I used to regularly shop at the Chatham Branch...prices have increased and the quality of its product have in my opinion gone right down. I think one of the biggest things that needs to be addressed as soon as possible is the disgusting entrance, trolley area and car park area.......Discarded takeaway cartons, carrier bags, months of litter, used face masks, tissues and empty cans It's disgraceful and completely uninviting!!!! Iceland definitely needs to remember that first impressions count! Sadly you have lost my custom.

Never seen more than two tills open. They need to hire more staff. The staff they do have there atm are all really lovely.

This is right in the middle of Chatham High Street. Great produce, too, and the staff can be helpful. You need to pay for parking, or else you will get a ticket posted to you. If paying via the app for parking, the 1£ fee is non-refundable but if you pay cash, you can get a refund.

Woefully understaffed store ensures waits at the till on busy days. Small but well stocked store with friendly and helpful members of staff.

Getting worse to shop here. No delivery service for the past 3 days. Maybe treat your staff better so they leave

I get my milk here sometimes l get ready meals but they sell out very quickly and sometimes have new ready meals and then stop doing the ready meal you like and then a few months later start doing the ready meal you like again is just me or do people notice this? Never mind eh just the way life is l suppose

Nice and clean..sadly though, the shopping experience can be let down but lengthy queues. Often only 2 checkouts with operatives, one either end. (There used to be 5 or 6 if I recall) Time to put in a self service one either end to alleviate this issue?.

Great for bulk/cheap deals. Have the MyProtein range and good stock, which is why I went in today. £30 for 9 balanced meals is brilliant. All max 400 calories. The bigger meals work out 2 for £8. Nice staff, friendly. Shelves and freezers full. Picked up some mini concentrated juices for cheap too. 3 for £5 on Primula cheese which I'm taking to a festival for cheese n crackers!!! All in all £30 for 4 days meals for two, sorted!

Entrance to store on the High Street side is always closed early and opened later. Aisle are always filled with products waiting to be put away so makes navigating the store or getting to certain stuff difficult. never has more then one till open or sometimes you have to wait for someone to come serve you, then eventually when you have Patiently waited to be served staff make you feel like your a hassle. But prices are fair and products are good.

Convenient for on my way home but not from other direction. Layout of store is a bit odd. But do like certain foods and good value for money

Firstly I love Iceland's food and so do my kids. I visited this store as it had a car park and is now my closest store. There are two doors, one from the car park on The Brook and one on the high street. Bad points, you can't go up and down like all the stores as some have dead ends - not the end of the world by any means, I feel it ruins the flow of your shopping. Also some of the staff are very rude, there was one fella either stacking the shelves or doing online packing and I let him come past me out of kindness because that's how I was brought up to be and not even a thank you, a smile, a nob, just nothing. For a grown man that should know better I was very disappointed at his rudeness. There was an old lady in store shopping and she asked for help a couple of time but it seems some staff don't like to listen. I helped her with everything she needed because she was tiny and couldn't reach a lot of items. She was very grateful to me and my son. The lady on the till was lovely and chatty and had manners so I was glad to leave the store on a good note.

Went to Iceland today and couldn't believe how much things have gone up in a couple of days and how many items have gone up as well. Shop was clean but so many staff picking and packing it was so hard to get round in places.

Always helpful! A few members have resting ***** face but they're all lovely people willing to help.

Ridiculous supermarket! Like sardines in a can! Plus they have online shopping pickers with their huge trolleys taking up half the aisles. Strood Iceland is better.

Always get the kids southern fried chicken strios here

Good place for cheap food if you don't have high standards. It's cheap and cheerful and great for those on a budget. Parking can be an issue at busy times but there are large local car parks available.

Friendly staff but till points hardly manned at times . 3 staff working in bread / fresh aisle while there's a queue of 10 at each end screams incompetence in regards to staff productivity and management . Well stocked and a good selection of fresh , frozen and household staples .

Was nicely organised despite queues. Got all my good value shopping . Will visit again soon .

Don't know why people rant and rave about Iceland, its rubbish. The car park is cash only and if you don't have a pound coin you have to download an app that nobody uses, register, put your card details in and pay... why can't they use Ringo like everywhere else ? The shop itself isn't really cheaper than other places at all, it's more gimmiky because it has TGI Fridays meals and Chinese takeaways ready madr and Indian takeaway boxes all made up..... really nothing special about this shop

The Iceland chain of food stores offers great value fir money. I was buying items for a community BBQ and on the items that I wanted the prices were outstanding. The staff at the two stores that I visited were helpful, knowledgeable and polite. I would recommend Iceland for their budget prices and wide range of choice, plus the helpfulness of there well trained and knowledgeable staff.
