IR saunas are amazing and the staff at this studio are fantastic. They are friendly, knowledgeable and responsive to my needs. The rooms are always clean and ready for my appointments. I cannot recommend this place more!

The West Omaha Perspire Sauna is brand new and super clean. The saunas are large and the rooms are private. Everything was ready for me before my appointment and the first time they gave me a useful tour of the facility, amenities, and the private sauna room. The entertainment/music is diverse and everything with the experience is relaxing. The sessions are only 40 minutes and you cannot make your session longer. That is the only drawback. I would like to go a full hour. One more improvement would be hooks in the restroom! Great place to do an infrared sauna and the staff are super helpful and accommodating.

The sauna's were fantastic, they get hotter than any sauna I've been to at any gym and it's nice to have the privacy. Great for your health. Everything's clean and they have great customer service.

Perspire is the most relaxing, convenient place for me to unwind. Booking a room is so easy, the staff is so friendly and attentive, the room is always ready exactly the way I like it, set to my preferred temperature, everything is clean and fresh! I cannot say enough about the ease and relaxation Perspire has created! I enjoy every minute of my experience. Thank you!!!!!

Going to this sauna is always a great experience! The staff are friendly and refer to you by name. The facility is clean and peaceful. I always leave feeling refreshed. I would love to see Perspire expand to other areas of Omaha.

Easy to book and check in. Friendly staff showed me around and how to use the sauna. Clean, private room with TV (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon prime video, Pandora). Great experience!
