Fantastic shop with a wide range of Golf brands. Staff were polite and welcoming and the club fitting process was great. Jim did a brilliant job explaining the data and was friendly and knowledgable. Would certainly recommend club fittings here! The range was impressive with a number of foresight bays for shot feedback and the cafe/bar area was clean, lots of seating and service team did a good job. All round a brilliant golf centre location.

I’ve only just started golf about 3 months ago. I had a lesson and within 5 minutes Marley had me hitting pure iron shots off the deck. Really good teaching style making me feel relaxed immediately. He introduced one concept at a time and as we made adjustments fed back with video analysis. His best piece of advice was ‘If it feels wrong, it’s right’ I couldn’t recommend it highly enough. We looked at different clubs and swing approaches for each. 45 minutes flew by. The confidence in my swing has increased dramatically and now it’s about practice practice practice. The guys left me with an open invitation to book back in whenever I needed as I look to improve my game. Perfect. If you’ve just started it’s a game changer.

I had a fitting with Rob. I really enjoyed the experience. The technology used was impressive allowing Rob to guide me to the right club set up. I was pleased there was no hard sell just good advice. I learnt lots about my swing too and ultimately what I needed and the correct club for me and my handicap. I have booked a driver fitting too as I have realised how important it is to get the right club and not just buy off the shelf. Highly recommended for those considering a new set of clubs. I really enjoyed my fitting at Peter Field. A lot of time and effort was spent on both finding the perfect wedge and making it a pleasant experience. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase however I was delighted with the end result and did buy the wedge. Rob is fantastic at making you feel at ease and clearly a brilliant coach. I have no hesitation in recommending both Rob and Peter Field.

Started golf lessons this week, Peter and the team are all very welcoming (and patient). Being a complete beginner they took the time to talk me through everything. Great facilities, would recommend the tech classes. 5 stars

Had my fitting review with Rob yesterday (FOC) the clubs he recommended at the initial fitting have delivered great results, his knowledge of all the shafts across the board is immense, Never felt rushed, always helpful a great experience. Highly recommend

Excellent tuition quickly identified the issues with my swing and set up and had me striking the ball well in less than 30 minutes. Explanations were in easy understandable terms which made them easy to implement. Going back for more of the same to embed the improvements I've made with my first refresher lesson.

I only had a very short session 30min, which went very quickly. However, the amount of pointers and highlighted areas that Ellie was able to professionally provide, was fantastic. The Peter Field Golf Shop and staff are amazing and the facility is absolutely high class. I will be back for more and certainly look to be at the range weekly if I can. I had a fantastic experience with my driver fitting session! Despite being fairly new to the game, the fitter went through everything, from swing analysis to positioning, in a very thorough manner. Jim, the fitter, was incredibly knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions. They had a great selection of stock options as well. I left feeling confident in my choice and excited to improve my game. Highly recommend!

New to golf had 3 pitch and putt games before so had a 30 minute intro to teeing off with Marley, standing, holding, positioning, swinging etc followed by a session in the range. Played yesterday and managed a few well connected lofty whacks in the general direction of the hole, never managed to get it properly in the air before so some success, plenty of not so good ones too but early days, next session I want to focus on accuracy/direction but want to practice more first. The shop probably has anything and everything to do with golf you could ever want, I bought a glove as my cycle ones are fingerless, I was able to try a few and get what I liked

Had a great lesson with Ellie, made to feel very welcome and comfortable. I’m new to golf, Ellie made everything super clear and easy to understand, if like me you’re in 2 minds about having a lesson, I cannot recommend them enough. Great coaching session with Ellie but the hour flew by. A few simple tweaks had me striking my irons better but alas it will require more work to stop my natural out to in swing with my driver! The video showing the swing improvements was at too low a volume to understand so I hope it can be increased and re-sent. Hope to book another lesson next month.

I had a driver fitting with Marley which was such an enjoyable experience. I had the chance to try out several makes and shafts and with great guidance I am now the proud owner of my new (20 yards longer) best club in the bag. I had a club fitting with Jim yesterday he was very experienced in deciphering what was best for my swing. He also explained what all the data meant on trackman and what figures we were looking for. When we were going through different makes of club and shafts he would explain what he was trying to achieve, by the time we had finished I had added 10mph ball speed a lot more spin and was hitting a 7 iron more consistently and with more yardage than my old clubs. I would recommend to anyone who was going to buy new clubs get a custom fitting at Peter Field

I went with the not unusual problem of trying to hit the ball straight consistently. I had one 45 minute lesson and since my game has dramatically improved. Rob the trainer was an excellent teacher who was patient ,and used video technology to show my areas of strength & weakness. So If you have any golf problems , and we all do , take a lesson or two it will save the frustration and build up your confidence as a player.

I can highly recommend the club fitting service if you’re looking for a whole new set or an individual club. Jim is very knowledgeable and it’s a relaxed , no heavy selling , really enjoyable experience. I got a great selection ,of different brands, as that’s the way it turned out- I was surprised how much my preconceptions were way off- no more purchases of random golf clubs off the internet because they look good!! I’ve added serious distance on every single club (should’ve done this year ago!) and due to the helpful statistics/information on my hitting of the individual clubs now carry about 4 clubs less in the bag !

Had a driver fitting with Jim today as I had been struggling with a slice with my current driver. Jim quickly identified I had the wrong shaft in this club to suit my club head speed. We tried lots of driver/shaft combo's and he explained the data that trackman was showing in great detail,it was a great experience from a very professional custom fit specialist. I would recommend Jim to anybody wanting a custom fit for any clubs. Great service.

Had a putting fitting session with Rob. This was my first fitting experience and Rob did a fantastic job at explaining everything to me in terms I would understand. Additionally, the technology used was amazing and very detailed to give you a great insight into how you put and provided pointers to help me improve. I ended the session booking lessons with Rob to help with other aspects of my game

Great set up. After researching various centres made the 2 hour drive to Norwich for an irons fitting. The combination of Trackman 4 plus the visual of hitting balls on to the range gave me great feedback. My fitter was Sonny. He was knowledgeable and clubs now on order. Highly recommend

A great fitting with Lewis, very attentive and took the time to listen in depth about my game, what I am looking for and how new clubs can help me. I cannot recommend Lewis enough he has transformed my swing and fitted me for my irons and driver of which I am extremely happy. Such a professional but his experience in Biomechanics is outstanding. I will definitely carry on having lessons with him.

I recently had my first Tech lesson with Jasmine . Very relaxed and informative at the same time, saw exactly where I could make changes to help my game and Jasmine is great at explaining the mechanics . Would highly recommend .

Yesterday was my first visit to Peter Field Golf and I was mightily impressed with every aspect of all that was on offer. The golf shop itself offers a very spacious, inviting and friendly atmosphere. More importantly, every member of staff that I spoke to was helpful, courteous and welcoming. The quality of teaching that was received from Lewis was exceptional. His explanations and instructions were immediately comprehensible and always logical leading to an immediate improvement (which, to my amazement, was carried through to my next round). I would highly recommend a visit to Peter Field Golf.

After starting golf up last year properly, I acquired my dad's old Ping eye2s. My game has been okay and they have been a good club to learn with but unsure on what to buy next and without knowing to much on what would benefit me. The iron fitting was perfect, it gave me a better understanding of my type of shot with irons, they way I hit my current clubs and a multiple choice of clubs chosen by someone reviewing my shots. In the end finding a club that gave me more consistent hit, that will be more efficient as I gain more experience. Overall the service was amazing and friendly and would happily have a full club fitting when I can afford too.

I booked in for a full club fitting and was extremely happy with the service the guys gave me. I had a 2 hour range session with Jim on the track man and it was well worth it. The information and knowledge he had were second to non. Would highly recommend Peter Field if your looking into having a club fitting. I will definitely be using them again.

Had 3 lessons with Lewis in one of the tech bays. Very friendly and relaxed tuition and gained a lot of insight into my swing, learning where my strengths and weaknesses are. The video clips recorded during the session and emailed to me at the end were great and served as a very useful prompt when practicing at the range.

Having been in for a recent full bag club fitting with Jim and Rob, I found the experience very, very good. Lots of detail and quite mind blowing statistics, explained in great depth. Anyone thinking of getting new clubs, it's a must to have them professionally fitted and the guys at Peter Field were excellent. Highly recommend

Rob is a fantastic coach. Knows his tech inside out yet keeps it simple. He gets straight to the source of your golf swing issues in a very positive and encouraging manner. Got me hitting the ball well very quickly. Highly recommended!

Fantastic service from Jim at Peter Field, I contacted them via the website for a fitting consultation, where I was called almost immediately with a brief courtesy call to go over what to expect. When meeting Jim, he was patient, professional and explained things really well without being patronising, something I really appreciated as a complete novice looking to get into golf. There was no pressure to buy anything, fantastic advice offered and so I would therefore highly recommend the shop (which was very well stocked with new and used golf equipment), their services and facilities overall. 5 stars

What a great experience at Peter field golf shop. Had a full iron fitting. Jim was great. Very knowledgable and made me feel really comfortable. No pushy sales pitch on clubs. Just facts and figures and honest advice on my clubs/swing. Loved every minute of it. I will be back for many more fittings.

I really enjoyed my coaching session. The technology is fantastic and Coach Sonny was very adept at using the tech to great advantage. After a one hour session I had a new swing to work on and had made some good progress on distance. Sonny was able to suggest simple changes by reviewing the data, backed up with good drills. Highly recommend.
