My previous experience was not great due to the fatty beef ribs, but it has been turned around and it's just perfection. A huge thanks to Chad the Manager and Popeye. The Beef ribs were not available this time so I had pork ribs, I'll deal with my allergies later. I must say the food was perfect, the service was superb we are just blown away. This will now be our go to Restaurant. We were indeed treated like royalty and we'll never forget this experience. We got six balls starters, pork ribs and wings combo for the main and cereal killer Waffles for dessert. Wow, RocoMamas is the place to be and the ambiance is always proper. A million stars for you guys.

Menu concept is fun and you can build monster burgers. Food was cooked to perfection and service was spot on. The music and atmosphere is very energetic. I will definitely eat there again.

RocoMamas Tableview is our go to spot for amazing burgers, killer Mofo wings and cold beer. The service is always exceptional. We've been frequenting since they opened and have never had a bad experience. I can only imagine how difficult it must have been throughout this pandemic but they never dropped their standard. Changed from 5 to 1 star. Place seems to have done a 180 in the last month since I've last ordered. Online order failed to be accepted because staff didn't accept at 15 past, show up at 35 past and ordered/confirmed again, only got accepted 45 past. Waited till 12 past, couldn't even prioritize my order, still messed up and missed items, ended up getting it at 16 past. 35 minutes for something that should take 20, not even prioritizing when it's been over half an hour since initial order placement. Other people waiting there had all been there for over half an hour, saw them messing up and giving an uber eats driver a package I am sure was for someone else, that lady then arrived later and obviously her order was gone. Completely disorganized, not sure why you got rid of most of the previous staff or you've completely messed up whatever the shift is. Didn't even get an apology from anyone there for having to wait over an hour since original order placement. Trying to pull BS like the system didn't show it on their side when it was just them failing to actually check their PoS system within 20 minutes to start the order just shows how badly the place is run currently. While I was there, they checked it twice, once when my order at 45 past, then again around 5 past. No way to managed a 20 min estimate delivery if can't even accept in that time. Not sure how you haven't fired whoever the manager is, if there even is one.

From the outside it looks odd.. But this place is so friendly and well established. Such a warm environment and it's beuatiful inside. I was really taken back at how amazing the food is.

So my girlfriend and I decided we going to have rocomamas because they got this amazing deal on that was super worth it(my gf has not had rocomamas till today)and I'm am so happy to say the people that has assisted us were so friendly and extremely helpful. The person who seated us and took our order was Megan "Freakshake" , I don't know if she made our GShakes but all I can say that was spot on and our waiter could not have been a better person Ollie "Popeye" 5mins after our order was taken Popeye comes with our GShakes and in disbelief he comes with our order not even 3mins later. My girlfriend and I were really impressed by the exceptional service provided by both individuals and we were really impressed as well with how fast our order was completed a big thank you to Megan "Freakshake" and Ollie "Popeye" for the exceptional service provided I hope you get to see this review.

Food took forever to be served. Portions were so small we left hungry. Ended up going to buy pizza. After spending so much and leaving hungry I was not impressed. We did have a very good waiter though who tried his best. Not a good experience overall. Won't be back.

We had a late lunch at RocoMamas. Service was friendly and polite. Food was good. But! The pans and board on which the food was served left much to be desired! They were grubby. In need of a good scour to remove all that is not pleasant to the eye.

Please maintain your standards as they are. The mushroom whizz burger was DELICIOUS. Beef patty was juicy, lots of mushrooms and lashings of sauce. Fries were good too. Can't wait to try the new burgers!

Really great brgers and shakes. Nice place to go. They do have a limited Loadshedding menu though, which is understandable, just be aware that they wont be able to do most of the sides or deep fried things. Including the wings and fried chicken burgers.

Was disappointed this time round, while the burger was great as usual, I ordered thick small fries (to collect). I got 6 small thin fries which were cold. On collection they just insisted that’s what I ordered so had to pay for6 cold hard fries.

Good burger reasonable price, huge amount of chips or onion rings. Service is good waiter's polite. Over 25 minutes wait for the burg no acceptable especial when the manager assured me 10 - 15 minutes. Restaurant approx 1/3 full. Wow it has taken 10 months to reply to me. Management sets a good example for the staff, this must be why it's so slow. Perhaps Corona is making you understand not to take the customer for granted?
