Great quality food. Superb burgers and amazing Lobster. Host and staff polite, kind and very supportive. Was an overall top experience and excellent food. Starters, main and dessert was all super!!! Definitely a must have dining experience in Cape Town.

Updated review, I've been ordering from B&L for about 3 years, and I've only gotten outstanding service & food. However, last night we got a burger that fell below their normal quality. Positively, their chicken burgers are really amazing, it's one of the biggest reasons we started ordering from them in the first place, highly recommended. I originally had a 2 star review up as they hadn't been able to contact me, but they called me to sort out the situation, we'll be keeping in touch. I hope to make this a 5 star review in the future, we really do love B&L, it's some of the best burgers in cape town by far, the price really shows on the quality, usually.

Wow,today it's difficult to imagine getting that right,but Casa just did that for us. From the menu,to the food and just enjoying conversation with my partner, brilliant. Loved it and expensive at all. Highly recommend it.

A great spot for an escape from the current crisis. I enjoyed a fantastic pizza from their wood burning pizza oven, I sat outside at one of three tables in the shade of a tree and had a couple of Heineken 0.0 beers. A fantastic way to savour life in a time when everything around us is so dire.

Such a wonderful bar! The building is so creatively arranged/decorated - and most importantly the staff are absolutely hilarious!! They make you laugh, they welcome you in such a friendly way - really made my night. (Also 10 points for their COVID check-in system. QR code that triggers a door-knocking noise over the entire music system). Can definitely recommend.

That place is a nice chilled venue, the Bar Tenders are friendly and they also have a pool table. When you enter they take your temperature and you must have Whatsapp so that you can load your temperature.

A quaint little spot with delicious food. The starters were very scrumptious. We had bbq buffalo wings and prawn wraps and for mains, the popular lobster roll. Everything was amazing and the service was great too. Thanks Jessie for the friendly and efficient service received yesterday. Well done team B&G!

The 2 for 1 deals are super, and the bar bites were delicious starters before our main meals. Short sweet menu with a nice variety and an awesome vibe.

Food was amazing! Drinks were really good and really strong. Just how it should be. The only reason I cannot give this a full 5* experience is because we had to bolt because it literally felt like we were sitting in a sauna. Would definitely go again if there is some sort of air con or fans, just needs a really good ventilation system. Other than the ridiculous heat we really enjoyed ourselves!

Great space, food is OK. We started with the calamari and prawn bites - the calamari was sandy but had great flavor (probably the high point of the evening). The prawns were yummy but over seasoned. We had the Wolf burger with truffle and parmesan fries. Burger was like any other, but with battered crayfish on top. Crayfish was sandy too. Fries were OK, parmesan tasted processed. Happy hour drinks are thrown together - not worth the saving. Service sucks, management is dismissive of any attempt to discuss it. If you are light sensitive, there is a red light that may irritate you too. All in all, not worth my time or money.

By far the best burgers in Cape Town! We go there every year! Absolutely LOVED it. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone that wants to treat someone special, or even themselves for that matter :) Great service and even better food! Well done B&L!

The food was superb. But, this is not a value for money type establishment. But then again, when has Lobster ever been value for money 😉It was well worth the visit. The food was great, really tasty and prepared to perfection. Service was attentive but relaxed. We will be back.

Only came for the creme brule, and I must say the Best creme brule I've ever had! Presentation is a bit spoiled but so NICE! Bit pricey but it is worth it, highly recommend.

Excellent tasting lobster and the sauce was amazing. The bread made it impossible to eat without spilling however, I think you should have a bottom as well, maybe by folding a larger piece in two? The fries could also be elevated.

I enjoyed the dimmed lights in the evening, created a very intimate vibe for dinner. Our waiter was an absolute star, took the covid protocols very serious and most important his service was top class even though he was catering for multiple tables. If you are a burger fan, you need to go to this place and order a 250g B&L burger. You're welcome

Great place. Lekka vibe. Always filled with characters who are willing to talk and have a good time. One thing I would change though is the pizza price. Make it half price all day long, because that is the reasonable price. Instead you'd have pizzas ordered all day instead of crammed from 10 to 11pm, with few orders outside that time.

Waited for more than an hour for the meal and they told us they would take 3 minutes. Then when we wanted to cancel our order only then they wanted to explain the situation.

Live music, pizza oven, 6 options on the tap, ample space for inside or outside chilling, pool table, clean toilets and dearly loved staff. A generator keeps the vibes going during loadshedding and changing specials board keep things feeling fresh.

My favourite stop on my way to town from home, I get to see my mate Malvin who's the best bartender you'll ever meet, kind, attentive and if you're a regular he's got you covered before you say a word. I like sitting on the piano and jamming out sometimes but truly it's been a wonderful vibe every time! Worth a visit!

Waiter ignored me at the bar. Waited 2.5 hours for our food. Checked in with waiter and chef who assured us it would be ready. Food had not been put in the system so only when the owner asked for it to be made was it finally done 3hrs later. Terrible unhelpful service from the waiter and cook. Would never go back or recommend
