Not a typical place for Stoke. A lot of shops like Next, Boots, JD Sports, Argos, Outfit, River Island, Tapi, TUI, New Look, Morrisons Supermarket. There are places to eat - Pizza Hut, Frankie & Benny’s, Toby Carvery and McDonalds. Also onsite is Waterworld(the UK's number 1 Water Park), Odeon Cinema and Ten Pin Bowling. Festival Park also houses the Hilton Double Tree Hotel. Big car park, pity the shops are not in one back but in different ones.

Pretty good retail park lots of parking all the usual stores new Go Outdoors, B&Q, Costs, restaurants and hopefully the multi screen Cinema, bowling back soon. McDonald's, Morrisons. Pretty quiet but I'm sure it's going to pick up very soon. Enjoy! 😊👍

Something for everyone here, the only negative is the poor layout of the car park. People can't seem to be able to follow the one way arrows painted on the ground. There are only 2 entrance/exits which are both quite awkward, so queues form quickly at busy times.

Went to the new Go Outdoors. Well stocked, but prices have definitely risen. Only gave the retail park 3 stars because of the state of the road around it.

My visit to Festival Heights Retail Park was a pleasant experience. The park offers a variety of shops and amenities, making it convenient for all your shopping needs. It was well-maintained and clean, providing a comfortable environment for shopping. Whether you're looking for clothing, electronics, or dining options, this retail park has something for everyone. I enjoyed my time there and would recommend it for a hassle-free shopping experience.

When we visited here they had no fries along with a lot of other things missing from the menu. Major disappointment the pizza hut it's self looked okay we had a bad experience as their was a family party and the kids were dipping their hands into the salad bar and dropping food in the other sections of the salad bowls. Don't think we will return in a hurry pizza tasted ok but the prices are high

It is better and more convenient than Hanley. There are clothes, DIY, beauty, a supermarket, and miscellaneous shops with free parking. As well as 2 restaurants.

5 stars for Festival Park. Sure, it's a great place to shop with a good selection of big brand stores...but...it's also one of the best places to view the beautiful sunsets we are blessed with in this part of North Staffordshire. If you pick the right spot at the right time you can sometimes just catch one of those amazing big sky panoramas just as the sun goes golden above the tree tops. The attached picture was taken just after 4pm on a chilly but crystal clear Sunday afternoon in early January 2024.

Benson for beds like so many other customers let us down, assured us they had 5 beds in stock of the one we chose delivery 12th December informed us 3 days before delivery it would have to be put back until 10th of January got are money back will never set foot in that incompetent company again .

Plenty of shops and always adding more. Traffic can get a bit hectic during busy times, plenty of parking. Easy access from a number of different routes. Also quite a few places to have something to eat.

Festival retail park, is in Hanley, there are many retailers there, i used the Currys PCWorld superstore. They are spread on two floors, and have a very large selection of items. However the staff upstairs, on the washing machine side are very slow in dealing with customers. Unless you have done your research, they cant tell you a lot, and dont seem to be too bothered. I cant say i was impressed, however downstairs in the tv section the staff member was very informative, friendly, approachable and helpful. Cant fault that.

Large store, well locate with plenty of parking. Great value for money. It's a shame that it had to relocate.

Good variety of stores and places to eat. Didn’t get round all of it but will happily be back. Great size new look, go outdoors and next stores - these alone kept us busy for hours! Plenty of parking too

  • 4/5 Gareth J. 11 months ago on Google
There is always plenty of parking, sometimes there is a good walk between stores. The traffic can often be very busy but that is just the sheer number of people visiting the wide range of stores. Can always get what I need here.

  • 5/5 Susan C. 10 months ago on Google
Great parking facilities. Lots of shops, although some don't open until 10.30am

  • 4/5 Xj6Rick 10 months ago on Google
It's OK, plenty of parking and some good shops there.

  • 4/5 David A. 9 months ago on Google
Parking bars way too narrow and the car park is very confusing in it's layout. But it's really the only place to shop near Hanley. The door are will maintained and offer a great choice.

  • 3/5 Tara Lee G. 9 months ago on Google
Lots of parking spaces although car park is strangely set out, good shops to choose from

  • 4/5 Jackie B. 6 months ago on Google
Well laid out retail park with plenty of parking. Could be better with a little more variety but a good mix of quality shops and cheaper options. Plenty of food options two.

  • 5/5 Andrea C. 6 months ago on Google
Festival park it’s one of the best places in Stoke-on-Trent for shopping. You can find almost everything in here from groceries, toiletries, gifts, food, etc. Wide variety of shops B&Q, Morissons, B&M, Home bargains, Next, Newlook, Superdrug, Boots, Curries, Pets at home just to name a few. Also few places to eat Pizza Hut, Frankie and bennys and Toby carvery, plus cinema and other entertainment venues. Parking is for free and there’s no limit on how long you can stay. Definitely recommend to anyone!

I visited today and got quite a few Halloween items that I hadn't been able to get hold of. Lots of stock on the shelves. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Nice to shop around have a Costco coffee meet your friends and just have a good day out.

  • 3/5 Shaun L. 2 years ago on Google
It's a few destination stores. That's it. A massive missed opportunity to create a superior retail environment that could encompass the leisure opportunities available over the road. Flatten it and start again? Yup. Otherwise, the shops that are open are good.

Lovely little shopping area in Hanley. Some of the big names like Next, New Look and JD Sports. A few good places to eat as well. Free parking .

  • 5/5 Jan . 2 years ago on Google
All ground level stores. Good selection of stores. Car park is confusing. People going the wrong way with one even ignoring a no entry sign and going out of the 'in' access and could have caused an accident. Or perhaps it was a 'karen' who won't follow any rules

  • 5/5 Michael H. 2 years ago on Google
Loads and loads of shops you can get everything you want and more plus a game of Ten pin bowling see a film at the cinema and a meal and a drink at the Moat House or what about a swim and a play at waterworld fun for all the family there's even an Hotel called the Moat House once the home of Josiah Wedgwood, this is also the land that the National Garden Festival was held in 1986 some of the things can still be found around the site, if you look for them. A big difference when you think that it's reclaimed land once the home of a massive steel works called Shelton Bar making it well worth a look around.

Try to go very early morning on a weekend, if not it's a nightmare trying to get off. There's some good shops but it's not your massive out of town shopping village. There is a lot of parking spaces but just be aware of your time, I think it's 3 hour's parking only after that you will be issued a parking ticket.

A big retail park which adds on futher at the top. You have a pets at home, argos, next, boots, pc world, B&Q, a morrisons super market, and many more shops. Food wise, if you like to eat fast food theres a kfc, frank and bennys, mcdonalds and pizzahut. For entertainment, theres a cinema, ten pins bowling, and waterworld.

Morrison in Festival park have changed for the worse now a days. The beautiful display of veg, fruits, fish counter, have changed. A free phone to call a taxi has been cancelled.

  • 4/5 Anson A. 2 years ago on Google
Many shops with many parking spaces. Gets real busy in the day though. Easy access to A53 and A500 main routes. Situated near Hanley in Etrutia. Multiple retail parks all close to one another with sufficient dining options.

Parking is easy here and everywhere still looks as new as it did when it first opened. Haven't been there in a while so all the shops have changed. I just wanted walking clothes and a new rucksack so my needs were met.

  • 3/5 Dawn 1 year ago on Google
Went into river island, the staff were too busy talking to each other rather than offering any assistance to the customer. They just look at you and don't make eye contact. The lady on the till was lovely and a credit to the store , you definitely need more staff like her

It as come all the shops you want in one place new shops have really helped the area always happy to visit now

  • 3/5 toby p. 1 year ago on Google
It's a shell of its former self. I finally remember it almost resembling an amusement park when I was little; the lit up cinema, bowling, laser tag, toys r us, now it's Poundland, home bargains, and the cinema is like a derelict cesspit (even though it's still open, unlike half the shops)

  • 5/5 Oisin O. 1 year ago on Google
Nice place to shop, many options and good parking, look out for the geese (they sometimes block the road out and in)

  • 4/5 Angela H. 1 year ago on Google
It's good for shops but sometimes on a weekend u enter the retail park in car only to stay on there waiting to exit for a long time

I really wish Stoke-On-Trent would bring in new businesses. In fact, they should have left this area as it was when it was the national garden festival! It was gorgeous and had lots of quirky stores, nestled between beautiful gardens. It even had a train line and cable cars!. (Im showing my age) If they had installed log cabins like at Trentham Gardens, and left the gardens in place it would of drawn in thousands of shoppers yearly. Instead its grey, bland with many boring shops, not even a decent quirky coffee shop. I shop at petsathome, B&Q, Gooutdoors. I guess the price of retail rental kills off future retailers.

I good selection of retailers but I'm not happy about damaging my car boot on the stupidly placed metal bars behind the parking areas! 😡

  • 5/5 Deborah M. 1 year ago on Google
Don't normally shop here but pleasantly surprised. The shop was tidy and well stocked. They have really upped their game regarding quality and overall look of their shops. Amazing value

I do like festival Park as I hate shopping centres. I cam pretty much get anything i need from here. Only thing is needed is extended parking time as I felt rushed after stopping for lunch in-between shopping

  • 1/5 Adam D. 1 year ago on Google
Parking attendants are lunatics, 90% of the time there is always ample space to park but they want you off the carpark as soon as possible, even if you are disabled and your shopping takes a little longer than the carpark rules state. Still you are not allowed to drive off the carpark to return to another shop in another free space, because thats against the rules and then attendants get all bent up about it, like you broke the law for real or something. I could understand them being so strict around Christmas, when the carpark is full, when people are struggling to find a space, but they are the same all the time, even when the carpark is nearly empty. I feel that they think they are judge, jury and executioner on the festival park carparks, they obviously dont have to answer to anyone for their actions. God knows who's in charge, there's no way people with completely no common sense are, but it seems like that. Would love to know if they have supervisor\manager and what their views are regarding going 20mins over time even when people haven't finished in all shops.

Great for baby stuff. Some cute quality items and bargain deals. My first time shopping in here and I was pleasantly surprised

  • 5/5 Shannon W. 1 year ago on Google
Always a good time to shop! Can't complain. You have places put your bike, put your rubbish and you have places where you can go have a hot chocolate.

  • 1/5 Steve B. 1 year ago on Google
Was a great place until someone redesigned the traffic flow system, and now it's total madness! If it's a little busy, it'll take you about 40 minutes to get off the retail park. If it's very busy, it can take around 1 hour and 30, maybe more to get off the park. Absolutely ridiculous

  • 4/5 Lee J. 1 year ago on Google
Very busy at weekends and Christmas but generally lots of spaces to park. The stores are easily to access and a few more shops to rival Trafford Centre or other big retail parks would help.

  • 4/5 Ryan B. 2 years ago on Google
Plenty of parking and some decent stores. Bowling, the cinema and snooker Hall have been there for years but the rest are mainly new shops. I do miss the big Toys R us, many happy days of childhood spent there. The only criticism is there could be more a mix of shopping stores and the layout is in one big line, more of a circular arrangement would have worked better.

I popped in for all milk portions. I asked an assistant for help to which she took me straight to them. Very polite and good service.
