Serving Uncooked Food Food was not up to the mark. We have ordered Pomfret, prawns which was also uncooked. We have also ordered desert wherein it was not at all fresh, it was hard and flavor wise not so great. Our order was super delay. Service was really very slow. We asked for discount that was also not offered. Our bill was approx Rs 3500 and the first experience itself was pathetic. I am not gonna recommend this restaurant for sure. Over priced menu.

Very nice place to visit for dinner and parties.Located in Sarbahal near government High school. Near to sunarimunda railway crossing. Food is nice here and the services is also nice. Family dinner is recommended. New year parties organised here with reasonable prices and coupons also available for couples and families. Parking area is not that much.More that 20 vehicle couldn't be easy to park. Bar is also available for drinks.

It's one of the finest place in Jharsuguda to have a lunch or dinner and spend some time with your family. It is located near to Sarbahal.

Rooms are very nice and spacious. Very neat and clean. Staff behaviour are awesome. They are just make us their family member. Food Quality is very good and nice to eat. The green grass lawn creating energy in the heart by walking.

I had a pathetic service experience with this hotel for our dealer meet. The manager here showcase his integrity in such a way that he is the most obedient employee in this world. If you are dealing with a repeat customer , dude u need to be little lenient in terms of your policy. This was the last time we had our meeting in your hotel...will never visit again..

24 hr Check IN, good breakfast in CP plan, nice ambience, free station pick up/ drop & location are some good brownie points. However, the downside is the quality of rooms which needs maintenance given the price you pay. Amenities aren't an issue at all & this place has got most of the things. But, for sure, the rooms needs to be properly maintained. Furniture aren't squiky clean nor is the washroom. I hope I've given a proper insight.

During my 3 days stay they haven't disappointed me with food, whatever I randomly ordered tasted delicious. Room service was good. Only complaint I have is related Wi-Fi, it is good at reception area but not in room. Room rent is little on high side.

The staff are very unprofessional they don't know anything about the menu and they didn't even note our order properly missed the sizzler but i must say the food tasted super delicious must try dish is chicken lolipop

Great experience at this Pipul Utkal Continental Hotel. Very smooth check in done. Large property with big Garden , swimming pool and and a very big lawn. Best sunrise visible from my room. Courteous staff with quick response to all services required. Tasty food with big quantity platters. Will definitely visit again and again... Highly recommend for a comfortable & enjoyable stay

Amazing service. The staff is very professional. The breakfast is 10/10 - fresh juice bar, a spread of fresh food, relaxing environment and very considerate staff. The property is extremely Zen and a great place to relax. Nicely maintained huge property with lot of natural scenic view inside . Rooms are quite spacious ,cleaned and well maintained. All the restaurants offered amazing variety of food.

Not very satisfactory service. Rooms were leaking water. Ambience was good. Please ensure to give proper instructions on food and do not give them a choice to suggest their food. We have ordered their choice of Paneer for Roti but they delivered Chilly Paneer which was a snack. Room service teams are a little low so the service was delayed. If the hotel is reading the same please ensure to increase the staff accordingly.

This is my first visit to this hotel, and I am delighted to be here. The level of service provided by the Pipu Utkal Continental staff has impressed me. They were courteous, prompt, and attentive to all customers. When they go about their work, they are frequently cheerful and smiley.

Awesome ambience and room is damn good where we have got the exotic and cosy feeling. Food is very delicious with karizmatic combination of spices. I stay in room no 304 with pool view. Miss Sushma Oram has provided great care and service during our stay and restaurant visit. I strongly recommend have a visit and experience the exotic food over here.

Had a decent experience here. Good ambiance overall and good food. The taste was good, and even the portion quantity was ample. The only cons. was , they only have 1 single washroom for the folks visiting for dining in the Aroma restaurant which doesn't suffice.

Worst hotel, untidy rooms, non functional geysers, full of mosquitoes impolite staff, insolent managers, costly and untasty food, no buffet breakfast, complete cheaters.

Large place with an impressive lobby, large restaurant and big lawns. However the rooms are dated, the balcony was dirty, the bar was non functional

Service is really very poor. Ac will not be working in your room and they will tell maintenance is going on first. After you shouting they will on A.C M.C.B. Hot water will not be available in room. If you ask hot water in Backet they will bring it after 40 min. Refer other not to come this hotel

If it is properly maintained then it could have be the best hotel in Jharsuguda. I would like to share our feedback, which we faced during our stay. 1. Wifi was not working inside the room. 2. Food - Whatever we asked for, their answer was always same - "sorry sir, it's not available", so when we enquired on the 3rd day of our stay with the room service staff, they said Chef isn't available, the one who was cooking was a trainee. So quality of food is low. 3. Swimming pool was not open for use as it was very dirty. 4. Complementary breakfast was very much limited. Sometimes even buffet was not available. 5. Hotel was not maintained properly. 6. AC had to be kept on 18° for 4 to 5 hrs to cool the room. 7. Improper maintenance of gym equipments. None of the AC was working in Gym. 8. As pick up & drop was in hotel scope, I was in rush to catch the train and when I asked hotel reception, they said driver is not available to drop at the station. I hope Hotel officials will take this matter seriously and improve their services to give a better experience in future.

Literally it was a very bad experience. I think the cook don't know about sizzling steak and they cooked. It was Teastless. One can't eat this food.. It's smells like hell. And the nonveg platter oh my god what is this.. They cooked tallow and served it. Bad experience yr don't go please
