Great service from Kirsty today. Went out of her way to find the correct part for my Fiat. Allowed me to check that it was the correct part, even though the shop was very busy and She was dealing with loads of customers. Absolute legend, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and a real credit to ECP. Thank you.

Awful experience at this branch specifically. Ordered online and collected in store, they gave me the wrong parts. Upon returning the next day I was told that even though they had the correct parts in store, I would need to pay full price for the right items and wait between 3-5 days for a refund! Got straight on to their head office who informed me that there shouldn’t have been a problem in exchanging however as the branch had already processed my refund I would still have to wait! There’s a reason ecp have gone down hill!

Visited on the Saturday of the Queens jubilee. Was served by Kirsty and what a little superstar she turned out to be. From the first smile and hello to the final goodbye she was professional,, friendly and interesting and she came across with the Wow factor. A credit to herself and the company, Very enjoyable experience. The personal recommendation from a neighbour certainly exceeded expectations.

They had the parts I needed but for the second tome the service is very slow. There is only one person at the counter who is flat out!

Great service from the staff there. I went in yesterday morning for front brake discs and pads for my Volvo. The lady behind the counter searched for right set (3 different types for my car) checked and they didn’t have them in but got them delivered to the store for 16:15. I went back and collected fitted them yesterday evening. Good quality parts and great service.

Very friendly and helpful staff, went in today Kirsty searched for the correct part which wasn't in stock but got it in by 4pm later the same day, she came out and checked my car with the part, gave valued advise and was able to fit it myself once home, professional and friendly thank you again Kirsty 😊

Great prices and a great range of products, the staff are also friendly and helpful. The website is user friendly, I would like more help when it says there are multiple options for your vehicle. It has good parking for collection but the door wouldn't be very wheel chair friendly. Great place.

Popular Motor Factor. That has tried hard to function during the pandemic. Like many other suppliers, their service has held up . And they've given good service to local businesses and private customers alike. They should be given due credit for their hard work.

Dissatisfied. A young kid with the enthusiasm of a used wet wipe serving a busy shop. Keyboard kept clicking with "computer says no". This despite having purchased same items prior and cheaper to his estimate. Thumbs down.
