First
things
first,
if
I
could
have
the
option
to
give
this
“establishment”
-10
stars
OR
LESS,
that
would
be
great.
This
is
the
most
dysfunctional,
disorganized,
and
antisocial
place
I
have
ever
seen,
considering
it
is
a
“health
system”
(I
have
worked
at
a
place
like
this
before,
been
to
many
places
like
this
as
a
patient.
I
can
honestly
say,
from
the
bottom
of
my
heart,
it
was
absolutely
NOTHING
compared
to
this).
I
don’t
even
know
how
this
place
is
a
credible
network.
I
can’t
receive
medications
for
multiple,
multiple
(I
wasn’t
sure
if
I
made
it
clear
enough
for
them,
one
sec…
*clears
throat*…
EMPHASIS
ON
THE
MULTIPLE).
How
is
it
possible
that
this
place
can
leave
patients
without
medication,
do
NOT
pick
up
phone
calls
(and
if
they
DO
pick
up,
promise
it’ll
take
about
(if
not
more)
5-10
business
days
pookie).
To
get
past
the
automated
robot,
is
a
MISSION
AND
A
HALF
and
conveniently
so,
“no
one
is
available
to
take
your
call”.
Don’t
even
bother
with
the
app/online
portal
cause
they
certainly
NEVER
check
that,
I
always
prefer
calling
cause
at
least
this
way,
i
can
at
least
hear
her
(automated
robot)
pretend
like
she
cares…
but
then
it
hangs
up
automatically,
at
this
point,
I’m
not
even
sure
if
it’s
an
error
on
their
part
or
if
they’re
actually
bold
enough
to
hang
up
on
patients
before
they
can
even
reach
someone
(wouldn’t
be
surprised
though).
On
top
of
all
that,
I
don’t
even
think
I’ve
heard
from
my
“doctor”
for
about
a
year,
texted
him
once
out
of
the
blue
cause
I
wasn’t
doing
too
hot
and
i’m
still
on
delivered.
Oh,
i’m
not
done
yet
(I’M
FUMING).
They
also
keep
sending
my
prescription
in
the
wrong
quantity,
I
think
i’ve
only
received
the
correct
quantity
ONCE
and
asked
for
the
correct
amount
many
times.
HOW,
please
actually
tell
me,
HOW
someone
who
is
supposed
to
take
meds
on
the
DAILY,
can’t
take
em’
cause
they
don’t
have
meds
to
take.
THEN,
I
keep
calling
them
because
they
keep
sending
my
meds
to
the
wrong
pharmacy
in
a
city
where
I
don’t
live
anymore
(even
though
I
have
requested
this
change
(EVEN
MY
MOMMY…has
to
call
for
me
sometimes
so
she
can
work
her
“MOM”
magic…unfortunately
the
automated
robot
always
wins)),
and
they
STILL.
KEEP.
SENDING.
MY.
MEDS.
TO.
THE.
WRONG.
PHARMACY.
(I
am
going
mental
cause
I
LITERALLY
HAVEN’T
BEEN
ABLE
TO
SLEEP
FOR
DAYS).
Don’t
worry,
as
I
type
this
i’m
also
looking
for
a
new
(and
BETTER)
place.
I
am
now
going
to
attempt
calling
them
for
the
13th
time
(and
no
i’m
not
exaggerating…I’ve
counted.
I’ve
only
been
at
this
today
for
about
10
minutes…
and
counting).
For
everyone
that’s
wondering
why
such
a
long,
angry
review…I
am
SO
patient
and
compassionate,
but
i’m
literally
exhausted
and
shocked
at
how
they
handle
ANYTHING.
(I
COULD
DO
A
BETTER
JOB
RUNNING
THIS
ENTIRE
FREAKING
PLACE
AND
IM
IN
MY
EARLY
20’s)
IT
WOULD
BE
THE
BEST
FREAKING
PLACE
TO
WORK
AT)).
I
also
want
to
add
on,
that
I
literally
have
only
ever
left
2-3
bad
reviews
in
my
ENTIRE
life
and
I
can
100%
say
that
this
is
my
WORST,
NASTIEST,
and
MOST
ACCURATE
review,
thus
far.
Seriously
people,
i’m
not
joking,
run
the
other
way
and
never
look
back.
I’ve
been
holding
off
on
posting
this
review
for
2
hours
now
because
I
am
still
hoping
to
speak
to
LITERALLY
ANYONE,
it’s
hopeless
(Currently
on
my
20th
attempt
after
the
last
13).
I’m
excited
to
see
if
someone
responds
to
this
being
all
cordial
(meh,
they’re
probably
busy
in
the
IT
department
too).

morning.
