I was asked to do a permanent jewelry pop-up and had the most amazing experience. I was blown away by not only their salon that screams cleanliness with nature accents everywhere, but by every single employee that I came across. Everyone was so welcoming and fun. The owner Rhonda surprised me the most. From the way she threw this event together so quickly and professionally to the fact that she treated me and all of her staff with kindness and dignity. We had great conversations and a really good time. this place has a really great vibe!

My daughter chopped all her hair off & donated it to wigs for kids. Jade did an awesome job! We'll definitely be back.

Curly hair can be hard to style and figure out. Callan was amazing. She followed my requests and filled in the gaps with knowledgeable suggestions and professional advice. Best haircut I have ever received, hands down. I am very happy with my entire experience and will be returning in the future.

This is the first time I’ve ever had my hair dyed! I was a little nervous when I spoke to one of the people on the phone until I got a different person when I called back! The first person didn’t listen but the second one did and got everything setup for me. So, I was a bit nervous at first… I had Amanda work on my hair and she made sure I had a cup of water and would check in on me every few minutes during the process. She kept reassuring me and doing what she could to make sure I was okay and wasn’t too affected by the Bleach they used on my hair.

Wonderful and professional. They offered me a drink when I arrived for my appointment. They got me quickly to the back with my stylist Reina. We talked about what I wanted and that is what she gave me! The massage with the shampooing was a dream! Thanks!

Hope was my stylist and she did such an amazing job on my hair!! Absolutely recommend her and the whole staff are so nice and friendly. 🥰 I’m admittedly picky about my hair and she always does an amazing job & makes me feel so confident! First off, before you even walk in-you are greeted by a sign with your first name welcoming you into the salon. From there it only gets better! Reina did a fabulous job with my color and made me a lovely cup of tea while it processed. Then I had a fabulous wash and scalp massage. It turned out just lovely.

I was at Five Salon on Saturday 9/16 for their "birthday party" and had such a great experience in that 15 mins in the salon that I booked my first appointment that day. Tuesday 9/19/23 was my first appointment at Five Salon. I was randomly matched with Hope and had an incredible experience from start to finish. She was warm, welcoming, and made me feel so comfortable! She listened to what my visions were for my hair, and executed with complete confidence. I can't wait to book my next appointment with her!

I called to have a product held for pickup. When I got there, I asked a lot of questions about additional curly products and was given two different samples to try them out. The samples both had 4 to 5 uses, so I could really see how they worked. I ended up purchasing the full sizes as well. Great service, very helpful, and they know their product.

This salon is incredible, from the moment you arrive they offer you coffee or tea, they make you feel like you are their friend from the first minute, the girls and boys are very professional and do a wonderful job, in half an hour they changed my self-esteem and helped me with my hair disaster leaving me with a wonderful result
