still
not
able
to
leave
MINUS
star
reviews!
This
surgery
makes
no
improvement
to
access
to
its
services
given
time..
It
still
has
restrictions
in
place
implemented
during
covid
that
should
have
been
removed,
not
everyone
wants
to
discuss
there
medical
matters
over
the
phone!!!
We’re
not
all
teenagers!!
Access
to
appointments
is
still
only
at
8am,
on
the
telephone
roulette,
lucky
if
you
get
one…
At
the
point
in
time
when
the
normal
working
person,
or
parent,
is
generally
driving
to
work
or
to
school,
the
inflexibility
of
there
service
to
meet
the
demands
of
the
paying
customers,
US,
via
huge
amounts
of
taxation
we
pay,
is
abhorrent..
These
guys
do
nothing
for
the
wider
cause
of
the
NHS,
and
certainly
nobody
running
this
practise
and
its
customer
services
,
could
ever
justify
a
much
moaned
for
pay
rise,
not
from
my
tax..
Why
they
cannot
operate
a
service
that
means
you
can
book
an
appointment
for
a
future
date,
for
non
urgent
issues,
and
leave
the
8am
timeslot
for
urgent
Issues
needing
immediate
attention
that
day,
is
beyond
belief..
But,
the
NHS
service
doesn’t
want
to
hear
about
how
it
can
be
made
more
efficient,
just
rather
scream
and
moan
about
under
resourcing
and
poor
pay..
Do
nothing
to
help
themselves,
justify
the
help
they
want..
That
is
a
rather
minor
change
to
what
is
a
completely
inflexible
service
designed
for
non
working
people,
who
pay
there
salaries..
