Stillwell is a hidden gem in Wellen Park. Walking distance to downtown restaurants and shops or Cool Today Park makes it a perfect location. Can’t wait to use the amenities such as the beautiful pool and the expansive gym! Trish and everyone is so friendly and professional. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

It is a great concept for those wanting ground floor, apartment style living without the worry of noisy neighbors that like to stomp around at 3am. Also great for anyone with a pet that wants the convenience of a fenced yard, that you will never have in an apartment. Everything at Stilwell is new and very stylish. Staff is friendly and helpful. Stillwell at Wellen Park is a great place to live. We have spring baseball with Braves, excellent restaurants, parks for the family, and a fantastic golf course!!! Great SW Florida beach’s close by. Thanks to Trish and company for showing us around.

I met with Michael last week and he was very professional. Wellen Park where Stillwell is located is also a beautiful area with many activities and growing popularity. Wellen Park has a Lakewood Ranch feel only not nearly as crowded and closer to the beaches. I would highly recommend this area.
