipping sauce!

Fast service and the indoor seating was very spaced out and open and clean. The waffle fries were perfectly done and crispy. Maybe the best fast food waffle fries I've had. The spicy chicken sandwich was good but the bun was too steamed and got kind of soggy by the time I finally ate it.

This PDQ location is top notch! The staff, and I mean all of them, are friendly, polite and helpful. The food is fresh and tasty. If they make a mistake on your order they just fix it, no arguing or controversy they simply make it right!!

We stopped in around 8:55pm. They close at 9pm. We ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and the chicken tender meal. They gave us a spicy chicken salad with very hard spicy crumbs. They cooked the tenders fresh for the meal but not the spicy salad.

Food is good as always. Customer service was lacking. Staff at drive thru need some pointers on Stellar Customer Service. No smiles and gave the impression it was an inconvenience to handle simple questions. Management might want to rework there staff positions based on ability to handle human to human interactions.

Unfortunately I really have tried to give this place a chance multiple times. The food is mediocre, the place itself needed to be cleaned and the bathroom was filthy. I would really appreciate a clean bathroom after COVID. If you want delicious chicken and waffles fries, just drive a minute up the road to CFA. This place is not worth it.

If you like chicken, but don't support the chicken mafia of certain other restaurants notoriously closed on Sundays, PDQ is definitely the right choice. Not only is the quality of the chicken better, but the service is faster and everything is done on site right in front of you. But then, I would wager if your shopping for fast food chicken you already know PDQ FTW.

In an era where fastfood quality and service has reached an all time low, this place has miraculously managed to find and retain excellent employees, keep a clean and functional space, and produce some of the best chicken sandwiches I've ever had. Goes to show that it is still possible. The entire team at this location deserves credit.

First visit. Ordered crispy chicken nuggets. Received spicy in error. Made a joke about needing milk to kill the spicy taste, and staff actually brought me milk! Told them thanks, I was just joking. (It was spicy, but I was okay). They gave me fresh crispy nuggets with a couple extra pieces inside😆 Overall, it was a good visit and would eat there again.

Just wanted to shout out to PDQ in Riverview last night. We talked to the manager last night and they were not supposed to open yesterday. The manager knew people were not going to have power so called his staff and everyone of them came in for them to open to serve hot food for people without power. The lines were long but not one of the staff looked like they didn't want to be there. By 8pm they started to run out of food but they kept serving with the lines still crazy long.

The PDQ at Big Bend and 301 is hot and cold. Some days the food is good. Other days, it is not the best. At least I found an item in the menu that they consistently do well - the Grilled Chicken Sandwich.

This was my first time ever visiting a PDQ in my many years of existence. I’m not sure why I’ve never tried this out before. I had come through the Drive-thru for lunch. There was no line. There was no speaker. You drive up to the window to order, after you’ve looked at the menu board. The food was ready as soon as I pulled up to the second window to pick up my food. The quality of the food was much better than other fast food places. The spicy chicken sandwich was delicious. I’m going to come visit more often.

“Quality” Are employees capable of “blending” a milkshake? Every-time one is ordered, all ingredients are on the bottom (visible through the clear cup) unblended. Turns into an undrinkable, sludge sundae. This location needs some big focus on the “People” and the “Quality” They can’t even ensure the decency to blend a milkshake, imagine the time they put into your sandwich lmao! YIKES! 🫢

Grabbed food to go.....Food was delicious even tho we were missing some of it. But hey....our fault for not checking! And the broccoli with parmesan cheese is a must! Got to talk to the new guy who was very nice....talked to the manager about fundraising and he was AWESOME! Wish we had a PDQ in CT, but I will definitely visit again the next time I am in FL.

I would put PDQ in the same category as cane's or Zaxby's BUT.... It has way more sauces which makes it much more fun! A lot of locations in Florida and the kindest staff. Be sure to stop in to sauce heaven and give your taste buds the ride they have been asking for

I went in half an hour before closing and I could almost hear a collective grown from the employees. I put in my order then went to get my drinks. Before I got done filling the second cup my order was up. Wow, that was fast. Food was good but it was cold. I bet it would have been better warmed up. Next time I won’t go so close to closing. Even cold it was good enough that I’d go back to see how the food is hot.

Quick service at drive-through. Greeted with smiling faces and good customer service. Truly appreciated the military discount. Would've given 5 stars if they weren't out of my daughter's menu choice.

10 stars for the new girl! We had a issue with a order/promo. The first girl at the first window kindly help me going trough all the promos in the app… but then she didn’t charge me for the 25.00 gift card which I found strange, now the new gril at the first window was amazing, very professional, took her time figuring it out and I was about to leave the place and she give me the food and the solución with a smile. Well I can only pay with this review. Note: I love pdq tenders!!!

It's definitely not the highest quality of chicken that I have. I definitely do not recommend the barbecue sauce as a dip. If you want even a chance of enjoying your fries it's best to eat them before your chicken, otherwise they taste very flavorless. Disappointed as I was very excited to try their food!

Today 1/3/2021 Requested Guac and No Pickles on my sandwich. Got home open up the sandwich No Guac and Pickles. First time going to PDQ. I got charged for the Guac not crying about the dollar but please get it right. 6/12/2021 Ask for no pickles guess what I get please read the receipt.

I really didn't care for it. It smelled like they were using sour chicken. Got a whole 40$ order and tasted bad.. like nobody ate. So if want chicken go to zaxbys.

Fast polite, managers jump rt. on any problem today pops up. The zucchini is good. But, watch it being alittle greasy . sweet potatoes are good but, have been to hard to the fry. Very clean - turn music down one notch. Put on hallmark movies sometimes.

Had a chicken tenders meal with rice and beans as a side. My friend had a double hamburger. It was a carry-out order. Service was very good and the food was delicious We recieved a good supply of napkins and side sauces. Everything was very efficient. I would definitely go there again.
