    Just like to say they are always happy to help here, in particular megan. She always seems to end up serving us and we do put her through her paces. But she always stays polite and smiles! Shes a credit to the store!

    I find this check really useful and use it whenever I am off on a journey but think its something that a car user can use anytime. Jonathon was professional and helpful and addressed the few small areas that needed addressing ( screen wash, oil and tyre pressure) but he also checked other areas such as car battery strength and car lights. It is excellent value and has given me peace of mind as I head away to Norfolk. Thank you Jonathon and Halfords !

    Staff are very polite and knowledgeable. Was made to feel very welcome and the detailed information I was given about the car care stuff really helped me in making my choice on which brand and products to purchase. Excellent team at the Biggleswade Store!!

    Utterly hopeless. Waited up after a night shift for a simple battery change. The technician was not happy as soon as he found out my car had an under seat battery. A good job I googled how it works because he was clueless. Struggled with the hex bolts and started rounding the last one. Nit surprising as his cheap tools were a loose fit. He then verbally abused me for pointing this out. Wont ever go here again. They couldn't even fit a car seat the last time. Buy things to fit yourself by all means but I would not recommend risking the fitting service. Going to cost me the days sleep and a days wages now. Thanks Halfords.

    All staff here are friendly and happy to help. Young man upstairs completing bike repairs on 12.03.2022 was extremely helpful. He stopped what we was doing to rectify several minor faults on my toddlers bike. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name but many thanks again. I would definitely return back. Great store and great service!

    I had read some poor reviews online but have to say my experience this morning at your Biggleswade site was great. The bulb fitter under the canopy was very professional as was the guy behind the counter. A good cost effective experience all round.

    Went to Halfords for new wiper blade and while there joined the Car Club and had check done on the car by Paul who did a very good job, with excellent customer service and yes will use Halfords again

    Another good experience with Halfords. All staff were extremely helpful, in particular Matt who fitted my bulbs. Talked me through the whole process. Very nice young man who will go far in life

    I experienced exceptional customer service today at Halfords, Biggleswade. I had a faulty dash cam that Nextbase told me needed a new card, I went up to the desk and James checked my dashcam, tested it & confirmed the problem. He then fitted a new card and came out to my car and fitted and tested it. It worked fine. He then advised me about suitable roof bars for the car. In these days of poor customer service he made this experience a pleasant one.

    Was a great experience today went in to get 2 new tyres, brake pads, lock and Handel bar grips for my bike. As soon as I went up the stairs a great worker called mat was of help right away, was easy and quick

    Tom was fantastic. I had two lights out on my van, one in the front and one at the back. The back light was a bit tricky because of my panelling in the van, but he managed to work around the issue and get me on the road again. A big thank you Tom.

    As a member of Halfords Motoring club, I visited the retail store at the A1 Business Park in Biggleswade for a 10 point check on my car,. My MOT and service is booked for 21st June at your Letchworth Branch. I also wanted to seek advice on a sticky substance that had appeared on the bodywork of my car (sap from an overhanging tree or deposits from a bees nest that had formed in the tree directly above my driveway). I was helped by Tom Hart who, I believe, genuinely wanted to help me. He first arranged the 10 point check for me, which he carried out himself and then set about helping me with the problem with the paintwork on my car. He showed me a range of products for general car washing, sponges, products to remove tree sap, bird droppings and bee deposits, showing me different makes, which was the best value etc. He then explained the range of services that Halfords had including fitting dash cams. I truly wish that all customer service agents were as helpful, kind and enthusiastic as Tom. He is an asset to your company!

    Visited the store on Friday for a replacement brake bulb and Matt was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car and if I'd chosen the wrong bulb I could take it back and swap it for the correct one. Very good service

    Excellent service at Halfords in Biggleswade. Popped in to have the 10 point winter check, very quickly served at main desk by a member of the team. Check done under cover in the carpark, every explained as done, highly recommended. Thank you to Amy for her help and advice with the results of the winter check.

    I had the pleasure of meeting Paul today who helped replace the headlights on my 1979 MGB GT V8. I was a bit apprehensive about visiting being an older car however, Paul’s expertise and intuition to navigate his way around the niche fitting was commendable. Not only this, but he was a top class chap and we enjoyed a pleasant chat about his and my cars after which was a nice personal touch. If you need help with your car, whatever the age - Paul is your man.

    Visited the store today to buy 2 folding bikes plus helmets etc, not ridden for years so advice from James was greatly appreciated. No pressure to buy anything unnecessary, all questions answered honestly and enthusiastically, couldn't ask for more.

    They "forgot" to order the parts for my bike. Despite multiple visits to check on the progress of the repair, including on the day it was due to be collected. I was promised on the morning of collection it would be ready.... it wasnt! They missed the repair date and so I missed my cycling race. This place is so unprofessional, its ran by children who aren't bothered. Rubbish!!

    Tried ordering a Sump Plug and crush washer, initially got through to an Indian Call centre, whereby the agents attitude was quite rude on his customer welcome, and I also could understand him as well. Eventually got through to an English speaking guy who confirmed he had ordered my part and that it would be in on the same day. Only to find that he didn't order it, and I had no email... Drove into Halfords to find out what had happened, it wasn't even picked !! Cancelled and went elsewhere.

    Booked a dash cam fitting at Halfords Biggleswade, really easy to book and purchase. Got a booking slot I a Bank holiday and was fitted in less than an hour(got a phone call after 45 minutes stating it’s done). Once set up seems to be working fine

    I attended Halford at around 19:10 yesterday, two operatives were available and were brilliant, humor and efficient, and having a competitive edge, a real pleasure. Thank you As an observation: the notification of my order was flawed, I had to phone and check availability because it only showed one of two items being available. Customer service contacted the store and verified both Bulbs were indeed available. So please enhance the back office stuff because frontline were brilliant

    Awesome store and great staff. I use Halfords Advanced tools for my business and the team at Biggleswade have been really helpful if/when anything breaks, I've only had to wait for them to order a replacement part in once otherwise it's been exchanged there and then.... ....oh and my 18 month old son loves cars and the staff are excellent with him when he comes to the store with me.

    Absolutely outstanding service dealing with replacement of a keyless ignition battery. Kind, efficient & knowledgeable help - I'm just delighted with the support given - thank you, indeed! Bearing in mind the thousands of drivers travelling on French roads this summer (where it's compulsory to carry first-aid) WHY have Halfords failed to stock basic first-aid packs in their stores?

    Booked fitting of a headlight bulb that the website didn't make clear was "subject to inspection". The staff could not fit the bulb, and spent 20 minutes moaning. Saying that my car is so new, and they neither had the time or the skills to do the job. When i asked to complain to management, the staff said the management wouldn't take on customer comments so not to bother. After i emailed i was contacted by management with an apology, but still feel that nothing is done to prevent wasting customers time! I won't be using halfords in future!

    I love coming to this Halford the staff are always friendly and helpful and I can usually get what I need. If you can't find something, always ask and if it's not in stock the staff here will try where possible to get it ordered for you. I ordered products online recently and they were ready to collect within 24 hours of my order being placed. Excellent staff and excellent service. Well done Halfords Biggleswade.

    In and out in double quick time, thanks to the bike parts and till staff being on the ball. Happy smiles and helpful staff were great to deal with. It's been exactly the same on my past 2-3 visits. We'll done to Halfords, they have a friendly, efficient, helpful staff at this store with plenty of parking right by the front doors.

    I purchased a new bike, I was very happy with the choice and the staff member was very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. I also put in my old bike for repair, and was very happy that he knew what he was doing and would do a good repair for a reasonable price. I thought the prices were very reasonable and a good care package for my bike was on offer.
