Disgusting stay away. Brought a car from this branch in 2019 and every encounter since has been problematic. A few examples- charging me £200 to fix a water leak but vehicle was still leaking upon return, then when returning the vehicle to be fixed for the second time I drove all the way there to be told to come back another day because apparently the weather meant they couldn’t check for the leak. finally then when returning for the third time they took my car for 3 days with no courtesy car despite telling me it would be done in a day, and upon return the vehicle was STILL leaking. Charged me full price for an MOT that should’ve been half price due to the service plan I have and did not reimburse. Most recent problem was when I took the car in for a service and MOT and the service advisor forgot to tell me my brake pads were 90% worn and needed replacing! I will not be returning again

From the day she took my initial call to the day I drove off with my brand new car I CANNOT fault her! With the ongoing shortage of chips, it only took three weeks! Excellent experience with David, nothing felt rushed and he only showed us cars that were relevant to our search. All three cars were great condition and we are very happy with the one we purchased. This is how buying a car should be, relaxed, trustworthy information, and some gentle guidance to make the right decision for our lifestyle. Had a very positive experience working with Sue on the sales team - from initial contact to a test drive (and how smooth this process was), her communication and openness was brilliant for a couple buying their first car in the UK. All questions were answered or answers were found out where required - would thoroughly recommend her and the branch It would have been a 5 star review, but in subsequent conversations with I think the branch manager, we felt we were being pressured into options that suited him, rather than suited us. As I say though, a good operation running at the branch.

We bought our car in Stellantis & You Walton 2 weeks ago and we couldn't be happier. From start to finish the whole process was smooth. We just purchased our first Motobility car with Stellantis (Walton) and things could not have gone smoother we did have a wait of around 5 months but this is pretty much the same everywhere.Our sales agent Sue (Motobility) was brilliant from start to finish always keeping us informed and even showing us things again in the car before driving off when delivered.I would highly recommend Stellantis for your future car purchase.

Just bought a pre registered Peugeot 108 at a great price. Really excellent service from Sue. From initial contact she showed me all the available cars whilst being very informative. Never felt pressurised. Had a test drive then rang her yesterday to make purchase all sorted in 24 hours. Excellent service again from Sue when I picked the car up today. 2 of our Peugeot experts purchased brand new from Godalming branch (a great dealer) needed a 1st MOT, we booked them in with Walton who do van MOTs, only to receive 5 different texts and 7 phone calls from the Walton branch telling us we couldn’t have a time slot, we were rudely told they must both be parked up from 8am until 5pm, I said this was not possible as the vans need to be on the road and could we have a time and could we wait, Walton said no, I then received a high rate voicemail which I still have on my phone basically threatening me that if I didn’t ring him back immediately he would cancel the 2 bookings. So I rang him back immediately and I said cancel it and we will find someone else to look after the Peugeots, he couldn’t care less. I’ve cancelled the new van order for 2022.

We recently moved from the States and heard great reviews about Peugeot’s. We found this dealership online and we’re immediately greeted by David upon entering parking lot. He was very patient with understanding what I was looking for and very thorough in explaining the different insurances and taxes associated with UK car buying. We highly recommend working with David at this dealership and if we decide we need another car, we will return to him specifically. Plus, we love the car!
