Lovely shop, with great staff, Charlie was an amazing help from beginning to end, giving us space to make a decision but also being there to help as soon as we had any questions. She was very knowledgeable and was able to help find the right product for what our preferred style and sit was. We looked at a lot of furniture stores prior to this one and this was by far the best for the range of style, quality and value for money. 😊

Was nervous about choosing the best bed for us but Alex gave us very useful information. He was really helpful but not pushy and we made the decision with no stress and quickly. Furniture Village have great staff and the store is bright and well laid out. Always this store for furniture.

Our sales consultant, Jamie, was exceptional. From the moment we entered the store to the moment we signed on the dotted line, Jamie made us feel comfortable and welcome. He even offered us hot drinks and cookies, which the kids really enjoyed. We had plenty of time to walk around and look at the many options of sofas, tables, and chairs, and Jamie was always available to answer our questions. Taking home the care kits and having aftercare for the products gave us peace of mind. Overall, our experience at the store was excellent, thanks to Jamie's attentive and professional service.

We spent a day looking at various items of furniture in different stores. We came to Furniture Village at Cribbs Causeway, the staff were so knowledgeable and friendly especially Charlie, who spent almost 2 hours going through options and ideas with us she was amazing. We came back today and bought the furniture, the service is exceptional.

Went into look at a corner sofa as it is a particular one I was after, the lovely gentlemen called Ian hereward came over to greet us and have a chat, discussed all the fabrics and colours available for the particular sofa that i really wanted Evan down to the leg options. Was very nice and polite, went over and above for us, I’d like to think not only have I bought a sofa but have gained a friend, I will be back shortly to buy more furniture.

Ian Hereward the salesman was excellent, never pushy and very patient while we made our minds up. Very pleased with the Furniture Village experience (unlike some other retailers whose sales staff are very in your face) Thank you, now looking forward to the delivery of my new dining set.

Jamie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when we were buying our new three piece suite. There was no hard pressure sales which was very refreshing and made the whole process painless. We were impressed that the manager came to check the order to make sure that we ended up with what we were expecting! Very happy to do business with Furniture Village again.

Andy was our sales consultant such a nice guy really helpful and patient. He helped me and my mum with new sofas , the store had such a nice feel and you can tell all staff get on really well. No pressure when you walk in the store which is nice. I would definitely recommend furniture village from the service I’ve had so far as I haven’t received my sofa yet . Xx If you go to the Bristol store look out for one of the staff who looks like a celebrity.
