    Absolutely shocking place, was once brilliant but now I wouldn't go again. Went in to repair an iPhone 6s plus where the sound wasn't working properly, advised them that the headphone jack was faulty and it could be related but wasn't bothered about fixing the headphone jack. received a call a couple of hours later to say the charging port is causing a bad connection which is why the speaker isn't working properly and it would cost 45 notes. I agreed as long as it fixed the problem. Went down to pick the phone up a further 2 hours later and the phone was not any better, literally no improvement what so ever - they told me they couldn't test the phone as all the other iphone 6s pluses were in bits.. Pointed out to them that they had one on display so they got it out and we compared - my phone clearly had no improvement what so ever not fixed at all and sound is very very bad (sounds like it's under water). Tech CPR took the phone apart whilst I was in store and gave it a clean, watched them clean it up with an air duster and tooth brush and once they put it back together it had fixed the problem. They charged me £45 just to clean the phone and left the new charging port in there. My girlfriend walked in to discuss that they had tried charging me for a part that was not needed where a member of staff shouted back and said I wasn't clear about what needed fixing. Very very rude to my girlfriend other customers in the shop as well. after a few minutes of arguing they said they would take the phone over night and take the port out but they would refund £15 and charge and extra 30 (meaning the total cost would have been £60, just for a clean!!!!) They couldn't justify why it would cost this much and the biggest joke is they have a poster when you walk in that says something like "no fee until repaired", don't trust this as they will try and worm out of it. Won't ever step back in this building clearly not very technical.

    Some time ago (2019) Tech CPR helped me fix my work laptop, same day and I was very greatful. I recommended Tech CPR to a friend who wanted a reasonably priced laptop to start doing his family history. He asked to look at it as it seemed very slow to boot up. I noticed there was no virus protection so my friend went back to Tech CPR and was sold Kaperski anti virus, this made the laptop so slow it was unusable., Unfortunately the laptop following this was now even slower making it unusable. Yesterday we took it back to Tech CPR and explained this, they checked it out and quoted a further £140 for a new drive. We were both surprised nothing could be done and me fried decided to give up on Tech CPR and buy a new Laptop from Curries. Sad this Local business does not seem to want to: A keep customers B. Value a customer referral C. Want to help further to give the customer what he needs. My conclusion is that: Really the product sold was not really fit for purpose.

    My partner had been experiencing a unique problem that the store could not fully replicate (intermittent restart loop). Base on this they provided clear options on what could be the problem with the related costs in a non pushy manner. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and provided updates of the progress

    Awesomeness service. And more importantly very friendly with thorough diags. Didn’t charge me a penny for my repair and still got outstanding service. PS4 in the shop and back out in under 2 hours. Well done guys.

    They were incredibly fast, courtious and explained the steps with their tech guy, they went through everything. Kept me in the loop and made me feel secure, I'd highly recommend them for anyone seeking a trust worthy, quick and polite company to help with their tech issues. They have a no fix, no pay deal where if they don't need to or can't fix a fault (highly unlikely) you won't pay. I had this offered to me when it was a minor fault but I chose to let them make sure my rig was secure, everything was wire managed and they could clean it up in general. All the time they were polite and kept me informed. Cheers guys, you're fantastic!

    Terrific service and advice from David at Tech CPR. Not being a tech fella and having multiple issues regarding phone links and printable labels, i called in to see if anyone could get me sorted. I was seen to immediately and after a short time my issue was resolved. What more could you ask for ? Would definitely nip in again for tech issues and can thoroughly recommend. Thanks again.

    These Are Outstanding !!! Took My PS5 In & After Getting 2 Parts Because They Thought First Might Have Been Faulty, They Realised It Was A Bigger Problem & Rang Me To Tell Me & They Didn’t Charge A Penny. How Many Place’s Do That ? Highly recommend !!!

    Just had a problem with Windows 11 automatic 'updating'. ! when rebooting it all my documents had disappeared. Took the unit to nxcontrol and it was sorted and all my documents were recovered within a few days. I have used them for a good number of years ( CPR before the change ) I can't recommend them highly enough. Friendly / knowledgeable staff. 5 star +.
