A fantastic day with the family and our friends. Go Ape is such a great experience and challenge and was the perfect activity for us adults to do together with the children too. The little ones must be 8 or over to take on the big challenge course but the younger ones can test their nerves and resolve on the smaller challenge which is a perfect introduction. A great day out with lots of amenities in the wider Moors Valley forest itself. Parking is expensive however.

We had a really enjoyable time on Easter Sunday at Nets adventure. I used the Bluelight offer but given how much the kids enjoyed it I would be happy having paid full price. We only saw them for a few refreshment breaks! Found the seating area sufficient for parents to wait and watch the birds. You can easily leave to pop for a drink or use toilets. Great fun and made our day out at Moors Valley even better. Staff very good and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Brilliant activity for the kids to partake in whilst visiting Moors Valley Country Park. Expect long queues if you go beyond 10:00am though. The course is well designed and increases in challenge if you pay to go extra. It took my wife, son and his friend about 1hr to do the treetops adventure and adventure plus courses. They loved the climbing and enjoyed the zip lines most of all. We booked ahead for a 09:30 slot and signed wavers online. This saved loads of time. As a huge wimp, I went for a wonder and returned to see them fully partaking in the course. Being we booked in early, there was little traffic for them to pursue the course which I think heightened the fun as they literally ran and jumped from tree to tree. Behind them however I noticed huge lines and people waiting patiently to simply climb onto the next platform. I could see by the faces of some of those waiting they were not having no where near as much fun as those that could race through the course at their leisure. What’s more - I noticed some parents had enlisted smaller children who were not happy to partake in the activity, having meltdowns and inadvertently causing longer wait times. Being that my family had a brilliant time with this I am giving four stars instead of three. I’m certain though, had we not booked in the early slot I would likely have given this a lesser score.

Fabulous first experience for my 6 year old son! We did the tree top adventure course. We went up together but he was very nervous and couldn’t make the first step off the platform. The staff really engaged with him and talked him round his first circuit, and after that he was whizzing round! Huge thanks to them for making it a super special experience 🥰

Brilliant experience. I brought my son, not quite 7, on the skywalk. He loved it, I went along behind him also! Zip lines, rope Bridges etc. My son got scared on the last bridge, a member of staff was there v quick (thanks Libby) and were really brilliant with him. Possibly suited 7-8 yrs+

Took my 6 year old to Net Adventure. 2 hour session at £20 each. Lasted 1 hour as my lad got bored and wanted to go to the gift shop. It is good fun but not enough to do at Net Adventure considering the cost of tickets plus having to pay for parking too. Personally the kids had more fun on the adventure play areas and the play trail which is free the day before.

Brilliant first time here. All staff were, without fault, helpful and enthusiastic to get all of us (parents and kids alike!) around safely. They are a credit to the company! As an experience, having the loops around the same area with the same finishing "zip line" meant you naturally gained confidence each time you went around. Great family fun and a solid confidence builder!

Great facilities here with reasonable prices which is nice. Staff were amazing with my 6 year old giving him encouragement when needed and telling him how to do a couple of the bits at the end of the adventure plus route. He's a little over the 120cm needed to do adventure plus and a couple of times did struggle due to his height, luckily he never got flustered with losing his footing else I think he would of wanted to get off the course, if your child is likely to get flustered with a slip I wouldn't take them as soon as they're big enough and maybe give them a little time and visit a site with smaller platforms and zips first.

What a beautiful and fantastic place this is to visit. We has an awesome team building day here lots of things for a family to do. Worth checking age and height if you wish to use the go ape although the lovely walks are open to all as is the train. So much to do we look forward to our next visit.

Amazing! Loved every second. We did the adventure+ as my youngest was a couple cm too short for the longest run, but was still quite a long time. Even though it was busy , we weren't held up at all in any part. The rangers were knowledgeable and polite. One of the swinging platforms broke when we were waiting, so got another turn on the 4th run while it was being fixed. Bonus! My boys all came back buzzing. Will definitely be coming back

Absolutist cracking two hours. Money we’ll spent. The kids had a great time and I did too 😂😂 The rest of the family were able to sit at the benches within the gated compound. Shame one of the slides were out of action. Very safe and well looked after by the friendly staff. Well done GoApe. £20 seems a lot to spend at first glance but it’s not clear that it’s for two whole hours. Might be worth adding that to the sign. I think it’s well worth the money for two hours

My girl (8yo) and I had a great time. It was a bit hard for her but she overcame the challenge from beginner to intermediate level. Especially the zip line at the end. She loved it. Defiantly will re-visit again. Great fun!

We visited as a large group of adults and had a great time at Go Ape. Our instructor was friendly and professional, and the course was good fun. The ziplines at the end of each section are especially good. As you progress, there are easy routes for less confident climbers, and challenging routes which you can switch on to. Towards the end of the experience, one of the routes had to be closed to be mended so we did end up queuing about 30 minutes to finish the final part.

My son and grandson spent 2 .5 hours doing the extreme course. A brilliant adrenalin rush but spoilt by half hour wait in the same spot because a young girl in front of them froze and refused to go on. Perhaps occasional passing spots could be incorporated. Poor girl had no choice but to continue.

Amazing for children, great as for younger ones who are still adventurous they can do the adventure plus and not feel left out with the rest of the family.

We went out on the Segways and it was awesome, really enjoyed it and our instructor Shaun was amazing, we were told about the Segways, how they operated and what to expect, they really are easier than you expect. Many thanks

We had such a fantastic time on our recent visit doing the Forest Segways! We had the wonderful Zoe taking us out and she made the experience amazing! Completely put us at ease, and made everything so much fun! Thank you so much Zoe for everything! You are a super star!

Brilliant session on one of the first sunny days of the year. Two adults and two young kids all had a great time. Some of the crossings were trickier if over 6ft tall, but the zip lines were loved by all! The staff were really patient and helpful, despite it getting busy later on. Thank you!

Had the most wonderful time. The whole staff are absolutely amazing, extremely well trained. Libby was our leader, absolutely fantastic. Libby was, like everyone there encouraging, clear in their instructions. I am not young and I finished the course. Even tackled one of the harder options. Would strongly recommend!!

The place is in a beautiful setting, parking was fine even though very busy. The nets adventure was great fun as always, as well as the woodland park being in great shape. My only niggle is the quality and price of the food. I recommend bringing your own. I paid £6 for a cut up wrap and some hummus which didn't taste great. The toilets also flooded while we were there and there aren't many other places (bar the forest itself!!) The rest was great though and we will return, particularly with bikes next time as it's good for cycling.

I wanted to thank the staff at moors Valley near Ringwood my daughter and her friend done the tree top challenge + they loved the whole experience. I found the staff extremely friendly so helpful and great to talk to they were constantly reassuring the kids. But what really made it for me is my youngest has special needs he's only 5 nearly 6 doesn't understand much communication but he wanted to try the go ape so I asked a member of staff if someone that was available would take 5mins to take my little boy onto the training part to see if he would like it, they agreed and the guy who took my son on it was just fantastic he was so lovely to my son and just so good talking to him showing how to move the ropes it really made his day. So thank you again to the staff working today you were fab🌟

Great venue, but spoilt by overly expensive parking that's not even on a paved or tarmac surface. No waste bins, the numpties who run the place expect you to carry it around throughout your visit and take it home just so you put it out for council collection☹️, PC madness and rip off parking spoils an other side brilliant venue. We won't be going back due to the management's madness.

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at GoApe. What a great way to get a different perspective of the forest. The staff were very helpful and super friendly. The safety precautions are extreme and the equipment is welll maintained. You'll find the toilets, a coffee outlet and an ice-cream kiosk not far away. Parking is a little on the expensive side, but the money does go toward the upkeep of the park. My six year old daughter and I had a great time and can't wait until she is tall enough to get on the Adventure Plus section.
