    Unfortunately it won't let me rate it a 0, otherwise I would. I booked 4 appointments, for which I took off from work. Each one of them didn't happen: doctor never called. Each time I called in to tell them the doctor never called, and apart from being rude and unapologetic, they assured me management would call me within 1 hour. That never happened either. This is obviously a scam: they get all of your info, including credit card, prior to the appointment and then they don't show up. Be careful!!

    Please take time to read if you are considering Compass Healthcare. If you are “stuck” with them, continue reading and POST your experiences. People need to know. As briefly as possible: Compass Healthcare (CH) is a mill. A patient mill where the lack of expertise, compassion and basic healthcare decorum are sacrificed for the bottom line. They cancelled an appointment on me, (was a critical care appointment), and then I waited for hours on subsequent appointments. The doctor never saw me, just clinicians who made it obvious I was but an inconvenience. The staff interrupted my time for innocuous reasons and in the middle of a conversation I was told “times up” and led to exit. Once my copay was made I was but a “unit” being processed. They take CMS so I am sure their billing doesn’t match services rendered. I sent same review to CEO, but nothing, not even a robo email. Please avoid.

    Absolutely the worst experience I ever had with a medical facility. Starts with the Doctor calling you an hour late for your telemedicine appointment. Then it only gets worse from there. The medical staff is not capable of performing routine administrative tasks and good luck getting anyone to return your calls or emails. The system does not allow you to talk directly to the local doctors office. A central hub sends messages causing even further delays. To keep my sanity, I am done with this place.

    ZERO STARS IF I COULD! First appointment was a disorganized mess, like none of the admin staff working in the office had a clue about anything. I was there about 3 hours for a 15 minute visit. When leaving I wanted to make sure prescriptions were sent in and the lady at the front desk (who we had to hear mispronounce "kiosk" at least 100 times) ignored me standing there until she asked in a very nasty tone what I needed. Well, NONE of the meds were sent so I spent hours calling days after to get them filled and still one missing but I gave up. Fast forward to today and my 11:00 telemed appt is 3.5 hours late as of 2:30. Nobody called to confirm or check me in, so it seems the appt was not properly scheduled when I called 2 weeks prior to set up although it showed in the portal. I keep being told the doctor us running behind, but this is ridiculous. They keep saying I'm next when I call at every hour mark. I have spent the time waiting trying to find a new provider because I can't continue at a place that has so little care or regard for patients paying for service. Worst medical facility I've ever dealt with, and that's no exaggeration. It is unfortunate because doctors I've seen are not bad at all, it's 100% the administrative mess they have to work within.

    Can not get medications refilled. I've texted the Dr. Directly 3 times, called twice, had Publix attempt to fill script, then I finally get a return call to set up an appointment the next morning at 9am... the call never came... I attempted to call then left message. It's been a month!!!

    45+ wait every time to see a doctor for 5 minutes. Girls at the desk in the back have no people skills and when you speak to them its as if you are bothering them. They forgot to send my prescription to the pharmacy so I had to call the main phone number and be on hold for 45+ minutes for they could send an email to the office and ask them. I received no response just a text from the pharmacy that my prescription was ready. On a separate occasion Abigail from scheduling called to tell me my month+ scheduled appointment time was now unavailable because, "well, doctors are human" keeping in mind that the appointment is not for another 2 weeks. Therefore, it was not an emergency and Abigail was rude. This change would also disrupt the prescription refill and she did not care one bit to help. I told her, "well I'm human too and I have to work which is why I scheduled this time."

    At least 45 min wait every time just to see the doctor for 5 mins. The whole staff is VERY unprofessional. Go if it’s your ONLY option, I had to go for years just because of insurance. I could go on and on about bad experiences there but I will leave it at that!

    They should literally be shut down and these people should have any medical profession licenses revoked. They are utterly incompetent and don't care about doing anything to help you. My daughter has been a week without her medication, which is actually very dangerous to go without, and despite repeated calls, and them saying they're going to send it they just do NOTHING. Every single call involves waiting on hold for at least a half an hour, and then they just say they're sending the prescription, hang up the phone, and don't do a damn thing. This should be medical malpractice and these people need to lose their jobs. They suffer NO consequences for putting peoples' health and lives at risk.

    Minus 10 stars. Most disrespectful, dishonest, unprofessional company ever. Do not even bother to call or make an appointment with them. You better look for any other alternative. They don't listen or at least follow up on a patient complain either....they don't care !

    ***BEWARE***, This is the absolute WORST "health system " I've ever experienced. Avoid at all costs.Call insurance companies directly to get your provider list. This was the most disorganized and blatant disregard for human life , experience of my life. These appointments are all done via zoom and the Doctors rarely show up to any of them. The receptionist are zero help either, if you're lucky enough to get an answered call. These are alleged "Psychiatrist" that took a sworn oath. These are serious medications being prescribed and cutting people off is cruel and inhumane. I personally think everyone at Compass Health System needs their own mental health eval and to take a look at who you have representing your company. I truly do understand that the health care system is overwhelmed due to the pandemic. If you can't sustain service you should have a wait list. Unfortunately it's about money and not people's mental health. SHAME ON YOU...

    The website is confusing and not user friendly. There are no forms, even though it says there are. The "Meet the Team" section has providers that are in different cities and states! But won't tell you who is where. I tried to shcedule an appointment and I tried calling several times at one point to being left on hold for up to 5mins at a time before I hung up. They aren't professional, the appointment maker's emails almost seem cryptic cuz they don't make sense. My insurance says there are several of the doctors taking ALL patients. But when I FINALLY got through to them, they said only 1 doctor is taking new patients and she isn't even on the website. Then the receptionist says its because no one else takes my insurance... SHE DOESN'T EVEN KNOW WHO I HAVE!! Sad a mental health facility makes you jump through all those hoops but then essentially says you're not welcomed here.

    I got there at 930 the receptionist tells me my appt was not till 1030 but she move me to 1010 I feel our my paper work I sat there till 10:50 for the receptionist to tell me they haven’t verify my insurance didn’t know how long it will take I’m like are you serious. I’m in the medical field you suppose verify insurance before the patient arrive. Then scheduler tells me oh there working on know. I travel 2 hours to come see this Dr to keep sitting there all day long missing pay at work thus is so unprofessional I schedule another appt but I call back an cancel I had my pcp find me another dr to see I should listen to reviews

    If you're here to see Dr Tanveer Sobhan I would recommend finding a new psychiatrist. The man is never here when your appointment is scheduled and is at least an hour wait time. If you are lucky enough to meet with him he rushes you through and you're with him for a total of about 2 minutes. Doesn't care about any patient questions or needs. This man should have his medical lisence pulled for his lack of patient care.

    One star is too much. This company is a joke. For a new patient, the Dr. never showed up. When I called (after a 45 min wait) they said it's because there was a $5 copay due. I explained to them that they never contacted me about copay. I rescheduled for a week later and made the payment. For the rescheduled appointment the Dr did not show up (telehealth). 15 min later a woman called and said she was re-filling the prescription. Odd, since I did not have the appointment yet. Then she said it was her mistake and that she confused me with another patient but anyhow the Dr. could not make it, but that she was her assistant and wanted to go over treatment options. Of course I told her that I would only see a doctor They said they would call me later. They never did. I'm still sitting, waiting. What a horrible experience.

    If I could give them a lower score I would. I never receive calls on my appointment time, sometimes I dont even receive one at all. Patient care coordinators are great but only ever talked to the psychiatrist twice; the patient care coordinators might aswell make more than the psychiatrist. Sometimes medication is not sent to the pharmacy so expect to have withdrawal symptoms from the medication you are on until someone actually answers the phone and fixes the issue. You are very much just a number to them nothing else.

    STAY AWAY. This is the worst and most unprofessional clinic. Since COVID, all the appointments are online and let me tell you, it’s a joke. I had an appointment set aside for 11am and I never received a call from Dr. Stein. I called over 4 times and nobody connect me with the direct office. I was told that Dr. Stein “opened my chart” and was going to call me shortly…I waited for over 2 hours and nothing. Absolute joke of a doctor and staff. Do not waste your time here.

    This place was usually alright, my specific psychiatrist always calls and refills quickly, but she also rushes through the appointments. The phone call never lasts more than a minute. I switch states a lot due to college and have another psych at home, and currently not booked with my psychiatrist until august. but i realized they billed me $50 for two visits and med refills i didn’t request with a psych i’ve never talked with before when i’m currently not even using them. seems like fraud now

    If you are looking for competent medical care this is the wrong place for you. I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance and the doctor never called. I called their office several times to try and get the help I need and everything is through a call center. I asked to speak with a manager and was told that was impossible. We all deserve better than this. Don’t waste your time.

    Horrible wait times, psychiatry appointment was scheduled for 3:40 today, July 24th, never received a phone call, so I called them and was told the reason for them not calling me was because my appointment had not been confirmed. They happened to call me Friday while I was at work to confirm it. So I missed it, but listened to their voicemail as soon as I got off and tried to cal them back Friday to confirm it and no one answered. So the lady today said she was going to transfer me to som who could ch the appointment I was on hold for awhile, and then when someone finally did pick up, I had to start all over giving them my name, DOB, address, phone number, then she asked if I needed help with anything else, I said I would like to schedule a therapy appointment, she said hold on let me transfer you to someone. Was on hold, then on r again had to reconfirm everything I already have confirmed at least three times, all for the lady to say “let me transfer you to the scheduling department. I said okay, someone already told me that’s what they were doing and I was supposed to have a psychiatry appointment at 340, and at this point it’s 4:10 she said oh it’s fine they will call you surely. Still no one has picked up since and this phone call has now been a good 56 minutes :)) oh and horrible hold music

    So, I arrived at their on site suite 6B in Boynton Beach, there was a sign on the door saying that they were out for a little bit “sorry”, I waited there for over an hour and no one showed up!!!! I called the main headquarters and they said that someone should be there. Obviously they were clueless that this person was getting paid for doing nothing or going out for happy hour, who knows? I was standing in front of the door hoping that the person would return to their job… I waited till 5:30pm, no show. The door locked tighter than Fort Knox. I am now filling out the paperwork that they had sitting in the door box that was unsecured, if you wanted to place finished paperwork back good luck on your privacy. It’s not Hippa certified whatsoever. No slot to place it in a secure place where people couldn’t see your medical information. This is SUCH a dirty stain on the psychiatric medical community. I am seriously considering reporting them to the local newspaper and see what kind of dirt they can dig up! Be at work and do your job!!!! Mental health is not a joke and should never be taken lightly! I don’t I’ll use these scammers!

    I’ve been using this psychiatry office since February. Every 30 days you get a call from a nurse practitioner (so not even the actual Dr themselves) to give progress on how your medications are going. Sometimes they miss the call, sometimes they call 20 minutes after the scheduled time. Sometimes they make these appointments without telling you what time/day that appointment will be. At first, It’s totally reasonable as medications are adjusted. I would give zero stars at this point if I could. I canceled my 30 day check up last week due to finances and having to pay a copay every phone call. I called Tuesday to see if I could get a refill because I was out of my medications. They declined and stated I needed to pay my copay and have a visit. I told them I wasn’t financially able to do that at this time, but I needed the medications refilled. One medication I’ve been on for 10 years, another for 2 years, and one new medication within the last two months. They kept repeating I needed to pay a copay. I’ve seen and complied with my Dr within the last 60 days, so to decline to refill a medication that will send me to the ER with severe serotonin withdrawals is medical negligence. They could have offered to fill a weeks worth until I got paid again but offered no solutions. I’ve called three times this week and when I called again to check up on the situation today, I asked for a supervisor or the Dr. I was told I’d have to wait another 24 hours. I’ve stated it’s an emergency and I will have to go to the ER and they care more about a copay than treatments for their patients. Do NOT use this facility if you have other options. They do not care about their patients and I can’t help but wonder if they realize the medical negligence they’re placing this Dr under. This facility should be reported to the boards.

    Originally when I first started looking for a physiatrist I made a few appointments with different doctors to find someone caring, knowledgeable and experienced. My searched stop with Dr. Angelica! She’s polite and attentive to my needs. The staff is always friendly and it’s always a pleasant experience there. I feel safe going in, safe when there, and safe leaving knowing I’m in great care. She has multiple degrees in her field. Dr. Angelica is an impressive and inspirational woman. I would recommend her services to all that need it.

    Do not even try with this company…like all the other reviews, my insurance gave me their information. Did a tele-visit. Lady told me she sent my prescription over, it is now over two weeks and the doctor has not signed the pre-authorization. I have called everyday, they say they will leave a message with the management department to call back to address my concerns - no call back. Just called and told them to delete my record from file and to not even try to bill my insurance because this company is a SCAM. I will be calling my insurance to warn them to never recommend this place and to make sure they do not bill anything for a 10 minute phone conversation with a PA in which nothing was done and there was not even as assessment that took place.

    Called on 8/26/22 equesting an intake call for appt with Dr. Watnick. I was given appt on 9/6/22 with Dr Watnick. I reported it was urgent! 10 business days later and 5 calls requesting intake to call me, Dr Watnick had to be rescheduled for 9/8/22. I called a day ahead to confirm appt with Dr. and again requested a call from intake. No one called from intake or from Dr Watnick. This practice needs more intake coordinator’s. Meanwhile it was unprofessional the way this was handled. Wonder what the board/shareholders think about their losses of patients and money.

    RAGE REVIEW (and I do mean…RAGE): First things first, if I could have the option to give this “establishment” -10 stars OR LESS, that would be great. This is the most dysfunctional, disorganized, and antisocial place I have ever seen, considering it is a “health system” (I have worked at a place like this before, been to many places like this as a patient. I can honestly say, from the bottom of my heart, it was absolutely NOTHING compared to this). I don’t even know how this place is a credible network. I can’t receive medications for multiple, multiple (I wasn’t sure if I made it clear enough for them, one sec… *clears throat*… EMPHASIS ON THE MULTIPLE). How is it possible that this place can leave patients without medication, do NOT pick up phone calls (and if they DO pick up, promise it’ll take about (if not more) 5-10 business days pookie). To get past the automated robot, is a MISSION AND A HALF and conveniently so, “no one is available to take your call”. Don’t even bother with the app/online portal cause they certainly NEVER check that, I always prefer calling cause at least this way, i can at least hear her (automated robot) pretend like she cares… but then it hangs up automatically, at this point, I’m not even sure if it’s an error on their part or if they’re actually bold enough to hang up on patients before they can even reach someone (wouldn’t be surprised though). On top of all that, I don’t even think I’ve heard from my “doctor” for about a year, texted him once out of the blue cause I wasn’t doing too hot and i’m still on delivered. Oh, i’m not done yet (I’M FUMING). They also keep sending my prescription in the wrong quantity, I think i’ve only received the correct quantity ONCE and asked for the correct amount many times. HOW, please actually tell me, HOW someone who is supposed to take meds on the DAILY, can’t take em’ cause they don’t have meds to take. THEN, I keep calling them because they keep sending my meds to the wrong pharmacy in a city where I don’t live anymore (even though I have requested this change (EVEN MY MOMMY…has to call for me sometimes so she can work her “MOM” magic…unfortunately the automated robot always wins)), and they STILL. KEEP. SENDING. MY. MEDS. TO. THE. WRONG. PHARMACY. (I am going mental cause I LITERALLY HAVEN’T BEEN ABLE TO SLEEP FOR DAYS). Don’t worry, as I type this i’m also looking for a new (and BETTER) place. I am now going to attempt calling them for the 13th time (and no i’m not exaggerating…I’ve counted. I’ve only been at this today for about 10 minutes… and counting). For everyone that’s wondering why such a long, angry review…I am SO patient and compassionate, but i’m literally exhausted and shocked at how they handle ANYTHING. (I COULD DO A BETTER JOB RUNNING THIS ENTIRE FREAKING PLACE AND IM IN MY EARLY 20’s) IT WOULD BE THE BEST FREAKING PLACE TO WORK AT)). I also want to add on, that I literally have only ever left 2-3 bad reviews in my ENTIRE life and I can 100% say that this is my WORST, NASTIEST, and MOST ACCURATE review, thus far. Seriously people, i’m not joking, run the other way and never look back. I’ve been holding off on posting this review for 2 hours now because I am still hoping to speak to LITERALLY ANYONE, it’s hopeless (Currently on my 20th attempt after the last 13). I’m excited to see if someone responds to this being all cordial (meh, they’re probably busy in the IT department too). Yes. I am a little ball of fire this morning.

    Compass Health is the worst provider I have ever seen. It is nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone if you need to contact them. They also do not respond to messages left and unfortunately leaving a message is the only option when you call. They do not respond if you put a request in the patient portal. I called several times after our insurance changed to inquire as to why I was being charged a different amount from what was shown on my EOB from my insurance. They cancelled by appointment without telling me that it would be cancelled because I would not put a card on file during the pre-screen for my appointment. Prior to that I had them charging my card and ended up having a credit with them for close to $300. It took several calls to get that issue sorted out. Over all dealing with Compass is a nightmare avoid them if you value customer service at a basic level.

    Fraudulent Credit Card Charges! Theft! I was charged for an appointment that was cancelled over a week in advance. Literally no one will respond to any of my messages or phone calls to remove my card from file and provide refund. I’ve never had an experience like this. This is straight up theft.

    I on several occassions had issues with the ordering of medication, especially now they should know what is on backorder at thier own pharmacy this is going on 3 weeks without sleep, every day I call leaving message and told it will be taken care of they are truly a factory, especially when you have a job and need rest.     I have been seeing Dr Eagle for 4 years. I agree with other reviews that the administration staff always seems frazzled. The nurses are lovely and I have only had good conversation with the other doctors the few times I saw them. I am SO thankful for the telehealth appointments so I don't have to go to the office every month!

    Been going to this place for years. I love the staff very courteous and kind. I have a good Doctor. Dr. Angelica Marlano is the best psychiatrist I’d ever had. I’ve seen many psychiatrists but none has helped me with my mental issues else her.

    I recently worked with Dr. Angelica Marlano and I thought it was a fantastic experience. She was patient and really listened...during our discussions I really felt that she had a very holistic approach and gave me some new insight and looked at situations from a different perspective, which, in the long-run, really helped me. She is extremely professional, but also friendly and easy to talk to. I really recommend them.

    Very welcoming and compatent staff. Food was pretty good. The only thing I didn't care for was that starting on the second night, they brought a complete stranger to my room. Didn't sleep well that night as I had no idea who this person was! Turned out to be a decent person, thank you God.. slept much better the rest of the time. Over all a good experience! I would recommend to friends.

Finding a therapist you can connect with can be hard. At this center, there are so many therapists, it is easy to find someone to hear your story and help you feel better with proven strategies.     Very professional staff. They are always helping with any concerns you may have about your child. My son has been attending for 2 years and I truly have seen a difference. I'm able to see my son while in session which is a major plus. I love the organization the center has and how all their therapist follow it. Very well structured environment.

    Im going to be "mean" here... what if someone was going to unalive themselves? NO ONE WOULD CARE. I know my "therapist" wouldn't care. Ive been scheduled two appts now and have not received a call. Hell I don't even know if my appt was supposed to be online or over the phone. I have no calls or emails from anyone explaining anything.

    Do not give them your credit card number to be kept on file. They randomly charged amounts that were much higher than the EOBs. They keep promising refunds and it has taken more than 4 months. Also, the doctor’s services were the worst I ever experienced. If I could give them zero (0) stars I would.

    Excellent facility caring staff and all around model for mental health treatment. My sister suffered a severe mental breakdown. Even though her insurance was out of network the staff was kind and helpful. Dr. Angelica Marlano made sure my sister was treated with care and respect. She found her a treatment facility that was clean, safe and respectful despite knowing she was out of network. I would recommend them to anyone suffering. All around good people and talented in what they do.

    Please please please do not go here. They will not help you and you deserve actual mental health help. Find anyone else. Even my primary care doctor was shocked after hearing my medications and blood test results. They are incompetent, will not spend any time with you, and don't care about you as a human being seeking help. It's criminal what they are, just a cattle firm.
