My daughter has been at busy bees since 2017 and I cannot praise the nursery enough. She has developed crucial and healthy bonds with staff and has a multitude of friends. Every morning she asks 'Is it a nursery day?' in excitement, and from Fridays she will count the sleeps until she returns. I am so sad for her to be leaving this August as she will be going to school, however the staff in pre-school are helping to prepare the children and already my daughter is very confident with simple maths and she can write her name and has been able to for a good while now. The children are always very happy going into nursery and on collection they are always engaged in a fun activity, which are often showcased around the nursery. Ignore the bad reviews - go and see for yourself - this nursery is Outstanding rated by Ofsted for a reason.

I was not impressed with the Nursery as a staff member shut my sons finger in the door. I decided to withdraw my children after my daughter was crying all day, did not want to eat or drink and I was not contacted. On my arrival to collect my twins, my daughter was left unattended crying her eyes out and had a bruise on her forehead. It almost appeared as if she was flicked rather hard and being of fair complexion this left and evident mark. What made it worse was the fact the Nursery Assistant sat cradling a baby that was quite happy whilst talking to another parent who seemed to be hanging on to his child for dare life. I was finally reimbursed after going back and forth about the neglect my children had experienced but I'd say, keep your children at home with family members - Our children are just money to these people. Most of the staff members are not parent themselves so do not know how to look after children first handedly. Disgusting!

Absolutely lovely nursery and lovely staff. My son Leo had a wonderful time at this nursery. I felt as if he was well cared for and I really trusted the girls with my son. Unfortunately due to job loss had to take him out, however Leo’s time here was very special and I will always be thankful for everyone who cared for him and looked after him. I could tell the girls genuinely cared for him as they was sad when he left and we had built up a good relationship. The girls work incredibly hard & I couldn’t have asked for a better first nursery. At first I wasn’t sure about leaving him (as any new parent leaving their baby would be) however I wasn’t to worry, as he loved his time here. Thank you for everything you did x

My son has been attending for 1yr and 3months now. The development in him is amazing and I love the fact that he runs into nursery to his keyworkers. I can go off to work on peace and not worrying about the care my son is getting. Staff are approachable and friendly. Would strongly recommend to other parents.

My daughter always smiles when I say it’s time to go to nursery. From the start, the staff have been consistent in supporting her and are very approacable. Jilleen, the manager takes time to listen and respond to your concerns and feeds back promptly! The staff continuously keep us updated via the app, which provides an insight into my daughters day. The activities are varied and fun most importantly. The baby room is staffed by nurturing individuals, it is very assuring leaving my daughter in a safe and engaging space. My favourite part of the day is picking up my daughter and seeing a big smile on her face and recieving further insight from staff on how my daughter ate, napped, played etc. I’d advise all prospecting parents to drop in anytime and have a look for yourself, that’s what we did!

I went to see this nursery for my 1 year old son. The nursery is new and in terms of facilities it's excellent. But childcare is poor. In February they put 1-2years old snacking in the garden dressed in coats! When I asked why they were putting little ones in the garden the manager said because they don't want to be indoors. At that age they don't even speak. When I came back to the room after looking around 2 kids were crying and the staff did nothing and were chatting away. There were 2 staff there. I would not recommend this nursery. I was shocked.

My daughter has been going to this nursery now for coming on two years. I am so pleased with her progress, she is so far ahead. Her development is that of a child a year ahead. She is confident and so happy. The staff at the nursery have provided her with the best education, safeguarding and care. I could not ask for anything more. Especially during covid they have been so supportive and friendly whilst caring for my daughter. I am so pleased I choose Busy Bees Haling Park. I highly recommend it.

My daughter Rosie has been attending for around a year now. I have had such an amazing experience. The staff are all incredible and Rosie literally runs into nursery when I drop her in the mornings! There is such a lovely feel when I go in to pick her up and Rosie has developed so much since being there! Thank you Busy Bees!!

My daughter enjoys coming to this nursery. The staff communicate well about her day and very interactive with the activities they plan for the children.

My daughter is really happy here and will be sad to leave when she goes off to primary school! Friendly, knowledgeable staff always give thorough overviews on her day and what they have been doing. The food they provide is varied and healthy. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone looking to send their child to nursery soon.

Lovely, warm inviting atmosphere, my son is really happy here & the staff are amazing the love & care they show to the children speaks volumes. My son is very happy!

I was luvered in by recommendations and staff chat on first days, then we were stupid enough to sign up for this Croydon branch of busy bees, shame on us , trusting people like that... literally from first chats I explained that I need certain hours I need , they explained that there is waiting time for it, I said OK. We waited few month, then it started with reception days, and I got an email invoice with only 3h a day ... I asked them why, they said it's all cool, ignore it... then when it was a first day of normal hours for baby to go daily then they told me you can't come those days cause you DON'T PAY US!!!! straight in my wife's face, I did wanted to excuse from work and put that person in her place !!!!! But life is life we do what we can ... then I called up and asked to be withdrawn from this nursery, they said manager Amy left for the day she will call you tomorrow, never had a call from them since ... that was few weeks ago ... avoid Croydon busy bees, even manager of theres don't know what she's doing so believe the rest of staff does, I wouldn't suggest to leave kids with inappropriate personal...

Large outdoor area for children to run in.

I can honestly say I am so glad I decided to send my child to this nursery. Returning to work after maternity I was very anxious to leave my little one. However Jilleen the nursery manager made our transition so comfortable. She was reassuring and understanding and my little one soon settled into this environment which is like a home away home. My little one is happy, stimulated and growing in confidence everyday. I would recommend this setting to everyone.

Our 1 year old attended this nursery and we were not impressed by the quality of the care. Our toddler would regularly end up not having slept or eaten well, and very tired out. There were frequent changes in staff during our short time there. We decided to change nurseries after a few months. I agree with with other reviewers that more emphasis was placed on fees/money due than the actual caring of our daughter - more of a business than a nursery.

Lovely nursery and staff! I recently moved to the area and was looking for a new nursery for my son. Having attended quite a few nursery tours, I was very impressed with Busy Bees Haling Park nursery and shortly after enrolled my son to start at the nursery pending the end of his notice period at his current nursery. We are very excited.

Really welcoming nursery. Made our one year old feel welcome straight away. We had no worries during the settling in period and staff are kind and considerate. 100 percent recommend.

We are very happy with Busy Bees or "Bee House" as our daughter call it. Warm welcome from the staff every day, healthy environment with outdoor play area, location is safe and not difficult to navigate with parking space and storage for scooter, buggy, bicycle, etc. The staff are passionate, friendly and easy to communicate. The daily feedback are great, help us carrying on the learning process at home. The App is extremely useful for most purpose, we mainly use for the pictures - and we love it. Excellent Service
